I have read the negative reviews here, but that was not my experience. I took my Shih Tzu Maltese mix there for the first time last week. Jen was extremely friendly and patient as she asked what I wanted done for my girl. I had her back within a few hours. I don't think their way of operating is atypical. Whenever I took her to Petsmart, it would take them all day and they would keep her all day. This was also the same at pet supplies plus. So I think they're way of operating is more typical than not. And, as I said, I got her back very quickly! She looked wonderful! In fact, it's probably the quickest I have ever gotten her back. As with other groomers, they put them in kennels / crates and work on them one at a time. There are two people working on them. Anyway, I know that everyone's experience is different, but mine was great.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I took my puppy there, showed her pictures of how I wanted him cut. I wanted a teddy bear cut( short but still fluffy). What I got back was a total mess. His face and ears were perfect. From there it was all downhill. From his neck throughout his whole body to about an inch and a half to two inches of his tail was almost bald. The rest of his tail was untouched. To say the least I was very disappointed in this service.

All Paws takes your pet in at 8:30 am and keeps it all day until 5 or 6:00 pm‼️ They have a weird method of operation. They don't give appointments. It's an all day traumatic experience for most pets. I will never go there again. They also only take CASH‼️ Why❓

It was my girl's first time being groomed/shaved and she had tons of hair. She was very patient with her...my dog is terrified of almost everything and shuts down...and got her groomed and bathed beautifully. I highly recommend her.

Not dependable - she CONSTANTLY overbooks herself causing fur babies to stay all day and late into the night. If you don't mind your babies being gone for close to 11 hours then she's fine. Otherwise, take your babies somewhere else. I'm a understanding person, and I know some times things come up. However, we have used her for years and she's constantly cancelling/not showing, showing up late when she's given you a time to drop off and keeping our babies till late in the night when she has us drop them off in the morning.

Annie looked beautiful when I picked her up. She did an excellent job on her ears and paws. She treated Annie with love and attention. I will definitely go back. I didn't have any problems getting her an appointment, she even worked with me, as I was having an upcoming surgery. All around was a great job and experience. Reasonable prices.

Took my Australian Shepherd here for his first time being groomed. Sandra called me 20 min after dropping him off to let me know he was doing great. She knew I was worried about leaving him. He came back home even softer then before and a perfect trim. Will be back again!

I have a Australian Shepherd that is timid with a lot of people, it’s great to have a place like this to take him to and not worry at all. Thanks to All Paws we get free mind and awesome grooming done! Definitely recommend.

Called and got an appointment within 2days and they did an outstanding job of grooming my dog.They trimmed his nails, bathed and cut his hair and he looks incredible and smelled awesome!

I had an appointment for 6/19/17, gotta call they had to cancel. They said they would reschedule in a couple of days. Never received a call back!! I have made numerous polite calls to All Paws and they don't even answer the phone! I left numerous messages and ask them to please return my call!! Last message I said.. If you don't want my business at least give me a courtesy call back! Not a word back from them! Terrible Terrible service! Very very Unprofessional!

Paid $60.00 to have two dogs bathed and nails clipped. They kept the dogs for five hours. When we picked them up, they smelled worse than when they were dropped off and they did a horrible job on their nails. DO NOT GO HERE. They are unprofessional and do not do what you pay them to do.
