Jessica is the best groomer there ever was and is. I got my pup 2 years ago and she was the first to ever groom him... & we loved her so much but then she moved and we were so devastated.... We tried so many different places in Cleveland & no one can do it like her... JESSICA IS TRULY THE BEST!!!! Shes so patient and my dog loves her. I am so so happy she moved back. I highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a groomer.. you wont find anyone better.

I got my Shih tzu when the pandemic started. I've had a extremely hard time finding and keeping a groomer. I heard that a new pet store with grooming was about to open. I know my sweet girl was getting tired of me trying to groom her at home. She was always clean but the cuts I gave her was so bad. I waited a few months and finally made a appointment. On Oct 30, 2023. I had a appointment with Rochelle . Rochelle did not disappoint me. She did a excellent job on my baby. I'm beyond happy .My dog looks so Pretty. Everything that was supposed to be done, was done. I can't say enough great things about Rochelle. She is Awesome and a very nice person. Felt like a small version of petco or petsmart with less variety and expensive prices for most things. If you have a dog or cat, you will probably find whatever you are looking for. The cashier was super nice and did help where he could. Definitely worth checking out if you have a cat or dog.

We just got home from having our 100 pound Leonberger groomed at Petsense near the Southside Walmart. The staff was super friendly and helpful with diet and supplement suggestions for our dog's allergies. Rochelle did an amazing job with his bath and getting all the matted hair out from behind his ears. He looked great and seemed to be much happier with no itchy skin. We were impressed with the wide selection of foods, toys, small pets, meds and supplements for better health... the TOTAL PACKAGE!! We'll be back for sure! Good prices, good service and a wonderful groomer. 😉🧡

Was looking for a groomer closer to home and thought this place would be great. I made the appointment over 2 weeks out just to be called and told that I made my own appointment on my own and I scheduled it for a day the groomer wouldn’t be there. I informed the person who called me that I actually called and was scheduled by their staff, but I just pushed it to the next day. When my dog was dropped off, was then told the price which was $25 more than what I was quoted on the phone, which was irritating so I changed the service to a cheaper one. They went ahead this time and did the full service for the original price because I was priced wrong which is why I gave more than 2 stars. The cut was good and I was pleased with how my dog turned out, but overall there is a supreme lack of communication going on it seems.

Nice store. A bit smaller than other pet stores. Many of the prices seemed a bit higher than other stores but they match prices so it's fine as long as you look at the dot com prices of the others while there. The people were friendly and helpful. It's on the south end of town so it is very convenient to us so we will likely use them quite a bit to avoid the busy north end of town.

Convenient for us. Clerks are very helpful. Prices are comparable to other stores, if not a bit cheaper, for what we buy.

We came down to purchase a basket muzzle for our dog who is a chewer on Saturday Sept 2, 2023. Our dog is a 14 month old black lab\pitt mix and his size can be a bit intimidating so we had his mesh muzzle on him. We asked a sales associate named Jeff if he could point us in the right direction, he sighed, took us to the correct isle pointed and said "On the bottom" and walked away. We tried 2 different size muzzles on our dog to check for fit but had a few questions so here I go back over to Jeff as he was the only sales person I seen and the cashier was busy with other paying people. I asked if he could tell us at all if the fit we were choosing was correct. He then grabbed the box and a piece of paper inside and says this paper tells you how to size, then dropped the paper back in the box. He then proceeds to tell us that the next time we go out we need to medicate our dog to calm him down when he goes out to places. Yes our dog is a ball of energy but not once did he growl or try going after Jeff. My response was "Well Jeff, this is him on doggy trazadone and he has anxiety." Jeff then just walked off again without saying a word. I will never bring any of my dogs to this store or even recommend it to our many friends that have dogs. This behavior from an employee is uncalled for when all I asked were a few simple questions and my dog was never aggressive towards Jeff.

I was there there first day open and it was fun I am here almost every week because I have two dog and a kitten the people are very friendly I sometimes come here to just see if they have any new animals I love seeing them grow.
