My family has taken our dogs here for years! This is my sheepadoodle Amoré, the first photo is a before, the second right after his haircut, and the last is just so you get an idea of what it looks like grown out. I’ve been taking him here since he was a little guy, and Patty always does an amazing job! I’m never disappointed, and I think it’s important to note that I’ve had several people stop to ask me where I take him to get groomed. I even had one couple ask to take photos of his haircut because they had a doodle, and wherever they were taking him was doing a terrible job with the haircut and just shaving them down. She does a great job of cleaning him up but still making sure he has personality with his little Afro.Also, I just want to note I was disappointed to see a negative review from a couple years ago. I think when coming here it’s important to keep in mind that it’s not a pretentious “doggy spa” if that makes sense. She’s an amazing groomer and literally the most affordable that you could find! And did I mention how good a job she does? I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Even when I went to school in Memphis I still drove back to get his hair cut with Patty!

I took both of my dogs for hair cuts and bath here. She did a wonderful job on the haircuts, but there are other things that concerned me. Number one, the facility is in major need of a update/cleaning. Honestly the facility just stinks. The carpet need to be replaced and much more. Secondly, When my husband walked in there was a man asleep on a couch with pizza boxes laying around and soda cans it looked like he was living in the lobby it was very unprofessional. Lastly, and the main thing that made me decide to go elsewhere. When we went to pick up our babies, the man who was asleep on the couch was in the grooming area. There was a dog in a cage barking and he picked up a large stick/toy and just started beating on the cage!!!! The groomer did ask him to stop, but if he is going to treat animals this way he shouldn't be there in the first place. My two dogs were in the cages next to that dog and they were frightened by this. Both of my dogs acted scared and upset the rest of the day. I could have over looked the need for updates etc. because she did a great job on their hair. But, I will NOT tolerate someone being mean to my fur babies. When I take my dog to a groomer I am trusting you with their well being. Unfortunately, I cannot trust the staff at this place so I will not be going back and I will have to tell the many people I know to stay away from this place. I really hate that this happened. All I can say is the young man is lucky my much calmer husband picked them up instead of me.
