Can’t say enough about Happy Tails. Just picked up Teddy this afternoon with another amazing bath, cut AND gingerbread powder! Walking on the Cleveland Greenway last year and saw the cutest dog with an amazing haircut. We had just moved from Atlanta and didn’t have a groomer. Owner sent us to Happy Tails and we’ve been there almost a year now. Great grooming by people who LOVE dogs and they’re easy on your wallet.

Beautiful cut for my Goldendoodle. I gave the groomer pictures showing how I wanted my pup’s body cut, how I wanted her ears cut, how I wanted a close-cropped face, and how I wanted a plume tail. How they followed it all!

Happy Tails is the #1 grooming shop in Cleveland. My shitzu Tess, loves to go and is excited to see the girls there. Ofcourse, she likes the attention.The shop is very peaceful and so friendly. I have been taking my Yorkie here ever since his first groom 2 years ago. Lauren has done a great job making him comfortable and looking great. Unfortunately she no longer works there and today was his first appointment without her.So today was a serious of customer service/groomer nightmare.I was accused of not having appointment,or possibly missing a prior appointment by one girl.Then finally another girl decided they had a cancellation and would do him. I should have taken this as a bad sign. Especially when I received a phone call from yet another girl asking if they were going to see Freddy today. Can you imagine my confusion, anger as I was at a personal appointment for me and I couldn't just go get him. I explained that I had dropped him off. Her only answer back to me was they didn't check it off in my schedule. I waited and waited for a call that he was done. Finally at 4:30 I called to check if he was done. They told me like no big deal: oh yeah they have been done with him. If that wasn't bad enough, I am not happy with the cut!!!!!Too sum it all up: I WILL NO LONGER TAKE MY DOG HERE... I would have given no stars if possible.If only Lauren was still grooming in Cleveland.

I absolutely love this place they are the sweetestThey groom all my babies and do the best job.I have taken them to other places and was not happy at all my fur babies didn't want to stay but here they are fine they go willingly and are happy when I get back to get them. If you ask for updates they will call and let u kno they are very reasonable on prices. Amy is very knowledgeable if your dog needs something that you may not kno about. She never acts like ur stupid she just tries to make sure you kno.

I have been bringing my dog there for the last 2 1/2 years. The last few times I went I feel like the staff was rude to me and the last time I went in there they told me they could get my dogs and then when I got there they said they couldn’t but that they would do their nails they had to drag my dogs by their collar to the back and my dogs have never been that way. It really bothered me. They charge me $36 to trim their nails, but when I took them to the next place , my dogs went in no care in the world loved it and they had to trim them even more so they didn’t even trim my dogs nails barely at all. I will never go back there.

First groomer that I have ever found that takes on cats! And they were so kind to go the extra mile to take all the necessary precautions and work on my two FIV+ babies<3 <3 My oldest has been diagnosed with 28 environmental allergies and during the last year of learning and finding the right medication combination for him, has caused a mess on his coat and skin condition. He felt so much better after the appointment and my body greatly appreciated the nail trim they both desperately needed but wouldn't allow me to take care of.

It was our kitten ‘ Ava’s first grooming appointment with them. So satisfied by their service. When called for scheduling the appointment the lady was so polite and friendly . It didn’t end there. When we took her the beautiful lady at front desk ( sorry I forgot her name )was so welcoming and she listened to us and our concerns. Went back to pick our girl and here our girl all looking prettier . So happy and definitely recommend Happy tails to all pet owners .We in Chattanooga and have to drive Cleveland but it’s worth and we will definitely back. Thank you so much “Happy Tails “🙏

I took my golden retriever for good deep clean and nail trim. They did such a good job. I dropped him off around 9am and he was finished around 12. We will definitely use them again!

We’ve taken our Goldendoodle, Neyland, to Happy Tails for a couple of years now. We get him groomed and we board him with them. They have been AMAZING! Kim has helped us get in last minute and has helped us anytime our plans have changed without notice! I took my recently adopted 4 yr old pit/mix there to have her toe nails clipped for the 2nd time since I got her. She was extremely difficult on the 1st time, and I warned them about that. They were so gentle with her and yet very thorough in getting all her toe nails clipped down to size in no time!! I will definitely be back when it's time for her next clipping! All the people down there are fantastic! Thank you!

If I could give 10 stars I definitely think they deserve it. First off we are very picky about where he is taken to. Had a bad experience once at another place and he has never been back. But everyone here was so friendly and they was genuinely caring. I get that everyone is not going to love and care for out dog like if he was there own. But I feel like these pplWas the closest you could ever come. He was so happy and did not look scared at all. Everyone seemed to care and love him. We will definitely be back. Thank you for all you done for him. Coltrane enjoyed his day.

After taking in the sweetest stray cat, I knew she needed a real professional to give her a good cleaning. Bridgett and her staff were very kind and even though there wasn't an appointment available they worked in my new little family member. She came home relaxed, clean, trimmed and ready for the upcoming holidays! The staff was very courteous and professional. They provided the services I asked for and have great prices. I am so appreciative to Happy Tails for taking such good care of my sweet girl and will from now on be a regular customer.
