Worst customer service. Took my tiller in on Mar 10, would not start. They sent it to another place to get repaired. April 10, I called and they said they were waiting on parts. Called back a week later and they said they have not looked at it yet. They lied. April 28 Exit 122 called but only rang once, no message left. I just picked up my tiller. Would not start so I got my $38.24 back. It also had a flat tire.Bought a "new" Cub Cadet zero turn mower from them last year. Salesman lied. Sold to me as a "demo" but was actually used and returned. Found out why after the first mowing. Very little power and would not mow up hill. Took it in. A week later picked up and had to get it fixed again, low power again. Two weeks later I got it back. Still has problems. Do not go to this place! I should have read their reviews before I went. Never again. Liars work there.

Bought a $6000.00+ mower in August 2022 and it has been in the shop twice since then. It is at their service center now and I'm told they cannot tell me what is wrong or when it will be repaired. I was never informed that it would be taken to a service center in another county and I'm getting no answer's at the store. I called the service center and was told there were 112 mowers ahead of me and I might not get it back this year. This is totally unacceptable and if I don't hear something by the end of this week, I will take other measures to remedy the problem. I need my mower back now.

Service is none existent. Took my mower in for service the start of March. Here it is nearly may. Still don't have my mower back. They've told me for two weeks now that I'm ninth in line. You can't tell me that they haven't fixed one mower in two weeks. Seems that there working on the big mowers before they get to the smaller ones. I'll never use these people again.

My husband and I purchased a mower here. Slade was absolutely great to work with. He made things very easy for us and we enjoyed working him. Huge thank you to Slade! They have the best selection around. Worth the drive! Highly recommend Exit 122 Outdoor Power Equipment!

Update: Mower died unexpected at 2 hours on the engine. Called for repairs/pickup and was told there was no timeline for a pickup. Pickup was then scheduled after a few days, then cancelled the day the driver was supposed to arrive. Salespeople were awesome on purchase day, not happy with the service side so far.Good salespeople, not pushy at all. Showed products that met my needs, not products to make a quick dollar. Ill be returning for future needs.

Unfortunately I cannot give you a good review. Just purchased our mower in late summer of 2021. Had it taken in early February to do winter service maintenance. Didn't get it back until mid March. Immediately mowed and noticed clanging noice when blades engaged. Called immediately and had it picked back up.we were told after a week or so that nothing was wrong with it and they were delivering it back. Delivery driver checked it and it was still making the sound. Then told it was a spindle broken and had to order part. Now it's the end of March, so I called to check status. Part not in yet. Couldn't tell me where it was except at their warehouse. Was told they couldn't even call their own warehouse to check on status to try to expedite as requested. Couldn't tell me when I could expect it to be ready

Ordered a part for my mower, a week and 1/2 later I go and check on it.Parts guy stated it was still on order, so I asked when it was ordered, and the order was placed the day before.Canceled and ordered from Amazon. Had it 2 days later.

Was running out of time to get a mower, got stuck late at work but knew what I wanted to get.they close at 5, and I Called ahead and asked if we got there by 4:45 if somebody would be willing to stay and sell us a mower. Bobby was one of their salesman, and he gladly stepped up and offered to help us even though they were getting ready to close. He was awesome to work with, ask for him if you’re interested in purchasing a new residential or commercial mower. He’s greatly accommodating and knowledgeable about his product, super professional and a pleasure to work with. I had the same deal at a different dealership but the rep didn’t seem like he cared whether or not I was there. So I decided to reach out to these folks instead and take my business here, and I’m glad I did. Thanks Bobby for a great experience.

I wouldn't buy a wheelbarrow from these clowns,1st off it would b overpriced,wouldn't do as well as the ring master will claim,and service after the sale is non-existent. Rudeness seems 2b taught or required 4 employment and if u go 2 corporate comments u can c the same unhappiness expressed there.

Purchased a new ZTS1 from Exit 122. I was probably there 3-4 times to ask questions and eventually quick test drives out in the parking lot. Very patient with me and while they were successful in convincing me to buy the more expensive option, I'm glad I did at this point. I don't remember everyone's name but Slade and the team were great to work with. I feel that Cub's parts availability remains suspect at this point but I can't put that on the dealer.

