Bought a package of deli meat for $6 went to make a sandwich and as soon as I opened the bag I knew it was rotten, expired 2 weeks prior I had to waste my gas going to exchange it when I go in the customer service person did not apologize and was rude and acted like I did something wrong (I had my recipt). $140.00 in groceries I will not shop here agin I'll stick to kroger from now on.

I ordered a cake from the bakery for my wife cause for one she loves Fall and second her mother just found out she possibly has cancer. I was trying to lift up her spirits so I ordered a cake that was supposed to be Fall themed and they got it wrong. I was disappointed cause it's been already a rough week and this didn't help. What impressed me though was the store manager went out of his way and fixed the issue professionally. I told him about the situation and he was very sincere about it. He let me get flowers and a refund for my troubles. It goes to show that there is good people left in this world. I know things can be done wrong occasionally but he made it right. This is a great place to go to and the one mistake that happened today after several years of going here doesn't change my feelings about this store. Good job Sam!!

When you have kids they just grab.And the prices are difficult to find. I always go over my count. Other than that the store is great.clean and fridndly

Went in to buy a family dinner for Christmas. The girl behind the deli counter was a trainee with nobody else to help. Me and another lady called the store just to be told that there was no help to send to her. If you're a manager, shouldn't you be trained in all areas of the store? Waited for 30 minutes to just walk out

WOW- JUST WOW and God bless you - I spoke with the floral department and spoke with Ms. Sandy. I needed a wreath sent to Holley Gamble funeral home for a family member - she worked with me over the phone sent me a photo - added to the wreath - I am just so overwhelmed and happy- excellent customer service and a caring attitude for others. TY so much You will never know what this meant.

This is the second d bad experience from the bakery. I should have said something on my birthday about this. Which was the 14th of October when the cookie was picked up. My fiancé's grandmother ordered me a cookie cake with butterflies. I thought the butterflies were setting on top of the icing. So when I go to remove the butterflies? It was very hard to get out of the cookie come to find out It was a wire floral decoration Who puts thin flimsy wire inside of A cookie On top of that, I believe it was the same woman who did my children's cake back in June where she refused to decorate the way I wanted it and laid a physical photo instead of a sugar sheet. I don't understand why this woman is still there but if she can't decorate properly she doesn't need to be in the bakery. . You don't put flimsy foral wire inside someone's food.

The Starbucks employees in the Food City Clinton TN are wonderful. They are always friendly, helpful and process orders quickly. Love having this Starbucks option so close to my home. Only thing that could make it better is online ordering. Thank you to the team on Saturday 5/6 that was working on the morning. Our drinks were perfect.

I have always liked shopping at Food City. You know the meat is fresh and not full of preservatives. The bakery deli has lots of items to help make dinner a little easier on the cook and they have the best in store decorated cakes! Some items are a little higher than at other stores, but if you have a value card it evens out and you earn value points toward 15¢ off a gas visit.

It's interesting to ring everything up at the self checkout and THEN scan your Food City card after u see your total. Try it next time & see how much the price goes down.

I really dislike the self check outs, there's way too many for only one person to resolve issues while busy times and the check out line that was personed by employee was super long line when you only came for two items you just want to get in and done then be on your way.

Have never had a negative experience with this location. They are the only store in the area open until midnight, and completely saved me with being able to stop in and purchase formula in the middle of the night.The employees have always been kind to me and pointed me to things I couldn't find, and were super accommodating with helping me enter WIC when I didn't realize it couldn't be done alone at self checkout.The only con here is the price of items. It's hands-down significantly more expensive than anywhere else in a 30 mile radius. Formula is $4 more each, milk is a few dollars more, and TV dinners that are $2.25 at Walmart have a 100% or higher markup at $4-6 each. That being said, they have a better fresh foods selection and more frozen variety to back it up.Also: they have a small Starbucks in store now!

For Starbucks inside Food city. I have gone here 4 times and will not be going there again. I went and got 2 vente drinks with extra stuff and was under charged. The next time I went I got the same and got the receipt to see how they were charging so I could figure out what was going on. Well every time after that the price keep going up. This last time I got the same thing but one vente and 1 tall and it was the most expensive out of all of them. How does that work?

I really hate this place, the prices of food have gone up so much since the pandemic. Food city is literally raking in the money. You have their shoppers card but it literally only reduces prices on certain items that shouldn't have been that expensive in the first place. Always try and look for a cheaper place to buy groceries.
