Was very impressed when I walked in the door. AAA+ Service from the staff, and amazing products for really good prices. I’ve seen other homemade natural products, and they are not even close to the quality of Buff City Soaps! Will be back.

If you haven’t been here, GO! Don’t walk, run! I am all about natural/plant based products and am trying to make the complete change over for my household. So when I came in here I asked about their ingredients and was so happy!I initially went in here just thinking it was like a bath & body works with a different name. Wrong. It’s 10x better! I bought 2 of their boosted laundry detergents with a custom scent, and I cannot wait to use them! I’m already thinking about throwing in a load of laundry when I get home lol! I also got a mystery box that had body butter, body scrub, and a bar of soap. I immediately put on the body butter and I am in heaven. I cannot wait to try out the other products!

I love this store. The employees are nice and make the best of pretty much everything. My favorites are rose, pomegranate, and butterscotch (seasonal). I’ve had rose and one other bath bomb that’s like the butterscotch but it’s called something else I think. I’ve always received bath and body works items which I hate because their products always give me a terrible migraine and I already have chronic migraines as it is so I don’t need any help lol. None of their items have given me migraines at all. I can get a headache in the stores which isn’t their fault considering the supplies and products are all in one place but fades eventually. If I go anywhere near a bath and body works (not even IN the store) and I can get a migraine that lasts a day or more so I get a much more severe reaction to B&BW. Anyway, buff city also have awesome detergents and dryer balls. The detergents I’ve tried are Sunshine, Narcissist, and Peace & Love(I think that’s what it’s called) all of which I love. In the container it smells strong but when you wash your clothes in it it isn’t strong at all and I only use one of their scoops which is about a tablespoon. It smells amazing. The first time I tried their detergents I kept my sheets up to my face to consistently smell it like one of those crazy detergent commercials lol. I know a lot of people say they have sensitive skin but I have seriously broken out in hives before from other products. I haven’t had that issue with their products! Of all people my aunt (who loves bath and body works) recommended their products because a dermatologist said he loves buff city and she in turn recommended it to my grandmother who shares the sensitive skin like me. My grandmother has recommended to several family members and all of her friends and I’m so glad she did. I don’t think I’ll ever use another product over theirs. All I have left to say is really a hope and a request. I hope you bring back the pet soap. Not a lot people knew about it (I didn’t) until my grandmother asked specifically if there was a pet safe soap. Shortly after that it was no longer carried from lack of sales. I was told recently they plan to bring it back eventually and you might should advertise it to get good sales on it. The last thing is I would like to request you guys to make a deodorant because that would be the greatest. Sorry for the lengthy review but their products are amazing!
