This is by far the worst Dollar General I’ve ever been in each time I I have come, and the cashiers have been so rude to either me or another person trying to get checked out they don’t have no type of manners or people skills. Someone really needs to come in and redo who they hire. They really need to come in and check this it’s so sad management has just hired anybody. If you don’t have people skills you don’t need to work here.

Staff are great and work their behinds off. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they always stay sold out of things we need because they are the only place in Clifton to buy anything.

Major difference since new manager Brittany started. Great store, always clean, as well stocked as possible during COVID 19. Friendly, helpful staff. So great to have produce available. Large frozen / refrigerated food section also. Saves alot of trips to other larger stores 25 minutes away. Very convenient.

Very well stocked, clean, awesome selection of products you're not able to find anywhere else.Only thing that was unsatisfactory about my visit was that the Redbox movie rental machine was out of order. Other than that, it was a wonderful place 2 shop. I'll definitely be back.

Horrible service here today. I went to get my lunch here today and ended up buying a few more items. I went to checkout and the lady said my card declined three times. The first two times were her fault she said. Then she wanted to know how much was on my card. I told her that was irrelevant and there was enough on my card to pay for my purchases. After her admitting it was her fault she refused to run my card again. Telling me that I should have told her what kind of card it was to start with. I explained that i didnt know i was suppose to tell her what kind it was and she said well yeah you are. Wow this lady was rude beyond measure. Me and my son left without buying anything. She is the older gray haired lady by the way. After I left the store I checked my card balance and it was 124.00 plenty enough to pay for what I had. The clifton store lost my business forever as long as this lady is there.

It's the only store in the town most people have to shop there so a lot of times they are sold out of certain items,mainly food, you're looking for. The store is clean and nice.

This Dollar General in Cifton TN is a blessing to the Town. After the Grogery Story Burnt down, it has been great place and much needed place! We call it the Clifton Mall...

The staff is so suspicious of customers at this Dollar General location. I had a bunch of bananas yesterday in my hand and told the lady employee that I was getting a basket. Well , she acted like I was going to steal the bananas just because I told her I was stepping just beside the door to get a basket. Very embarrassing . The is the last time I shop at that Dollar General location.
