Clean and well stocked breakfast buffet. Having 4 kids in tow, shoneys is always a hit and has something to make everyone happy. The food was fresh and hot and very good. The service was fast and attentive.Kid-friendliness: Easily accommodates children and plenty of food options on the buffet for them to chose from.

Always excellent service and delicious food. I usually go on Sundays where they have the breakfast bar and the lunch bar available around noon. The last two times both waitresses that have taken care of me have been very polite, courteous and always checking in to see if I'm okay or need anything. I'm highly satisfied with shoney's and this location! (Will provide pictures next visit)

I have never gotten a bad meal at this Shoney's. The service is always great and the food is always hot and delicious. Have been a repeat customer to this location many times and will continue toVegetarian options: They have a great salad bar and a lot of vegetables among other things.

Not a bad buffet overall. The beef and short ribs were overcooked, but most everything else was good. The catfish was good and the green beans were seasoned perfectly. The shining star of our visit was our server, Jordan! She was sweet and so attentive, checking on us several times to see if we needed anything. She is an asset to the restaurant!

Went there 3 times while on vacation. First 2 times the staff was so friendly and welcoming and we had a pleasant experience. But the 3rd day, Sunday, the purple haired girl was very rude and short with us, like we were inconveniencing her or something. We had a large crowd but that's still no excuse to be nasty, esp since we all just had the buffet and made it easy on her. She did explain before we left that they had a lot of staff call off and they had to call in multiple fill ins but again, don't take that out on the customers. Also, pretty sure their eggs come from a premixed liquid egg in a carton or something bc they were super irony and gross! Had to spit them out.. We love shoneys though so we will be back, just probably a different location..

Employees / staff were very nice & friendly. The food was "ok" but the food on the hot bar was not HOT. This affected the taste of the food very much, not to mention probably the safety (I think the food is supposed to be kept at 165 degrees). I was told that management /owners had spent money on improvements (including new covers for the seats and a new hot bar, etc.) Well no one will spend hard earned money to sit in a nice looking restaurant to eat "ok" food that's not hot enough and maybe unsafe. I don't live in the area but travel thru the area occasionally - I don't plan to revisit this restaurant in the future!

Breakfast buffet was terrible 😭. Dried out everything. Extremely salty overdone bacon and ham. Not even the bread pudding was good. Just terrible. If you find your self turning into this parking lot, please just turn around. Your mouth will thank you later. If you own this restaurant, seriously consider revamping this entire buffet with actual food.

We chose the bar for dinner and it included the salad bar, as well. The hot food was less than optimal and the meats were cool and seemed over cooked-or had been on the bar too long (fish, ribs and fried chicken). The vegetables were more fresh than the meat. The salad bar had variety and was fresh except the lettuce was not fresh and green. We are usually very pleased with Shoney's, but this visit left us disappointed. Hoping the next visit is on point!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables and salad fixings on bar.Parking: Plenty of free parking. Handicap accessibleWheelchair accessibility: Designated spaces right up front.

Ok the only reason im.givinh food a 4 is by the time I got home it was cold I reheated it it just didn't taste the same my over all is a 4 bc I was not happy with how on Google it said my food would be 7.99 plus tax when I checked out my total was 15 dollars almost for a burger and fry I didn't even get to eat I know that it's not shoney fault I didn't get to eat but it is their fault I paid almost 15 dollars

The staff were very kind and helpful. Our server was awesome, as was the hostess. I was entertaining my cousin and his wife for their 50th wedding anniversary. I think my server was Lucretia (?). Thanks to everyone for the great time and atmosphere.

Our group stopped at this Shoney after a fishing holiday at nearby Lake Norris. Truly impressive, fresh, delicious spread of food at their buffet and excellent coffee. The service was outstanding and the restaurant is very clean! I mean, what more could you ask for?! BEST breakfast we’ve had in a long time! A special thanks to our Server Aliza! Thank you!

Good service, but food had sat for awhile on the buffet before we got there. Took a while for the waitress to find our table. Food tasted like it was pre-made or frozen. The customer's did not go by The mask requirement and were coughing on the buffet. At least they supply gloves on the buffet. But it defeats the purpose if they don't enforce the mask regulations in the first place.

Every time we go in, the staff is wonderful. We are in fairly regularly, and it is always clean and well-stocked on the buffet. Personally, I prefer ordering off of the menu (not just there - at any buffet), and my food is always delicious. On the VERY rare occasion that something is incorrect (it happens at every restaurant at some point), it is quickly fixed and the manager as well as the server will always come by to apologize - even though it's really unnecessary! - and make sure we are taken care of. Our last few visits have blessed us with Jordan as our server. We have never had bad service, and they are all as sweet as can be, but Jordan has especially stood out to me. She is super attentive, friendly, and just an all-around doll. She always has a smile on her face and makes a point to remember what I always order, offer suggestions if I'm in the mood for something different, and even jokes around with my kids. We love all of our local Shoneys staff!!
