So it’s 330 on 18 December look at your cameras you got people waiting in line and your cashiers are outside smoking. You deserve to get robbed you deserve to get stolen from you deserve no one else to To shop here. I don’t blame them I blame management and district managers this place is a joke

Store was clean, cashier was very nice, but the other employee stayed within 3 feet of me the whole time and asked every customer that walked by if they needed help. I did need help actually, I was a lil confused on this "digital coupons" that was on detergent, luckily I ran into my mom....and she explained it to me. She definitely made me feel uncomfortable & to spy on me the whole time was unnecessary

Courteous staff and items I need are generally in stock. The store is usually clean. I prefer this location over the other Dollar General in the North end of Clinton. I've worked as an assistant manager of a Dollar General in NY and though I left that job a couple years back I have remained a loyal customer. I can find several things on my weekly shopping list for quite a bit cheaper than most other stores. And with their digital coupons I like it even more!!

The staff in this store are not trained to reload prepaid debit cards; a simple task of which they offer. Rarely find the things I'm looking for in stock. The customer service is OK. I love Dollar General but the ones in Knoxville are better though they are much further away. I will travel before I deal with either of the Clinton stores.

The prices are good but the aisles are always so full of stocking trolleys that you cam hardly get through the aisles and good luck finding anything. Had to move two stocking carts to get to a shelf.

Crowded isles not by people but stock just placed everywhere. Very disorganized and they have not been monitoring sale signs. I purchase 4 energy drinks supposed to according to sign be 4 for $7 charged 8 when I asked about the difference they said well its and old sign we just have had rime to remove it this sale end 2 weeks ago. Seriously then honor it or learn to keep up on stuff.

Nice clean store organized nicely. Staff wasn't very friendly but apparently they are doing their job well b/c store is always neat & clean & shelves stocked up which now days most dollar general stores have there merchandise sitting every where around the store.

I'm going to give all DGs a two star rating, it's not the store employees fault that it's always a mess and stocking needs to be done. Moreso, it's the company fault for not understanding how to properly manage a company, mark my words, one day they will perish alongside sears. Management expects two people, 1 manager and 1 cashier, to be able to run register, get stock out, and clean every day. Well if you have a busy day you can get off register and that leaves one person to stock and clean. Awful way to run a business. Try to avoid shopping at DG if you can and go to Ingles instead.

Dollar general us one of the most cramped stores I've been to. Don't go here if your looking for something specific cause you'll never find it. If you like having a panic attack from how close the aisles are then your in luck. Also if it's busy u have to wait ten mins in line cause there is only one person on shift every day.

Employees are always helpful and friendly. The prices for general everyday needed items are lower than similiar stores located in the same area. The store brand items are inexpensive and can fit into almost any budget.

The store is ALWAYS nasty, theres a key holder there who is just rude as she can be. Thinks smoking a cigarette is important enough to close her line, while there is 8 people waiting to check out, just to go smoke. Where is the professionalism??

Just went in the the Dollar General on Clinch in Clinton - after 5 minutes if trying to get down 2 different aisles, I left. They had “gotten in a truck” and over half of the aisles were full of large “dollies” loaded from the truck and you could not even squeeze down the aisles to try to find stuff! Some were still trying to shop with their buggies and agreed this is ridiculous. This is my favorite Dollar - normally clean and put together

The young guy that waited on me had his earbud in one ear and I could hear his music. He was trash talking other customers and using nasty language to other customers. I used to be an assistant manager at Dollar general in Knoxville . The company should really step it up and get rid of this rude trash talking boy.

This store is the most disorganized store I think I have ever been in. The isles are impassable at best. Junk lines every walkway. It's a fire hazard and a danger for the public.

The dollar General store in south Clinton is my favorite place to shop. The people that work there are always kind and helpful. Prices are better than the big stores and it is easy in and out.

Lines are always bad at this location in Oak Ridge. They can be out of stock on items for months at a time so inventory is slacking. They are constantly turning out new cashiers. The latest addition doesn't have the best attitude to say the LEAST

The store was clean, great customer service. The main issue I had is there is signs to wear a mask posted everywhere in the store but non of the workers was wear a mask nor non of the other customers.

What you would expect from a Dollar General. But way to much is packed into, to small of a space. I will say though I am sick of stores that allow items to be put into the wrong place and then won't honor their mistake. Zone your shelves or give the customer the item for the misplaced price!

I just left this dollar general about 45 minutes ago and I won't be going back I will not use names but the cashier coughed in to their hand and then picked up my order with the same hand (things I was going to eat I washed my snacks when I got home) corona virus or not that is just wrong

This place has went down hill so bad. Don't know what has happened. Can't get thru the store it's so junked up and not half the stuff you need on the shelves. Nasty floors and the wait in line is horrible. Nothing like it used to be.
