When we pulled up this morning we were the only ones there. I placed my mobile order and checked in. It was over 15 minutes and we still didn't have our food or drinks. It was a very simple order. A couple more cars pulled in and we finally called, after checking the mobile app, to see what was going on. After we called, a minute or so later, Matt came out and was obviously unhappy. He gave us our food and in a not very friendly way told us to enjoy our day.I absolutely understand being the only one working. I have a ton of patience for people who are trying. Being the only car in a stall while putting my order in, it should not have taken that long to get a simple order out.

Very disappointed, had to press the call button multiple times over missing items, they brought the missing item an ocean water rt44 and a "pulled pork cheese burger" WITH NO PULLED PORK! What I was presented with is a cheese burger with pickles and BBQ sauce and essence of pork.The food runner was great, today is her first day.

We ordered food for 7 people for carry out. When we got back to our hotel, we discovered that 2 of our sandwiches were missing.We called to tell them and they said they would make them for us but we had to go back to pick them up. When we returned, they acted like they never heard from us so we had to order and wait again. Worse yet, one of the burgers was not supposed to have cheese but it came with a slice of cheese - the meat was so cold that it didn’t even melt the cheese, so the slice slid right off.The person at the counter apologized but that was it. We felt like they should have done something else to make up for the inconvenience. And, even the burgers that did arrive correctly looked nothing like their photos - the real burgers were slopped together. Overall, a very poor experience.

The last three times we’ve went here it’s been a poor experience. Orders are wrong 2/3 times and staff will argue with you that it’s not. Adult staff there are rude and incompetent. Went this morning to get breakfast and sat in the drive through for 10+ minutes no one even came on to take my order. We will not be going back to this place. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Burger King next door! You’ll find smiling faces, fresh food and correct orders!

I’ve gone several times to this Sonic and I’m a pretty patient person. Food is usually wrong. I don’t throw a fit. I just take it back to get what I ordered. Tonight, I got a chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks. The sticks were so old they were as hard as cardboard. Oh and the sandwich had a big long hair in it. That I BIT INTO. Photo posted. Will not be going back to a Sonic ever. Definitely no fast food for a good while. Thoroughly check your food before you eat. And I mean thoroughly.

I ordered in the Drive -Thru this afternoon and was handed the drink I ordered. It was a Strawberry Lemonade. Super light colored.. didn’t even look like strawberry. It had foam on the top as it someone spit in my drink. I kindly asked Dylan if I could have it remade. He’s arguing with me saying that’s how it comes… I know that I’ve been to this Sonic and many other locations and it does not come like that… I’ve worked in Food Service/Customer service and that is no way to treat a customer if their order isn’t made right. Since he wanted to argue I began to make accusations that there was spit in my drink because it was suspicious from how he was acting. I don’t appreciate that at all. I didn’t want to have to take the original drink to the Local Police Station with my receipt to get the drink tested. I appreciate the drink being remade by the manager but Dylan made me feel very uncomfortable.

This is a wonderful, new location. Does take time thru drive at certain times of day (even with 2 ordering lane one is only open, maybe short staffed). Decent prices and always fresh/hot food. The staff always seem nice and polite. I would recommend this location!

Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes before someone finally answered to take our order then the woman working the drive thru was rude as all get out. Acting inconvienced she had to do her job and then when I received my order, my order was wrong. So I had to go back through and have my order fixed.

Wish I could give this place no stars.Asked for onion rings only got a few.Asked for chili cheese tots and got fries.And most of the time, when I ask for no onions, no mayo and extra pickles, I get mayo and onions and no pickles at all.They are always out of ketchup.The people that work here can sometimes be rude.They have been open long enough to get their act together.I would not recommend this place to anyone and suggest you drive to any other one, regardless of the distance.

I ordered Med Onion Rings, after asking and being told that they would be cooked when ordered; they arrived limp and barely warm. I also ordered a corn dog with mustard; no mustard and it was luke warm;. had to call back in; I received the mustard quickly. Also, no napkins. Diet Coke was fine. I eat at many Soni Drive-ins and I've always gotten hot Onion Rings. I don't know what the problem is but I guess this will be the last visit at this place.

Every single time I order from uber eats my order is always wrong.. if I order 1 strawberry cheese cake shake and 1 peanut butter shake and popcorn chicken I get 2 cups of vanilla ice cream/milk because I'm not sure what it really was and the popcorn chicken was so hard none of us could even eat it and even my dog had a hard time trying to eat a piece.. just disappointed.

