When it comes to getting tire rotation & balance or oil change, you have to wait for two hours or more. Coming in early does not help. The reason for two stars, it's still easy to purchase low price tires and make appointments online. Just don't buy their tires warranty since you got to pay some money if the tires are under 75% of treads, even if the tires got road hazard protection. Read the warranty policy first before making a decision.

Like every other Walmart. If you can't trust your cashiers, then fire them. If you don't trust your shoppers, then you are in the wrong business. I don't shop at Walmart s if they need to check my receipt upon leaving. I don't like to be made to feel like they think i am a criminal.

Last order online wouldn’t let me add despite 12 hours left due to technical difficulties. Couldn’t deliver pickles and crackers as out off stock, but not out when order was placed. Order received missing an item. Food delivered to wrong spot meaning not to front door. 800 number couldn’t help even though that’s where website sends you. Walmart going down the tubes fast.

In the electronics area there are always a lot of people but there is always only one person attending, very kind by the way called Georgie but this time, another person was there and she was very very rude, you can tell she hates her job, if you work with the public You must be kind, it is not your obligation to smile but you do have to be respectful and this woman is far from being respectful, besides being dark like her, you can see that she is racist because I am Hispanic, people understand when I speak despite having my accent well marked, this woman to not attend me played dumb that she did not understand my accent and did not want to use the translator either

Walmart already have self check out. But what is frustrating is when you visit the store the items you need is locked and you spend more time walking around trying to find someone to unlock the glass doors to get the item that you need. Since Walmart has downgraded on having people at their registers, at least have associates placed in areas where it’s easier for the customer to get what they need. This is why I shop most of the time on Amazon because Walmart please step your game up. We are checking ourselves out and we’re spending and wasting time looking for an associate to open a locked cabinet. I went to get a can of paint and it took me 25 minutes because I needed to find someone first and also some associates have nasty attitudes. Please pay them more. I would be angry too, if I had to wear more than one hat for my job and not getting paid well for it.

Night of the "thunderstorm", an incident where someone was resisting arrest quite violently this man was helping get people by. He put himself between the situation and led two elderly people safely by and then helped me (with a newborn in a carseat) by as well and didn't even hesitate to put his hands up and use himself as a shield. This was extremely appreciated, but I want to make sure his employers know and appreciate this act as well as higher up. This was such an amazing gesture, several other employees as well as the store manager was standing against the wall watching the situation, he was the ONLY one helping. I was surprised once I realized re watching the video that he was the only one out of the employees. I will be sending this to corporate and encourage others to share this and help get this gentleman the recognition he deserves.

we go here to got my tub socks for school clothes and Kenny watch me eat gum worms we bought and the people are nice to us . L and we know where the groceries are and we are going back to buy sime more probably always ❤️.🤠

So many people were there shopping....I had to wait a few minutes for a cart.We just moved from Sarasota, Florida to Clarksville, Tennessee & I was having trouble finding certain items. I asked another shopper for help & she was very nice!!!! She told me right where the item was!!!!!I waited in a checkout line with a real person so it took a little while....But I ended up with everything we needed!!!!!!

Walmart is a good place to shop. I like to get there before 8 a.m. because there's not a lot of people in the store at that time. The customer service is fine. The people that work there are nice too.

This store are so slow and takes so long to wait to pick up our stuffs in parking pick up. Even I checked in their App in advance and I ended calling them to deliver it my car.

Needs to hire more people to run the registers!The people on the floor, filling carts for pick-up orders, are RUDE! They get in an aisle and just stay there, and you can't get past them and the carts. They are just plan rude !!

What's with this Walmart looking so old and the floor is concrete with holes everywhere it's just nasty looking and makes you feel dirty. For a big franchise like Walmart you would think they would care about their store looking newer

Each employee makes up their own rules. Not one employee is on the same page. Went in for pokemon cards for my son's birthday looking for a specific pack, ive had employees tell my son and I we can look at the cards and then they'd check us out. Today I had one woman push my back and tell me I couldn't look at cards that she had to grab what I wanted.

All was what a wamart is, but there was water leaking from refrigerated meats, and silicon packs were put on the concrete to absorb the water. However, there was more water than the packs could absorb. I watched as almost 3 peeps fell, and as the meats dept had a guy putting beef out, I stated to him that the water was getting bad. He stated that maybe I should mind my business cause i don't work at Walmart. Well, if someone falls because of a neglected environment, a customer can sue. how about that, Mr. Meat dept.

I work here now. It's so weird how I used to shop there all the time with my estrogen husband and his family but now I work here. So far it is pretty good though although I haven't been able to save much of my income from here so far... FYI, if I send you to another register it was because there was no wait. If I am cleaning the belt and I am speaking with a customer that was there BEFORE YOU were you can either wait or go to the one with no line like I suggested for you to do. I like to keep my belt clean and it would also be quite rude to just dismiss the customer (once again, IN FRONT OF YOU) just to suit you when I can suggest a register with no line. My Lord people. We have to stand there for quite some time and we deal with a lot of crazy customers and hear whining kids all the time. The world does not revolve around you. GET OVER YOURSELF!!!!!

So the auto center is supposed to be open till 7 pm and this is the 3 time I show up well before 430 in the evening to get an oil change done and the guy in the garage said they can't do an oil change right now even though they have 4 guys in the bays just sitting there doing nothing

I am mobility challenged (bad knees). I went to this Walmart to grocery shop. When I arrived there were 4 mobility carts tapped off with scotch tape marked as broken. 1 cart sitting by the door that wouldn't work. No operable vehicles. I managed to walk to the other door at the other end of the store and there was only 1 cart there. The battery was dead and the cord to charge it was broken. I had to have a friend go get my vehicle and bring it to me as I was unable to walk all the way to the other end of the store again. I will not attempt to shop there again.
