These guys are the best!! I had an emergency with my unit my daughter and I have breathing issues , they sent a tech out and fixed me right up so we wouldn’t be without a working unit!! Anytime I have questions about filters, maintenance they don’t care at all to answer them or get me scheduled asap!! I love my Melton Guys ( Quincy, Jonas, Brandon and Kaine) !!! And Jamie and Cora in the office are always professional, kind, and so helpful!! This company is just like family!

This company is great. They installed a new HVAC at my house to replace my 18 year old system. A rep came to my house and even though the quote was very close to the same quote I'd gotten from another company, the rep was so polite, professional, and easy to work with that I went ahead and agreed to have them install the next week. The guys came right on time and all I had to do was give them a check. Everything has been great and price was very fair. We love our new A/C. The kicker is, my sister-in-law had their furnace stop working last week, and another company quoted them $9k to replace their furnace! I told my sister to call Melton. Melton came and fixed their problem that day for just $200. Great company, great service.

A little over a month ago I had Mike out to evaluate an older heat pump system for my daughter’s home. After talking with him about the options he offered I chose to replace the whole heat pump system with a new Amana unit. It’s true, no pressure sales from Mike. I had 2 other estimates and Melton’s had the best value and price. My daughter stated her experience with the installation techs was great. The system has been working great! With a 2 year labor warranty and 2 free maintenance services during that 2 year period we are confident the system will perform for years to come.Services: Installation, Heating system installation

My first call to them was to see if they could fix my mother's hvac that wasn't heating and cold temperatures were coming that evening. They had a technician at her house in a timely manner and fixed it. I also had them inspect my hvac units at my house. I plan to get the service agreement with them for both locations. We had our AC serviced today and Kaine was our tech. Kaine was excellent, very nice and professional, answered all my questions, worked hard out in the sun cleaning our outdoor unit, dealt politely with my yippy dog and all in all he definitely earned our repeat business. In fact I went ahead and did their deal where I prepaid at a discount for our fall service based on todays experience. The attached photo doesn't do his work justice without the "before" shot but Im embarrassed to admit our outdoor unit was super dirty and he had to work hard to get it looking this clean!

Jonas has been so great about finding the many problems my system had and fixing them. These many issues was with my cooling. This very cold Christmas I was among 75 plus folks who lost heating. Jonas made a temporary fix so my family had heat! I hope Jonas will be installing this new piece. Jamie has worked with me on my crazy schedule. Melton has come to my home at least 7 times this year. Loyal customer for years; wouldn't call anyone else. Air conditioner blew a condenser cap on one of the hottest days of the year. Called first thing in the AM, and fixed by 5 PM same day. Was pleasantly surprised they gave me a same-day appointment on what I'm sure was a very busy business day. Technician Quincy was polite, pleasant and patiently explained his work. Very impressed with the quick response and professionalism of Melton. We were scheduled at noon, and I got a call an hour before asking if they could come early. I was at the grocery store, and wasn’t able to be at my house early. That was not a problem and they arrived right on time at noon. Our heating issue was quickly solved, and the technician was very kind and professional. He explained exactly what the issue was and how it was resolved. I will definitely use Melton again!