Only a small thing, but I needed a small part for the mower. Actually 2. The knobs that lock the seat in place. Bo figured out exactly what part I needed. He located one in Jacksboro, but they didn't have two. Apparently Cub is going through some issues until later in August. Can't blame Exit 112. No big deal. I can use just one and I got a bolt at Ace to use until I can get the correct one. They called me a few hours later. Part was delivered to the store. I went an picked it up. I only really dealt with Bo and he's great! I'll be back!Oh yeah...probably back today! I drove over something I shouldn't have. (I'm afraid to look) Let's see how their service department is.

Terrible costumer service. Told me it would be two to three weeks to service my lawn mower, it's been 4 months. Paid for it when service was completed and still have not had my mower delivered back to me, it's been 2 weeks since payment. Do Not use this company for any reason. Once they have your money you are nothing to them. Find someone who will invest in future business with you the costumer!

They used to have qualified mechanics at this store. Now they can only perform simple maintenance at a very high price. I told them what the issues were and they replaced a belt & replaced a rear seal for $165 and didn't check anything else. Called me to come and get it. I picked it up and went home. The mower would barely move. I figured it was the tensioner on the drive belt. I turned around and took it back. They unloaded and said they would take a look at it. 2 weeks later I get a call from a mower shop in Jacksbor. They guy says it's a $75 fix. They call me back in 2 days and say that the hydrostatic transmission is out and $1100 to replace it. It only has 157 hours on it but they said that I am mowing too steep of hills (4 years ago they told me that this was the mower I needed for steep hills). They tried to sell me a $6000 mower.Very disappointed in Slade and the boys. After shopping local and buying 2 new mowers, used 4 wheeler and a trailer in the last 15 years, I guess I got to find a new place.

Had my equipment for over six weeks and unable to get the parts and get it fixed. Very disappointed.!!!!!What you said below is true about canceling the order and then asking you to reorder the parts and get it fixed. The part of the story we have both failed to mention is that my ticket was lost for three weeks which your service person admitted and apologized for. If something is going to take this long, it would be excellent customer service to reach out and let the customer know about delays. Currently you have committed to having my equipment fixed by July 12th and I look forward to picking it up then. At this point I will reevaluate my review accordingly.I am revising my evaluation. The company did an excellent job fixing my equipment and delivered the item as promised. It is important to remember we all make mistakes, what is important is how we handle those mistakes. I would recommend this company for service.

Just like another poster had posted. They will sell you a 5,000$ mower but if you have a problem they will leave you on hold for 45 min and never call you back. I called over a month ago to schedule a pick up on a one year old zt2 cub cadet that I purchased from them. The starter was not working so I Called to check on status. I left several messages and never received a call back. I then called and was rudely put on hold for 38 minutes! I then call from my house phone and they answered again rudely. I explained that I was on the other line I had have been on hold for 40 minutes (at this time) he hung up on me. So I call again and explained that I am tired of holding and all I needed was to check the status of my pick up schedule. The manager was rude and said “well I am here now what do you need!”? At this point I told him I needed nothing from him and I will never be back again!! word of advice steer clear of exit 122 outdoor. There are so many of other places around Knoxville area with better customer service. Company states something wrong with their phone. There was nothing wrong with the phone I called from a different line and they answered the same rude “ hold please” then they would hang up before you can even respond. Then when they finally come to the phone they’re rude no sorry to keep you holding, no can I help you with something? Just rude like you’re bugging them! And it must not of been the manager I guess it was the owner. I know it’s the guy that sits in the office on the left right when you walk in the door because it was the same guy bought the mower from. Selling mowers is good customer service is horrible.!

I found this excellent power equipment dealer and repair shop on accident when I needed to have my Stihl ms661 tension screw repaired and my Echo TimberWolf felling dog screw replaced and a tune up done on the saw and these guys know their stuff and their prices are beyond exceptional and reasonable. Go see these guys if you need any professional lawn care equipment they got what you need.

Took the lawn mower in for a spring service. It took them forever to complete. Tires were flat and ask about patching They said no and replaced with tubes and some blue slime. Finally got my mower back and used once tire went flat. We will not be going back...Update- Just responding registeredIn my husband name. We paid almost 300 hundred dollars to be serviced ,two new tubes, and delivery

They do a great job selling mowers but do nothing if you have a problem. They offer to pick up and deliver for $45 and say they are 3 weeks behind leaving you without your mower. I have called multiple times and left messages with no return call. I won’t mention any names but you know who you are. Do not recommend.