Absolutely fed up with trying to get the most basic of orders done correctly, or in a timely manner. Have had multiple 30+ minute waits. Can’t get a proper breakfast burrito made without first opening and checking it before driving off. There are inconsistencies between the app and the physical menu board too. But tonight…I ordered a couple chili cheese coneys via drive through. They tried to charge me $5 each. I asked for clarification as the pricing seemed high, and was told that a “chili cheese coney” IS the footlong and that “yeah prices are high here…”No. Something isn’t syncing up. Your menu has a Chili Cheese Coney for $2.49 each, and should be 6”. If I wanted a footlong, I’d have said “footlong” or “quarterpound”. So I pop open the app and show the server at the window where it flat out says “Chili Cheese Coney”… and there’s a picture of a 6” dog. I point to the menu board where it says the same. A footling is a “Footlong Quarter Pound Coney”…She says, “Oohhhhh… that’s weird…”No it’s not!So she presents me with two footlong chili cheese dogs which is way more than I can eat and says, “They already made these so is it okay?”Yeah, fine. Whatever.I’ve brought these challenges up to corporate a few times and get a form letter back saying they apologize and want to thank me by giving me a free cheeseburger.Just make my food correctly!One star, my dudes. Get on the ball. I’m finished ordering food through this location. Drinks, maaaaaybe. The way I look at it is y’all owe me like 4 properly made breakfast burritos, and need to school your folks on the menu.Edit: Tried again on 3/3. Placed order at 5:26. Checked in 5:30. Said server was on route at 5:32. No food at 5:40. Still waiting at 5:54. No food at still at 6:04. Finally pushed the button at 6:06 and they said they'll have to remake my order. Dunno what the hell is going on, but I'm pretty pissed. Recrived food at 6:10. 40+ minute wait for a cheese burger, tots and limeade.

I have been meaning to leave this review for a few days now just have not gotten around to it. If you care about your food SAFETY and what you’re eating, do not go here! they gave us the wrong order so we had to turn around and get back in line and have them give us what we had originally ordered, and they took back the chicken tenders from us that we were given and gave it to someone else after it had already been in our possession for at least 10 minutes, it is not safe to take back food from a customer and give it to another customer. When they took it back, I thought that they were going to throw it in the trashcan but sure enough I watched as they put it in someone else’s bag to be served. That is pure laziness on the workers part. I feel like it’s common sense that that’s not OK.

Sonic lately, at this location in Clinton TN, has been really dirty, and the wait to receive your order is unacceptably insane. There's no rhyme or reason to how they prioritize their order delivery. If I set my order ahead time to a specific time in the future, I should NOT have to wait an exorbitant amount of time after I check-in, letting them know I am here and ready for the order I placed. I'm currently writing this review as I'm 15 minutes after checking in to get 2 drinks, one with ice and one with no ice. Absolutely atrocious service. I will no longer be leaving a tip for this sort of service. Proceed with caution.

This location is poorly managed. You need to close this location. I know it's new but your staff has no clue what it's doing! Do not eat here! So we were told this location had new management and we decided to try it again. Things are even worse now. We sat in drive thru for over 30 min. They had product sitting on the floor and using plastic cups getting out of boxes. We will be contacting the health department. We asked for a receipt as was told the receipt machine does not work. Do not go to this location. This company has no idea how to run a business. You need to get a true manager that's a leader!

Would give it a 0 if I had the option. I placed an order at 11:56 and it's now 12:45 and still don't have our drinks! If I hadn't already paid, I would have left.Update: I received my 3 slushies and 2 ice creams at 12:56! I called the corporate number and they said "I'm sorry and is said they will be sending me a gift card ( not for the full amount that I spent). One thing I know is that I won't be spending it at the Clinton Sonic.

This Sonic is terrible. They rarely get your order correct. You’re actually more likely to get what you ask for by ordering what you DON’T want. The last time I ate here, I ordered a hamburger and a drink. The girl who handed me my food (some overly-pierced, blue-haired thing) did so with a smirk, and I quickly found out why - my burger was wrapped FOUR times and was hard as a rock when I finally did get it unwrapped.Never again.

Not that great. Almost as slow as the one in halls. You’ll sit forever. Once I ordered a drink and I watched them fill up 15 cups of ice cream. A drink. Really? Make the drink. Get me out of your drive in port so you can wait on someone else who wants in and make more money. I drove off. I never pay until I get my order because you might not get it. Or you might sit there longer than your lunch break for it.
