We went to the Verizon store on Charles Seivers Blvd after an exhausting day of trying to get help online and through customer service. We were SO Exasperated and fully expecting to run into more red tape, when we met Dillion. Dillion was very understanding and sympathetic of our phone saga. His easy going disposition and willingness to help us was refreshing and incredibly unexpected. He was GREAT! Highly recommend going to see him if you have phone issues.

Tony is a great and very patient worker. I had a long wait time because he was the only guy working in the store with a lobby packed with customers. He was very calm, collected, and informative and made sure to find my product for me at another store because this location was out of stock. Excellent customer care!

Went in to upgrade our phones and they were absolutely slammed. Matt did an amazing job multitasking with us and another customer. We were updated every few minutes on the process. Matt was super knowledgeable, professional, informative, and not pushy at all. Thank you for the great service, Matt! Honorable mention to the other associate Eddie for being super nice and friendly as well.

My wife and I were about to go to Best Buy to upgrade our iphones. I like Best Buy because it is a much smoother process than trying to deal with a representative at the Verizon store who is paid commission. I remembered there was a Verizon store 5 minutes from my home, so I decided to give them a try instead of driving 30 min to Best Buy. My wife and I went into this store and were greeted by an employee who said his name was Bruce. I explained we wanted to upgrade our phones. When asked, I told him I wanted the iphone 15 pro max and my wife wanted the iphone 15 pro. He asked for my phone number so he could look up my account. I know he looked up my account because he was reading off the different phone numbers which were on my account. I explained we both wanted 500 gb memory. He asked about my wife's current phone memory which was 64 gb. He told us she didn't need the 500 and that she only needs 256. We insisted we wanted the 500 because she is constantly having to delete stuff because she doesn't have enough space.My wife was unsure of the color she wanted so Bruce said he would bring out each of the colors for her to view. He returned with the 2 different pro max colors he had in stock which were both 500 gb. But as far as the pro model, he returned with two colors which were both 256. Again, we told him she wanted the 500 model. Again, he began listing reasons why she doesn't need the 500. My wife told him, again, that she wanted the 500. His reply this time was straight up, "Why?" She explained it will give her peace of mind that she should never run out of space. This wasn't good enough for him so he began telling us the price difference between the 256 and 500. I started wondering why he wanted her to get the 256 so badly, then I thought to ask if he had any iphone 15 pro's with 500 gb in stock, his answer was No. That's all it took for me to realize he did not want what was best for me, but whatever was going to get him his sales commission. I told him we were going to go to Best Buy to get the phones. He attempted to dissuade us by saying they wouldn't have them in stock. When I told him I already looked and they did, he got on his computer, looked it up and saw they had it.We left, went to Best Buy and the employee looked up my account and said it was locked. She showed us the computer screen which indeed showed my account was locked. She asked if we happened to have gone to a Verizon store recently. When I said we just came from one, she explained once you leave the Verizon store without purchasing from them, the employee will often lock your account so you cannot purchase somewhere else until you unlock your account.I called Verizon and was told that my account was locked because I submitted an application for an iphone and was declined. I explained everything from the above paragraphs to her. She told me the application was submitted from the Verizon store I was at earlier and that someone from that store locked my account. She would not provide many details but gave me details on how to obtain a copy of the application. Once I receive it and review it, I'll determine if a crime was committed and if so, I'll proceed accordingly. She was eventually able to unlock my account. I did not complete, nor did I give anyone permission to complete an application for any device using my information. I never had an agreement with Bruce to purchase anything.I'm frustrated with myself for thinking it wouldn't hurt to give a Verizon store another try. I thought if I didn't like what was going on, I could just leave and go somewhere else without issues. I was wrong. By providing my phone number to the employee, they were able to gain access to my account and submit a fraudulent application. My wife and I were polite the entire time and never called him out on his scam tactic. I'm not sure if Bruce did this for spite or in hopes we would return and purchase from him. I am hoping this is an isolated incident from one unethical employee and not all of the employees. I'll update once I receive updated info.

I visited the Verizon store in Clinton the other day to get help with my overheating S22. Dillon Shafferman was very helpful. He examined my phone and suggested that I call tech support because I needed to get a replacement phone. He gave me the best number to call and I got right through to an agent. They shipped my replacement overnight and it works so much better. Thank you Dillon for your great expertise and excellent advice. Well done!

I was having trouble with my old phone. I came to the Verizon store in Clinton and was assisted by Linwood. He was one of the best salesmen I have been privileged to meet. He was so patient, very kind, and knowledgeable. If you need help I recommend Linwood.

I was locked out of my phone and I went by the Oak Ridge store and they didn't seem interested in helping me so I went to this store in Clinton and Cale helped me out. He wasn't able to get back into my phone but he was able to get me a great deal on a new phone and was able to save all my contacts and my pictures including the picture of my dog who is no longer with us! Thank you!

When I received a phone call the notification sound kept over and over and reverberating in my ears. Drove out here to the Verizon store and Linwood went through several settings with me and we're not sure that we solved the problem but he's done everything he could possibly could and it looks like it's going to be a tech support problem so I'll gave them a call tomorrow.

i was really dreading going with my very impatient husband who does not like paying the price of a good phone (he has had a cricket phone that does not work in our area). to my surprise. to my surprise, went in and met with a salesperson by the name of Denzel! Husband told him exactly what he wanted and did not want, and this guy was great! I do not know how you or if you reward your staff, but this guy was above and beyond!! he was nice knowledgably and could answer every question. i would do it all over again. I purchased three tablets and a phone from this store and the rep set everything up for me. This was the best experience I've ever had in a store. I am typically the one who doesn’t do this with businesses but I would advise anyone who is considering, or anyone with Verizon to not or cancel! I went to Verizon to change plans as I need better coverage for work. They got me set up with a new phone and ordered one for my wife. Took a week for hers to come in, didn’t not receive a phone call letting us know it was in, then they had jacked the order up where we couldn’t even have the phone that was sitting right in front of us! We finally just said we will take a different phone which at that point after 2 weeks now and 6 visits they tried to charge us more for. I turned in all my equipment and was told by 4 different people we wouldn’t be charged for anything. Now I am in a dispute with Verizon for close to $200 for using their services and activation charges. I advise anyone to not use Verizon, especially the cellular sales store in Clinton

Every one is always so nice and very helpful when going going into the store. Recently went in to purchase a new phone, they wanted to charge me $134 for all the fees but I only went in there with $100, I let the gentleman that was helping me know I would have to come back a later day because I didn't have enough. He went and talked to his supervisor and knocked it down to less then a 100. Thank you thank you. This store has the BEST employees I've ever meet.

My husband recently had a great experience in buying a new phone with Travis T. So when I was ready to upgrade, we went back to see Travis and he was amazing! He pays great attention to detail and got us the best deal possible. He has incredible customer service! I would definitely recommend Travis for anyone needing to upgrade their plan or phone.
