Will not be recommending or shopping at Walmart again. I am furious that several times the check out person has tried to card my kids while I'm clearly in my 40's and am the only one buying beer. A single can of beer, and they're trying to card my kids and refuse my sale!!!!! This is against the law and cops will be called the next time the idiot sales person tries to card my obvious teenage kids for my beer! It's ridiculous that a manager has to be called over every time I want to purchase beer while shopping with my kids!

Used mobile app to place grocery pickup order. Didn’t know they did a 9pm-10pm pickup. This was so helpful! It was a very excellent experience with no complications. The area has decent lighting. Overall very satisfied.

Tire and auto center is a complete Joke!!! Always have an excuse that they can't do any services! Can't make an appointment same day! Tried to have a tire plugged and they destroyed my tire! Said the didn't have Michelin in stocks anymore and that's all I buy so they put a cheap Goodyear tire in to replace it! I will NEVER go back ...everything I have went there something has been screwed up on my car

All levels of management at this location have no common sense.1. Common sense would tell an entry level manager to have a night shift employee clean from under the shelves, especially now Walmart is no longer open 24/7 but no. A manager decided the best time to clean from under the shelves (and cause even more employees to get in the way of shoppers and to cause trip hazards in the middle of the aisle) is 2 pm.2. Speaking of trip hazards. No caution cones around buckets literally in one of the busiest area of the store BUT... Of course caution cones in the perfectly dry bathroom that is free of any trip hazards.A high school management class teaches students better than this.Do better.

Had to crawl on my hands and knees to reach the back of the milk cooler to get my milk. This happens way too often!!!Also had to hunt the parking lot for a handicap cart…. This is unacceptable our elderly and handicapped people should not have to ever do this. I have been a store manager and this is poor management!!!!

Absolutely 0 stars, Seth Holton uses bully tactics to get bonuses and will puff his chest out, literally screaming down to other managers and throwing stuff towards them to get them to resign. My sister has worked at this store on and off since I was a kid. 15 years ago, she helped me get my first job here. She worked here with her husband when they were just out of high school together. I know that Seth Holton her had screamed in her face to the point she felt she had to step down from her management position and go back to starting all over again, apparently it isn’t enough for him. Whoever is over this Walmart, you’re losing good people over this insecure, smol pp havin, big power baby. Stacie was a good person and she definitely took her job very seriously and cared about the people she worked with. Stacie never needed this job, she did it because she wanted to be there. It benefitted Walmart more.To Seth, whatever’s going on at home, you definitely deserve. It’s not your employees fault that your wife isn’t happy. You’re a total chad, and I bet everyone around you gets huge laughs out of your tiny little temper.

We hit the median HARD turning left to get onto I-75 at 5:30am. 3 of our 4 tires were flat, fortunately they were only flat on 1 side(the bottom)🤭Brandon from Lowe's Tows dropped us off at Walmart.. mainly because they opened up 15 min from the time he dropped us off.Sam was opening up & had us pull in. All 3 tires had holes in them.. they needed to b replace. Rhonda at the counter helped us find 4.. we got a full set so the tires would b even & ride right.We r VERY HAPPY w our experience.

My experience at this Walmart was good up until I was there shopping yesterday I seen an employee SETH HOLTON screaming at ppl throwing buggies around iv only seen my 2 year old do the things this manager done why there was customers watching.. absolutely disgusting behavior. My family will be maken another 25 min trip pass this walmart to the Walmart in oak ridge. Sad

A night manager gave my driver permission to park in lot. A few hours later this scam tow truck company has my truck on the hook. My driver went in and got the same manager who told tow company we had permission to stay. Company said they had a contract but there was no posted signs anywhere. This place is a joke. No communication between managers. Think managers and police may get part of that fee as nobody does nothing about this scam that is being run

Parked my truck there overnight at least 30 times...shopped went to dollar tree...gondilears...this towing company hooked a cable to me and said its $550 to leave...at 430 in the morning...$1250 if he tows it....out of time had to violate dot regulations...also local police were involved...NEVER going to walmart again....what a scam...also they had hooked to 5 other trucks

Old lady in garden center is so absolutely rude & does nothing but complain about her job. I’m not the type to leave a review, let alone a negative one. But after the 3rd time of dealing with this lady rolling her eyes,saying slick remarks,& being plain out negative not just to us but other elderly customers too, I feel it’s deserving. Terrible customer service on her end.

Garbage location for a garbage company. Don't park here if you have a tractor trailer. They will call a mafioso towing company to hold you hostage unless you pay $1k+. The manager should be ashamed! You could just ask people to move!

I honestly have no clue how this Walmart is still running. Every OGP order takes 45 min to a Hr to come out, there employees stand around on there phones and don’t give any customer service. I’ve bought multiple out of date items, I didn’t know I had to date check everything now. Orange juice that was expired by a month. I was wondering why my 2 yr old wouldn’t drink the juice. Products that have apparently been returned and not checked then put back on the shelf for me to buy, take home and then have to return because it’s not usable. This store is getting ridiculous. I believe I’ll drive the extra miles and start going to Kroger’s again.

I'm here right now waiting for my tire to be plugged. I left it over an hour and a half ago. They messed up because a first day guy helped me and his old trainer left him to do it by himself. So now I'm sitting here with cold items while I wait. I shopped while I thought my tire was being fixed. They have a crew here and almost no cars in the bay.. worst service I've received. But hey it's walmart what should I expect.

Anytime we get groceries here...there are at least 5 items...usually more...that they are out of or dont carry anymore. Probably one of the worst walmarts we go to.
