Our Spoo hadn't seen a pair of clippers since last summer (early) and was a mess. Destiny was wonderful. Churchill doesn't take to strangers but she was a "dog whisperer". He let her pet him her first attempt. She worked for almost 6 hours on our baby. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her & we are already scheduled for his next grooming.

Petco is awesome! I can get a two hour window for my dog and bring her on and she is usually ready in about ninety minutes! They do a superb job on my husky and these dog are not easy to de-shed! And they are so friendly! Be sure to tip the ladies well for they are worth it!

I wanted to do a walk-in grooming and nail clip for my canine. I didnt have a paper that is needed saying they are up to date on their shots and check-ups, but i am going to give these grooming services a try, considering their competitors "PetSmart" , which I have been going too for years really let me down with how they treated me the last time I tried to book a grooming appt. with them. If after I try the services and im satisfied, I will give a 5 stars AND be a loyal customer.

My girl came out looking great, except one thing, we told the girl not to me with he ears, cause we wanted them to grow longer and also because they were the only part of her body where her fur was curly, and guess what, the girl still cut the fur on her ears. And now my baby girl doesnt have any curly fur, *sigh* but alas, they did a great job.

Kiersten is always good with my dog Cruz, I'm always happy with the way we are treated. Cruz always likes going to you're store. I've been to 2 other places in Cleveland, I'm very disappointed with both of them. So I only take my kid to Kiersten at Petco for my dog grooming needs.
