Really fun place to eat - in a real working pharmacy with a grill/soda fountain! It looks like it hasn't changed since the '60s. I didn't eat much here - just some onion rings and a milkshake, but both were excellent!

was kind the nice to seat down and eat and a historic place that back to the 30's my wife love it because when she was kid she frecuent places like this. The place is very busyHard to believe tha is a drug store and restaurant to dining in.

When you walk through the front door you’ll feel like you step back in time at this old time drugstore and soda fountain. You can pick up your prescription here a local souvenir order breakfast or lunch and even get a milkshake. Staff is friendly and efficient. Grill is not always open but if it is make sure you sit down and try the French toast biscuits and gravy or BLT for breakfast

The omelettes are awesome. The employees are friendly, and the original 50s feel of the restaurant will put a smile on your face. This is a small town gem.

Outstanding!!! Absolutely splendid! I had banana pudding and a chocolate malt with whipped cream. Presentation was superb. Ambience was authentic and inviting. Very comfortable. Staff were clean and quite impressively genuine! I highly recommend if you haven't tried yet!

I don't understand how this place stays in business. The customer service is awful and the owners are extremely rude and unprofessional.The food is not good and had I known at the time how unsanitary everything is, I wouldn't have touched it with a ten foot pole. They often don't wear gloves when handling your food (including raw meat), they have mice problems, the employees are instructed to be dishonest to health inspectors, and it's a rule that if you're sick you are required to come into work and serve/handle food "unless you have a high fever." If this is how they run things you can be sure that's only the tip of the iceberg.I absolutely do not recommend giving this place your business.

Hoskins drugstore is amazing!! Staff is very courteous and friendly. The food is great!! I recommend the double burger with pimiento cheese and grilled onions.. mmmmmmm Yes!!!

What an amazing trip back in time. This active pharmacy is still around. Good food. Amazing staff!! And prices aren't bad either! Best part of Hoskins is its customers!! Always a pleasant experience. I recommend Biscuits and gravy, with scrambled egg and sausage pattie. And don't forget to get something cold - their ice is amazing!!

This was my first visit to a Pharmacy/Grill. I remember working at Walgreen's years ago that they were buying out the competition. I'm glad that this place has kept it's original look.They don't have take-out menus yet so I uploaded photos of their menu here. They have daily specials so don't forget to ask!I got a cheeseburger and seasoned fries. Both were excellent and felt homemade.I cannot review their pharmaceutical area as I am rately sick, but based on their phenomenal customer service, I'll be happy to return to do so.

First timer... Great customer service. Very friendly. Good variety. Old timey looking store but that just adds to the feel of community, I think. We will be coming back to try the food 🤤 smelt delicious.

Breakfast 2 eggs toast and 2 pcs of beacon 9 dollars. No service no grits or hashbrowns. I came home and had to eat because I was still hungry when I left Hoskins dinner. I don't mind paying for breakfast but I shouldn't need to come home and eat afterwards.

Staff could be friendlier. It would be helpful if prices were on the chalkboard. Also post on the board that the specials are Monday through Friday only. When the counter people are taking orders, to work smarter not harder, put the name of the customer on the ticket. When the food comes out they can simply call out your name.

Hoskins has the “Mayberry” feel with great food. Every time I’ve been there I’ve always had great service. They refill your drinks with a smile and food comes out fast. What more is there to ask for. It just so happens to be near my barbershop so feel free to stop by!

The staff was super unhappy at anybody who walked into that place. As we were sitting eating we could hear all the snarky remarks they would make about the customers and they would ignore them while they stood waiting for there order to be taken. Really sad for our first time being there. I really liked my burger and onion rings I got but wasn’t comfortable sitting there eating.

Love the nostalgia as a Native Clintonian. Breakfast was good, but only giving on slice of bacon for a breakfast and one sausage patty is unacceptable for the price. Maybe a sign saying "Order Here" would also be appropriate. Thanks!!!

There's so many good things I can rave about our little Hoskins but I think you should visit for yourself! Many moons ago my friends & I would walk from Clinton Middle school after classes to sit & enjoy their milkshakes & soda fountain. Once even in high school at Clinton High, we took a LONG walk after school was finished to go to Hoskins (but really our group of friends didn't mind at all, Clinton is such a safe town, we had our minds on the sweets). Really friendly staff; they'll help you find any type of medical equipment you might need. If you browse around the store, please don't forget to check out their sweets.

Went in, placed order, received order which was wrong, had to flag someone down to get it fixed right. The younger girl with glasses brought it back & just slid it on the table like she had somewhere else to be. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! Parking is limited. Hoskins is NOT what it use to be. We use to go in all the time...friendly service, nice ppl, helpful. NOT ANYMORE!! And prices r way to high for their freezer burgers. Nasty!!

This place is NOT family friendly. I was dining with a friend and our small children, when AFTER getting our 3 year old boys to calm down we were approached and basically shamed for our boys being noisy. I will add at this particular time their volume was also full of laughter and basically little boys happily playing. My 3 year old boy did later start to cry when I did not allow him to get ice cream due to him not eating, but I did buy a scoop of ice cream for my daughter who did eat. Toddlers cry, and melt down...they have since the beginning of time, and it’s not pleasant for any parent. However, what is really unpleasant to have have the manager or maybe owner walk up and in a very condescending and passive aggressive manner tell you it’s time for your children to leave before finishing your food. My daughter was not able to finish her ice cream however we were asked to leave.This place does have a reputation of not treating kids when they come in for ice cream or a meal. On their Facebook review they literally stated it was because high school kids vandalize the property...but when you treat parents of children like garbage, you have lost the future of your business. Treating kids poorly will not lead to those kids or their parents contributing to your business.

Didn't have a star 4 one and half.1st time there sat down no one had courtesy to inform us needed 2 order from counter.said best burger 2022 either quality fell off in 23 or they win by default just a burger.wife ordered a BLT no mayo,took forever 4 her to get sandwich 1st attempt guess what mayo on it.hear nothing but raves on these 2 places both are decent at best.

The cost of food will bankrupt a normal person i did not want the special just the meatloaf was charged full meal price also ordered 2 grilled cheese that were not good,Cost over $8.50 forJust 2 grilled cheese no fries chips anything, goodLord ridiculous. But because they are theOnly place in downtown area thats whatYou get. They are very proud of there food.

I really appreciate the friendly staff at Hoskins that are very helpful to those of who live not far from Clinton but, don't drive, the delivery is a big blessing because of that and I don't have family down here or friends. Thank you!❤

The food is adequate very small portions and the staff is not very friendly at all. I've never went out for prescriptions just food, I must say the hamburgers are good but the daily specials not so much.
