I've never had any issues here and they've always been great about helping me out anytime I've had a return. The store is spotless and has been remodeled not not too long ago so it is so much better of a shopping experience now! The prices on the other hand are not what they use to be by no means. Last three times I've went to get something I left empty handed because the prices on the stuff I was needing was too high compared to Walmart. I hate giving my money to Walmart but I can't afford to pay extra money for stuff if there's a cheaper option. The toys are crazy high priced for example. Like what??? The staff are all AWESOME though! Always kind and ready to help. They don't make the prices so I can't say anything negative there.

Drivers: There's enough room to go between the power pole and the chain link fence(swing wide). Alittle tight lining up with the dock, but certainly manageable. Friendly staff thats polite too.

Some prices are great, while others seem a bit high. Just keep an eye out on prices and compare so you know if you're getting a good deal. Staff are always friendly. Always a pleasure to shop there!

Really big store nice always love looking at the ocean stuffs so pretty ME and Kary Wallace was shopping for his dog Boo food and p,pads lol 😆 our store in Middleboro Kentucky is big like this one, but they need electric scooter we all can't walk as good as before, THANK You ❤

I haven't been to this big lots in ages probably 5 years or so. And I was mind blown going in with all the new items they now sell and the stores new set up reminds me of Burlington coat factory. It's beautiful as are the prices. Super friendly and helpful employees. I had an awesome experience at the Clinton location.

It's a Big lots like all Big lots but the customer service sucks.. I have nothing against people of one age or another but the older ladies that work there at the register act like you being there is annoying causing them to work is annoying. I've worked at plenty of retail jobs I know customers can get on your nerves but you still have to act appropriately. It's not as if I asked for anything special just wanted to be rung up. Having eyes rolled at you when you question a price is about the most annoying thing in the world in the future I'll drive to another city if I ever feel the need to go check out Big lots

Very poor customer service experience. Went to purchase furniture with my family. The first employee I encountered was friendly, but told me she new new nothing about the furniture. Then we were ignored by the other employees until I stopped other woman. I asked her a question about a sofa she told me she, "didn't know" changed the subject, and walked away. Overall, it was the worst experience I have EVER had in a Big Lots. No one tried to help us or answer any questions we had. I was taught in my many years of customer service you that you never tell someone you Don't know, you tell them to that you will find out for them. I will never go back to the Clinton Big Lots.

The front cashier really needs to have an attitude adjustment. Guess it's hammers and dollar general only from now onEdit... Old cashier not to be found. New one is a huge improvement

Hubby & I were in here yesterday, couldn't find anyone to help us.. another customer was looking for an associate as well with no luck. Today we came back in with our decisions, nothing was in stock that we had picked out.. & if it was, the lady didn't care to even look.. just told us it would be 6-8 weeks thanks to covid. We are currently driving elsewhere.. will not be back.

They have super cute stuff. Some things like kids shirts are expensive to be from Big Lots, 10 dollars for a shirt, other places like Burkes or even Walmart has cheaper clothes and cuter than what Big Lots has. The public bathroom is okay I guess. It's a good place to get furniture and snack food 😋

The staff is fine and nice, but I showed up to do a curbside pickup because I forgot my mask and it was during senior hours. They dont have any curbside spot, you have to block the fire lane which is not good in my opinion. Then on top of that, they made me come in and sign for the item which defeats the whole purpose of curbside pickup so they made me come in without a mask and sign for something during senior hours. Not only was all that really dumb but moments before I was told to come in and sign I saw 2 younger people (mid 20s) enter without masks during this "senior hour".. for the safety of everyone big lots, you can do better.

My uncle who is 83 and has Alzheimer's purchased the wrong type of Kleenex facial tissue boxes, he got the long multi pack but needed the smaller square boxes to fit in their dispensers. He asked me to take them back and exchange them for the ones he needed and I asked him for the receipt from when he went their ,but we looked thru everything to no avail. I told him it shouldn't be a problem in taking them back since we were simply exchanging for the right size boxes of tissues. Wrong. When I first walked into big lots I explained what I needed to do and even stood in line for the cashier to tell me to go get the ones I need for exchange. After digging around to find enough little boxes of tissues to equal out what was previously purchased, I returned to the long line, to finally be asked once more for the receipt. I kindly stated once more that I had no receipt and it would just be an exchange for wrong size. The cashier asked how they were payed for and I told her probably cash since I wasn't with my uncle personally when he purchased the items but mind you that they did have the big lots price stickers on the merchandise. The cashier now states she cannot exchange the tissues without a receipt and was kinda rude when I asked her ,why now all of a sudden, they could not. You would think I was asking for a million dollar return rather than $11.00 in Kleenex exchange, which by the way, those small boxes were like $1.50 each and I had more than 15 in my little carrier, but she refused to exchange them. I handed over the carrier with all the smaller packages back to the cashier and kindly grabbed the ones I entered the store with and left. Upon going directly to my uncle's house I explained what had happened and what was said. He became a little angry and said he would take them back and to place them in his truck. He left immediately and came back with 15 smaller boxes, just like I tried to exchange but had to get the big store manager involved, flashed his military badge at him and he made everything ok.I'm not some teenager , I'm 57 myself but because he flashed his old military police badge( he's been retired for 30 yrs) they do something for him. Why should this have to go to this extreme people. Won't be doing many purchases myself at this location if this is how their going to treat their customers of 15 yrs and never had any problems like today. Just sad.

I hate retail because they never staff enough. They think two people at the busiest time of day can run the whole store. I guess it works sometimes but when there are 20 people in a store and you need help you have to wait forever to get it! Give them more staffing hours!!!!

Love the remodeled look. They have an overall great selection of just about everything you could want for say a home. Just wish the dog toy section was more stocked.

The shopping experience was fantastic at this location. Plenty of staff on hand to answer questions and offer service help. As always there was a great selection of christmas and home decor and the store organization was very logical.

This place usually has a good variety of items. I've bought several furniture items from them for a good deal. The store itself isn't usually kept up though. Not typically clean or organized.
