An incredible store for exotic fish and pets such as spiders and snakes. The only place in the Chattanooga where one can buy live mice for snake feeding. The owner is cool as hell, and he sells his used equipment at an amazing discount. If you love fish, snakes, etc, you must go here!

This is an old school pet store that has a lot of fish, reptiles and a little bit of everything and if you ask the owner will try to find it for you and he is so very friendly. I absolutely love this little pet store, and you should visit and see what they got.

I found this place because Petco had a cricket shortage but said there were still some there. Not only did they have crickets, but they also have reptiles and amphibians. I received great tips for my Red Eyed Tree frog and new Leopard Gecko. When I ready upgrade my frog’s habitat, they were helpful and knowledgeable. I now recommend them to anyone with fish or reptile needs.

Very very dirty place tanks are ungod f filthy filthy tanks are very major black every the every tank freshwater and saltwater is unclean and unhealthy for the fish. I think I was very major deaf, depressed for how nasty and dirty everything was. He needs to hire more help or bring someone else, then to help him with everything

I only went here to look at inventory. I do not own fish. It was very fun to see all the fishes and other animals, very different feel from places like pet Co and petsmart. I have some knowledge on ethical aquatic care but little experience, but from what I saw at the Aquatic Den, everything seemed to be operating safely and to standard. It is a small shop, though, for supplies and a small arrangement of fishes, bearded dragons, snakes, and corals, so don't go into the store in hopes of an aquarium viewing. Nice hidden gem for Cleveland TN.

Visited many times over the years and I've always been satisfied with the variety of fish and plant choices they have available for my fresh water aquarium needs. They do have saltwater aquatics items as well, although I don't have a salt tank, it's good to know they have the oceanic variety of choices should I ever venture into a salt tank.

Very attentive to customers. Quick to acknowledge your presence even when assisting other customers. Due to the time making sure each and every customer is given thier full attention, answering every question, and making sure they are able to care properly for the pets they are taking home you might have to wait your turn to be taken care of; however, when it is your turn you will be given the same attention as every customer. They are amazing, knowledgeable, and the customer service is much better than you will get at any of the other pet stores around here.

Very knowledgeable owners. They take very good care of their animals and answer any and all questions they can. They have many varieties of fish including saltwater and freshwater as well as some aquatic plants and reptiles. We have bought 3 pet rats from them and they were very helpful in the process as well as kept us informed about a baby rat we were trying to buy. Would definitely make this a first stop when looking for aquatic animals and supplies. Good deals on large tanks too.

Really like this store and the people. Good selection and great customer service for both the fresh and salt water side. I have done business with Bermuda Triangle & Fish Mania and was so glad to find these guys. Buy all my fish here now. Just changed my grandson's tank over to salt they were a great help. Supplied my live rock, sand and etc. and well priced fish too. It was a great experience for my grandson. I drive from North Georgia to shop here, going tonight to their monthly "swap meet". This is the real deal in customer service for the aquarium hobby. I'll post a pic tonight.

Great store and knowledgeable owner. Very friendly and is very helpful! Has lots of variety and is stocked very well. I have started coming here for my pet needs rather than petco or petsmart. Bought fish from him and all were very healthy and happy as well as snake supplies. Would recommend them to anyone.

My girlfriend and I have been coming to Aquatic Den since beginning of the COVID quarantine. From day one, Eric and his staff have been amazing. We have bought many snakes,lizards, and fish from Eric and will continue to do so. From day one, he has made us feel welcome and continues to do so. I highly recommend this place and will continue to make the 45-60 minute drive every week to come here rather than go elsewhere that’s closer.

Hands down this is the best location for quality customer service, excellent fish and supplies! The store looks great and is perfectly organized with prices clearly marked. The fish all look great and are in excellent health. We have bought many fish here and do not regret a single purchase. The owner of this store really understands both the needs of fish and the needs of his customers. He will research anything you ask if he is not 100% positive about it and make sure that your purchase is right. He is honest and trust worthy. The Aquatic Den will remain a favorite place for my husband and I to bring our business to for years to come.

I have been a regular here for many years. The owner and his helper are both very knowledgeable on all things saltwater AND freshwater. Seems to be uncommon to find a store that knows so much about both. The owner will always take care of you for whatever need you have. When I special order fish from him, he will call his supplier and make sure I get the best available. Very nice coral, saltwater fish, and freshwater fish selection. And he always has a lot of equipment selection. And again, willing to order what you need if he doesn’t have it

The Aquatic Den is a pretty good fish store, all the stocking we've purchased from them has been healthy and well colored up. I rated four stars because they have a LOT of black beard algae, and I've seen them carrying fish that I don't agree with being sold (an arapaima, a 10-13 ft beast that doesn't belong in the hobby), but everything I've got from them so far has been healthy and ate well. I would highly recommend this store, just make sure to get any hardscape that is already submerged, it's probably got black beard algae and that stuff is impossible to get off, so be careful there. I will definitely be going back when I get some more tanks set up and ready to be stocked.

Honestly I had come in not for fish but for a rat as a pet! Staff was amazing and knowledgeable, they let me interact with them b4 purchasing, and I can honestly say they have healthy animals and a nice set up to visually look at. I give 5 stars thank y’all so much for a great experience
