The most awesome vet I've ever found took both my babies in the suffering from parvo they did not hesitate to take care of them an treated them like they were their own now both of my fur babies are home and recovering thanks to all the ladies best team ever God bless y'all all thanks for saving my girls

Very happy with them . Every once in while. I'm unhappy with grooming, We have used them many years and many babies . They have even done surgerry onone of our past babies. They'revery gentle with. Max and Tequila .

Staff at Appalachian are caring and kind. They are easy to work with and recently, when I had to say goodbye to my little Yorkie, who was my heart, they compassionately and willingly grieved with me.

I love dr Katie she’s been super supportive and wonderful with my kitten , Bianca. Always there to answer my questions and I don’t feel rushed or unheard. I like I can ask any questions without them looking at me as if I’m stupid. I like that I can walk in in an emergency and wait for short period of time when they’re busy- for them to squeeze me in.I’ve also Had great experiences with doctor Carol (I think her name was) also with another cat, Spazz last month. And Chubby a few years before that. I recommend.

I dropped Ella (Yorkie) off for shots, grooming, and dental/physical exams. Appalachian exceeded my expectations (as they usually do). About thirty minutes after I dropped her off, I got a call from the vet to let me know how it went with Ella... Maybe that's just standard practice, but it felt personal to me and I greatly appreciated the obvious care the doc took with Ella. There are probably a lot of great animal clinics in the area, and if you're happy with the one you use, that's great. On other hand, if you're not happy, I highly recommend Appalachian.

The staff was nice. They gave me an estimate but when I went to pay it was a hundred and fifty more dollars. Some of us on disability can't pay those prices!

The staff is great. The vet was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep coming back. Oh yes, the cost was reasonable. And was even given information on a lower cost heartworm medication.

Boarded my dog over the weekend. Well taken care of. Was given a good bath, ear cleaning and nails cut on morning of pickup. Made him very handsome!!! Thanks, once again, for taking care of my boy!!

I love this place! I became a new 'dog mom' from a stray and they took good care of my pup to make sure she was vaccinated, taken care of, and preventive medicine. Have also boarded here and she came home so happy! Pepper loves coming to the vet. All of the techs have been so caring, the front staff so fun and engaging, and ofc the docs have been so tender and educational for pup and owner. When Pep got sick, they had her in, taken care of, and even called and texted to check in (and not just an automated message!). Prices are very fair and I've never felt jipped.I'll also add I took my pup here to be spayed and they took such good care of her and gave me great instructions. A couple of days later, my pup was starting to feel better and became too hyper/was moving everywhere which was causing her to not heal well. I called and offered me help!My only con is once there was a slight miscommunication, but that could have happened anywhere, was not a big deal, and was quickly resolved. Nothing I would dock against them by any means as it could have happened to anyone (hey, we're human!).

The Vet tech and the Vet where both wonderful and our two fur babies took to them instantly especially after the treats. We where in out and on our way home in less than a hour. 10/10 would recommend.

Walked in on a Saturday morning with a very sick cat. At first the person behind the desk seemed annoyed by our presence without an appointment. She said she would try to work us in but it would be awhile. I was okay with that- my daughter’s best friend seemed to be close to death.We were called back pretty quickly and seen by a very kind vet tech, who seemed genuinely concerned. Soon the vet came in. They were both honest and caring and did their best to take care of us.When I was leaving, even the person behind the desk was kind and compassionate.Overall, this clinic has been good to us for the 5 years we’ve lived in Cleveland. Would recommend.

Everyone that worked there was very nice. I felt the prices were expensive for the service that was being done (trimming nails and draining anal gland). No vet was involved and just those 2 things, which were completed by a tech, were $48 🤯.

Such a great experience. They were smiling and greeting my Scooby as soon as we walked in. Very quick getting back. They were so sweet and took great care of my baby, and two days later he is back to him loving playful self!!!! They also made me a price paper before proceeding to show me how much I'd be spending, which was very nice of them as well. Scooby definitely loved the staff. I won't be using anyone else, they recieved a long term customer! Thank yall for all you help and hard work and kindness!

Had a great experience with them,my puppy had really bad diarrhea and I was afraid for her to get thermally ill and they was able to help me out if it wasn't for them I would not have my baby. Best vet hands down
