What can I say about this place. It is a Petro's. The guy I interacted with at the register was friendly and quick. The food is always good. I had the petro potato. It was as I would expect, well cooked and the petro chili and chips with it was excellent as usual. I also purchased a gallon of their orange tea; some to drink there and some to take home. All in all an excellent experience. Oh, the ice from their ice machine is the good stuff!

The store was not busy at all. Only another couple eating there besides my husband and me. We had a 20 minute wait on our food. Our food was ice cold and the order was wrong. How long does food sit before it becomes ice cold? We didn't eat it. I left it on the counter and the girl did offer to remake it. I was not willing to chance having food poisoning so I left it for them to throw away. I'm sure that was too much effort for them to do as well.

From out of state.... our first time trying this place and we were impressed. We dont have these in our area. Good food. Very accommodating and helpful employees. Clean.Vegetarian options: There are options... baked potatoes or chips with whatever you want or don't want on them... with beans... Vegetarian Nachos. Or on a potato. Also a wedge salad option.Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating to what you want.Parking: Snall Strip mall wirh parking on both sides.Kid-friendliness: General fast food restaurant atmosphere. Inside seating.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant entrance, parking and restrooms.

We waited more than 5 minutes for someone to come up front to take our order. Ordinarily, we would’ve just left, but listening to a group of female employees talking loudly among themselves in the back while we waited at the counter and cars waited in the drive thru started to be a bit entertaining. Finally, someone came up front after my husband walked around the counter and yelled for assistance. As soon as our order was brought to the table, all employees congregated in the back again. There was a huge puddle of water in the middle of the floor that was also neglected. On a positive note, however, I’ll give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for the fact that the employees obviously get along with each other.

Who woulda thunk it?!? That a SlawDog and a Petro Chili & Chip bowl could make a person so happy? This was my first, but certainly not my last, visit to a Petro Chili & Chips restaurant. The service was so awesome and friendly. She explained the whole menu to me without hesitation and I never felt like I was a bother. After ordering, I sat down and they brought the food out to me! What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this location and the Petro is my new fav food in Clinton, TN

KUDOS, and thanks to the staff for providing supreme quality customer service at Petro's in Clinton, TN! I was recommended by them to order the Petro's Frito Pie but with pasta. I really love to drink their classic Orange Tea! I really love the history of Petro's that is told on the storyboards on the wall! The country music in the background of the restaurant is very smoothing! I highly recommend all to come and experience, and support this local business! Petro's even gives a military discount.

The service was excellent. I appreciate that they offer military discount as well, thank you! The food was decent. Everything was hot and tasted good. The facility could use a good cleaning, it wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t clean either. My wife said it smelled like a dirty mop bucket.

Young lady at drive through said it was $1 for extra queso on the nachos. I ordered and when I got to pay it was $1.49 more. A young male assisting her with entering my phone number saw I had points I could redeem but never asked, just redeemed and said he could not take it back. They were out of taco sauce and there is NOT extra cheese on the nachos. Very Disappointed in service and product. Will not be back to this location. Someone needs to talk to young male on customer service. The young lady was new and apologized. Downtown Knoxville location would never have let this happen.

The food was really good, but when we got our tea refilled the girl didn't add fresh ice to it so it made it warm to drink. Other than that it was really good. We will definitely eat there again😊

My medium petro cup was barely half full of food. The chili was barely warm (I'm certain it is not meeting code). The chili had maybe three beans, other than that it was only liquid (I am not exaggerating). I was not given a reiceipt or I would have used it to complain. I would have complained there but the line was twelve people deep and I didn't want to spend the rest of lunch time complaining.

Just lost my business! Sign outside said that there is a charge for using my card. I asked and they said there is a 3% of your order charged for using your card instead of cash?? Gonna miss my daily orange tea!

Clinton tn location has messed up my order 3 times after clearly being told no onions. When you are allergic to something you cant just pick it out of your food. No refunds are given but will remake your food. Why would I want you to mess up again? Get your heads out of your rear end

Stopped today after work. Wonderful service. The young man at the window was so polite and nice. Food was delicious and the loaded baked potatoe was hot, covered with fresh and delicious toppings. You guys rock and Im so glad you guys are back open.

Had to return to the counter 6 times to finally get our order correct. Took 45 minutes for our entire group to get our food. Our toddlers were the last to get theirs. Half the food was cold. No one seemed to know what was going on. A pregnant woman had to request a refund because it took too long for her order and she had to go back to work, another couple had to wait as long as we did since their order was sent to other people. Had to legitimately go up to the counter item by item to get them to make us everything we ordered.No apologies or explanations, just “here yougo.” And “oh, right.”

When we're passing through this end of Clinton, sometimes we stop to get some Petro's! The only thing I have to say is, sometimes they mess up your order & we've had to march up inside to correct it. But besides those few times, I don't have any other complaints. Their noodle Petros are great!

definitely my number 1 place to go, but honestly it’s 50/50. they could either make it really good or just completely not put any effort into the food. for example- no chili on the nachos, stale chips, and overall just forgetting ingredients. but i love petros and am still going to go every chance i get

Great chili and hotdogs. The wait is a bit long usually, but the food makes up for it.I went there for lunch on a sunday afternoon, and when I pulled up to the drive through, they asked if I wanted a complimentary drink because it would be a bit before I got my food. I only ended up waiting about 2 minutes total for my food.They just opened this location, so I don't know if this was because of that.They got everything I ordered, but they accidentally got an extra small Petro in my bag. When my brother when in to ask if they wanted him to pay for it, they said it was fine.So all around round of applause for Petro's! You guys did a great job with your customer service. 👍

The store manager is always smiling and very friendly. I love this place. The food and service are always great! I have seriously never met such nice, caring people. I have become a regular. It’s not only because the food, but mostly because the friendly people.

Went on lunch break to get nachos with no onions and they even repeated my order 2 times and when I got my food it was covered in onions so they said they would remake it then they said they was out of cheese so I just asked for my money back and they said they can't do that so I was late back from lunch and didn't get any lunch or my money back then the district manager said to send her a private message and I did with no response very rude and unprofessional.

Worst Petro's in the franchise! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I have gotten gallon of tea that was bad and most recently the wrong order and got all the way home and discovered they gave me unsweet instead of sweet. AVOID AND DRIVE TO KNOXVILLE INSTEAD!!!

The Petro’s in Clinton is a new experience for this Florida Girl and I can’t say enough about this gem. My favorite server is Hunter, who always has a smile for his customers and always gets my order right. Coming from a State where customer service at a fast food restaurant is sketchy at best, I’m loving my Petro’s! Thank you ♥️
