I have always had issues with getting competent customer service and helpful employees at this location. The staff is extremely rude and inattentive to detail regarding prescriptions. Almost impossible to actually talk to someone on the phone, and when you do they are not helpful or refer you elsewhere.

This pharmacy is just the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Just as the other review below states some of the employees are very rude. You cannot ask them any questions because they act as if it’s very inconvenient for them to help you. I am also having the same issue as the other person below about issues with getting prescriptions filled. I went to get my new meter for my diabetes and they LOST IT. They told me they would reorder it and it would be there the next day. Luckily I called instead of making another trip down there and they had me on hold for over 10 minutes “looking for it” they told me AGAIN they would “reorder it” and it would be there the next day. I will probably have to call again tomorrow to make sure they actually reordered it this time. My father says they are always rude with him and they were rude to me when I called to ask about his prescription. These employees need to find a new career because they are clearly not good at what they do.

This pharmacy in Clinton Tennessee needs new management. Every-time I go to this pharmacy there seems to be some sort of hassle getting my prescription filled. Also, some of the staff are not friendly and act as if they hate their job. I would recommend going to a different CVS pharmacy if at all possible.