I've been shopping exit 122 for about 5 years now. I've always had a pleasant experience with them. Living in Hardin Valley, there are probably 50 places closer to me than 122. However, I'm a loyal customer. That being said, I dropped off my Blower and pressure washer (which is under warranty) back in early spring. I was told the repair would be done in 4 to 8 weeks. After two months I called to get a status update. They weren't ready. A month later I called again and was told the pressure washer was finished but they are waiting on parts for the blower. Two weeks later I called and was told the parts are in and it will be ready next Thursday. I called Thursday to be told the parts are in but it's at the other shop and should be ready next week. I told him I was told that last week. Two weeks later I call to be told the same exact thing. This time I told them I've been hearing this for over a month now and I want to know what's going on with my equipment. I was promised a phone call to me on Monday morning. That was almost three weeks ago. I called them today to check the status and guess what, the parts have finally arrived, the Blower is at the other shop and should be ready soon. The gentleman was kind as I explained to him him what's been going on. He told me I'd get a call back by the end of the day.At this point I just want my blower back and I'll take it somewhere else. I'm a reasonable person and understand times are hard with work shortages etc, however, this is unacceptable. Slade (who runs exit 122) is great to deal with and has been nothing but first class. The problem is those under him do not care nearly as much as he does.Update: It's been three more weeks and there's been some movement on the repair. Yep, the part is in and it will be on soon! What an absolute joke!Called again a week later, now they are waiting on parts again. As far as 122s reply for me to call Slade, he has my number and can read this review if he wants to make it right.Update Tuesday November 16th. I talked to Slade about 6 weeks ago. He was going to take over the situation and make it right for me. I called today and they are still waiting on parts. I told them to get my Blower back from the ither location and I'll pick it up myself. I have never seen this much confusion and lack of responsibility from an established business. This was once one of my favorite places to shop. They had excellent customer service and would get repairs knocked out quickly. Now simple communication is a task that can't even be handled.

I visited Outdoor Power Equipment because I am experiencing mechanical problems with my current lawn tractor. All the other people were busy helping other customers; so the owner assisted me. We discussed my situation and the owner showed me three options to consider and pointed out the features of each one. He even offered me a trade-in allowance on my current tractor even though I had been forthcoming about its mechanical problems. I did not purchase anything that day because I did not come prepared to do so. After more thought I decided his product line was more expensive than I wanted to spend given my current needs. But I was greeted promptly, treated with courtesy and given lots of information with which to make a decision.

We've been customers of Exit 122 OPE since 2006 and have watched this business both grow and improve. Just finished excellent service on 44" mower deck in under two weeks at this (always) busy time of the year. All Staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, and Brian and Chris, especially, take the time to explain what does, and does NOT require repair/replace. These folks have earned our trust and respect and now service and maintain two Cub tractors and mowing decks to our complete satisfaction. We are happy to recommend them to you! I live here in Norris and wanted to support a small business. On 6/1 My mower was messed up and my wife and I had full intentions of purchasing a new one. Or finding out if the old one was able to be repaired we waited in the showroom for about 10 minutes with no sales or service asking us if we needed help. The service desk just kept saying someone would be with us shortly after 20 minutes we left. I have called several times afterward to enquirer over the phone about servicing the mower. But to date 6/24 I have not received a call back.

Seem like very nice people. But as far as servicing the mower very weary now. Belt come off so husband had them come pick up to put belt back on; make sure nothing else was wrong. Was 90 some dollars which to us was very reasonable.They brought back and mower tore up as soon as he started it, smoking the whole yard up. Told mistake of service tech left bolts loose. So, not only went several weeks without mower, told had to pay for new belt. May be wrong but personally don't feel customers should have to pay for parts tore up because of repairmen mistake. Husband loves 0 turn mower bought from here, up till yesterday would have give them a 5.

They've had my mower since the end of April and it's now halfway through July and they said they just now got the parts.Reply to your reply,I as well work in the service industry and have experienced delays in getting parts. But that doesn't explain why it took you 2 months to even diagnose the issue.

I paid to replace a wire harness on a pro z 260.00 dollars on a 7000.00 dollar mower with 50 hours on it they replaced emissions plug only and kept the wire harness i paid for I won't use these people to grease my mower. my complaints to head quarters where not answered I will not refer anyone to this dealership buyer beware
