Every time we come to this store we are greeted with the nicest employees. They remember who we are and always quick to help. I noticed the last time we went this super helpful diagram in the aquatic area an employee took their time to create for new fish parents. This is beyond helpful and extremely thoughtful!

Bought two harnesses size medium. I like the handel on the back and also poo bag storage. It's very easy to adjust and even easier to put on perfect for apartment living, and just for walking.

Bottom line, won't be bothering with this location anymore.. I don't think myself to be a demanding customer, just placed an online order & came in an hour later because I had gotten no up date on processing, and also had a 30 minute commute to this location. Arrived at the store to ask about my order & was instructed that I should have received a cancelation email, I hadn't yet. Inquired about a similar (live insect) option, was instructed by (I'm assuming??) the manager on duty to go over to the live insect area & the worker assigned there would help me. After 10 minutes of looking myself, a worker appeared, I attempted to ask a question, to which she ignored, shrugged & immediately disappeared back into the back of the store! Upon looking myself, all available -live- insect options were DEAD, so not very helpful at all in general.

We got this precious little girl Friday when we came in an she has been wonderful! She’s the prefect addition to our family , she keeps our dog going.. I just wanna take the time to thank PetSmart for being so helpful everyone was wonderful. Please adopt , all of our babies have been adopted an they are so grateful an loving an make wonderful pets

I took Jack here to be groomed before the wedding, excellent job by the way. Jack was needing to be groomed again. I thought they did a good job last time and trusted them with Jack again to get him groomed cause he was needing it. An hour and a half later, I get a call saying we can’t continue our services. Found out he got a lion hair cut, I told them to leave about an inch or 2 on him. I’m not happy with that cut, will find another groomer to fix it. They stuck him in the kennel to take a break, perfectly fine. They came back and there was blood everywhere. He had accidentally tore off his dew claw in the kennel. They are supposed to trim nails before placing them in kennels according to another groomer for safety reasons and they were not even cut. I had to bandage him myself and put an antibiotic to keep it from getting irritated thank God I took vet assisting classes. I’m NOT coming back for grooming. Very bad experience here.

Michael the store manager in dalton ga was absolutely amazing he saved me a 100 mile round trip on a product. I called Cleveland first to see if their stock online was correct before I drove all the way there and the lady I talked to told me if it said they have it they do but they didn’t Next store I called was dalton ga Michael took his time to look it up and helped me get another product that was similar. Cleveland should have employees that go above and beyond like the dalton location.

So went into PetSmart tonight and asked an associate where there smallest mice are she tells me there feeders move are in the freezer first of all I never said anything about feeder mice I simply asked where are there smallest mice at meaning live mice then she tells me she can't sell me any love pets this location is a joke don't waste your time with these kids that they have working here they are a joke Petco has better associates with better customer service skills

We love Petsmart because their employees LOVE their furry customers and treat them so good! When I and Winston, our Airedale walks in, he almost always gets greeted!! Plus the grooming staff really love on him too and respect us as a customer! Special shout-out to Hannah H who did such an excellent & conscientious job grooming Winston!

I can usually find what I need for all of our cats. The staff has always been super helpful and friendly. Even if I ask questions that they are not completely sure of, they find a way to get an answer that is helpful. The only thing add/change is some xxs clothes for smaller cats and dogs.

I had free training today from Katie. She was amazing training 3 of us to potty train. Her knowledge was vast and she was willing to share answering all of our questions. I never felt as if my question was dumb. I left feeling I could have a well trained pup with time and patience

My kiddos love going here to see the kittens. They do have some neat things for pets of all kinds. They are on the spendier end but if you can find coupons or catch sales it's not too bad. Customer service is always great.

PetSmart likes to talk about how they will do refunds on food if your pet ends up not liking the food. Trusted them on this, bought some cat food and my cat did not like it at all. Took the food back to exchange it and they wouldn't exchange it. Waste of money and time.

Friendly staff, great environment. Recently bought some fish from here and love them. The fish are happy and healthy. No dead fish floating at the top of tanks like you see in other places, no drooping fins. Recommend buying your fish here.

My wife and I recently rescued a pet rabbit that someone had dropped off at a parking deck at her hospital. So that day we went to this PetSmart. This store is honestly one of the best I've been in. The shelves were nicely stocked, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They even begged us to bring the rabbit next time we visited. We are definitely coming back.

Ordered a thunder shirt online July 2nd, late at night, and picked it up the next day. Our dog was having a tough time with fireworks and bad weather. Now he is more relaxed. Was glad they had his size in stock.

I go for fish (guppies), and they never got any girl guppies worth a dime. Haven't had no good ones since before Christmas. And I need a 20 gallon (long) stand. I haven't seen a cheap one yet. Everything they got in store is 2-$300.00 when I just need a plain Jane black metal stand. So I guess if I'm going to order 1 on line it will be a cheaper 1 at Walmart.

The store is very clean. Our groomer here does a wonderful job on our dog. The grooming staff make us feel welcomed and appreciated. More importantly our dog loves her visit to the spa. She gets a beautiful haircut and smells good. This is a great pet smart.

Had our 13 year old dog groomed. He can be a bit of a grumpy old soul and won't let me do his nails or touch his face. Hannah got his bath, haircut and nails done no problem. She must be the dog whisperer because he doesn't let anyone touch face and feet. Well done.
