Went for the 5 bags of mulch for 10 bucks special. Got 10 bagsWas able to go straight in. pay. and drive around in an orderly manner was kinda in a hurry so started loading my own when a nice young man got off his lift truck where he was working moving items around to help me.Great deal and lots of friendly help.Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Went in 10 days ago and found out their info about truck rental. Went in this morning to rent the truck and was told they did away with the service. Good thing because I went back to the boards I needed (showed 6 in stock) and they were also gone. Some other non marked stock was in its place. So glad I could not rent the truck. This store has been a problem with items in stock or items with no tags or mismarked or moved. So will be going to Home Depot more to get the things I need as they seem to have items in stock in the right place.

Went in garden center to pick up a tree which was purchased at another location. The head cashier was rude and didn't try to get me any help. I went to customer service desk and they were helpful. Will go to Home Depot next trip.

Actually got some help with what I needed this time. Had to return the item for an exchange but it wasn't their fault . They helped me out in a timely manner. Beat experience in 10 years. I believe it was Eric who helped me. Very nice older gentleman actually listened to what I needed.

Was looking for bathroom faucet. Found one we liked but apparently it was a clearance product and salesman said they didn't have any like the one we wanted. We said if you don't have it, it shouldn't be on display. He was absolutely of no help. Didn't even offer to help us find a similar product. Just turned and walked away.

If Online Order Pickup and Returns is going to be the same line, change the store signage. And be aware you may get stuck waiting on a return customer arguing about a purchase three months ago before you can pickup your online order.

Huge shout-out for rescuing me from a plumbing nightmare the night before Thanksgiving. In a desperate search for a 1/2 CPVC adapter to fix a busted water pipe, I walked up to the lock doors at 10:45 PM after closing time, hoping someone would still be inside to help. Without this small piece of CPVC my water would be off until Friday when they open back up.This Lowe's team deserves a big thanks for embodying and exceeding amazing customer service and turning a potential Thanksgiving disaster into a smooth and grateful experience. Kudos to Lucinda, Travis, Barry, and Scott for being the real heroes at Lowe's!

My name is Karen I was scheduled for an Interview for Tuesday 23rd of April at 1 pm I went in they said they put me down as a no show for the day before when it was for Tuesday I set up another interview for today at 12:45 noticed this morning they e-mailed late last night saying they were proceeding with other candidates I called twice this morning they hung up on me both times very unprofessional, bad management,not the way to handle tha situation and they made me me look bad for a no show I will be sure to not take my business there

The associates in the garden center are always friendly and professional. They carry a nice selection of flowers, both annuals and perennials. The prices are overall pretty good. Their main competitor is down the road but this Lowes has a much larger selection of inventory, which is fantastic. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is, the inside checkout is quite bad; you normally have to use the self check out as the only option way it is always super backed up and you can only use cash on certain checkout stations….. I am not against self check out but if you are going to implement it in your stores, then provide them with larger check out areas with better efficiency. Overall, it’s a good store and I return frequently.

The store and employees are fine. The delivery service and the website sucks!Ordered a gas range and refrigerator and first was told both were being delivered on October 18th. Received text message that morning saying both were being delivered. Then 20 minutes later, received another text saying that the stove is on back order when it’s supposed to be on the truck coming to my house.Then the delivery truck that delivered the refrigerator literally had the brake drop off the truck in my driveway and the driver reached down and grabbed it and burned the heck out of his hand. Gave him a bag of ice for his hand while they waited for a tow truck.Checked on the status of my gas range and my order was canceled. So I went to Home Depot and bought it. Being delivered on Friday.

This is my go to store its really been hard to breath lately I showed up at 6am when it opened went threw the door by customer service desk I got what I needed it was two little things the lady was standing at the service desk asked if I could check out their she said no its for returns they always have helped me their before that lady was so incredibly rude I spend thousands at the hardware store I won't go back that lady doesn't deserve a job their if ya hate peopledont get a job in public service

You might think that this particular Lowe's would be better as it has to compete with Big Orange just down the street but it is pretty mediocre. My last trip there was to get a particular window shade bracket that the website claimed there was plenty of but to my disappointment, they had none at all. In fact, the supply of parts for roll-up shades was completely mixed up and miss-labeled. I spent several minutes going through each of the bins to find what I needed but could not find a single one. I then needed to find a clerk to cut a couple of shades down for me (they don't have a signaling button like the Athens Lowe's) and had a hard time chasing someone down. While I did eventually get help, it felt like I was asking for something completely out of the ordinary. The Lowe's website has a ton to be desired too. You try to describe exactly what you need and get lots of hits that aren't even close. If you do actually find it, you can't trust the results for the inventory either unless its something pretty big and even then its hit-or-miss. At least the staff is friendly and that helps somewhat.

We have been here several times for our home needs as we set up our new house. Each time we have been able to find what we need, and the quality of the products available is great.Most recently I went shopping for a few plants and pots for my front patio. The plants seem very well cared for with a great selection to choose from. I was able to find something beautiful and tasteful. I will definitely be back for more household needs.

Always like this place. Get most anything u need.This is the Cleveland store & the lady saw that I was having trouble finding something & asked if she could help & I said yes. I was looking for concrete crack sealer, by DAP, I joked "u would think it would b with all the other sealer, but she said it was on isle 9 n the PAINT section. How crazy.

As always they could use another register or two to be open so people don't have to stand in line so long. I mean I just watched them close a register and all the people in that line had to pile into one. 7 people trying to check out larger orders. Gets pretty annoying carrying an arm full of items and standing in line that long while watching tons of employees walk by that could check more people out. This happens all the time.

I was shopping for 2 new toilets for my American Veteran's Post (AmVets Post 90). Not just any toilet would fit as we have a pvc pipe that runs along the wall behind the toilets. I explained my issue with Sue and she was able to help me find one we thought would work. Both toilets were installed with no problems!

It's Flower season and boy oh boy I love to shop for deals on plants at Lowes.Thank you Sandy for enduring the heat every day and managing to so pleasant to your customers.very good shopping experienceMy wife has some "pay dirt" from Alaska sitting around waiting on me to construct a mini SLUICE BOX so she can have her some gold for her birthday at the end of this month.I was able to use my limited knowledge to find various items we will need. Lowe's has great prices and they are always well stocked

Had an interview. Was set up on an automatic robot, was scared I would go in and they wouldn’t know I was coming. The manager greeted me with my name, had all of the interview papers out, and was very professional.I’ve been to tons of interviews over the last 2-3 months and this was hands down the best interview I’ve had. Customer service is absolute trash. There is only ever 1 person at the checkout. There can be 50 people backed down the aisle, and they could care less.The most mind-blowing thing is that there are 10 employees standing there watching all this happen and choosing to do nothing. Employees are a direct reflection of their management. They need a new manager
