It’s great for picking up a few essentials without having to go into a larger store. The produce department is always stocked with fresh veggies & fruit. I have Walmart Plus, so I get gas at the same time, which is quite convenient as well. I also like the self checkouts, which are so much more user friendly than Kroger’s.Wish we had one on Madison Street or somewhere closer to my side of town.

I like to come to this store because it’s close to the house but all the public service staff are really rude and they don’t have any education when attending they put bad faces they don’t talk in the best way or get to the point that they stop attending to you

They need all new employees most are rude and need a attitude adjustment. There is only a few that actually have customer service skills that are friendly and thats rosie and Callie. It wouldn't hurt my feeling of them close this store permanently I'd rather go elsewhere anyways. Also the store is a mess with the remodel and there is only two cashiers the rest is all uscans. Bathrooms are outside and that's not safe and the store is full of unsafe areas not to mention I saw black mold on the ceiling when I look up to see where the noise was coming from I heard.

When you're accused of theft by the "loss prevention" female because you used walmart's own app to check out through self checkout like the app says to,you can't help but laugh. This female was obviously looking for a confrontation because once I showed her I'd paid for every single item in my cart her body visibly slouched. She kept repeating there was only ten items but She also can't count because I again had to show her how to use the app to see where quantity of items was checked. I don't know what exactly is wrong with this female,but obviously she has some issues going on with her personally. We asked the lp female for the store's management information and she copped an even bigger attitude and said she didn't have to. She tried stealing my already paid for items and once I told her she better give me all my money back,the argument again left her and she threatened to call the cops. I told her to go ahead because I didn't do anything wrong. Then when speaking with the manager the police made her get she continued to interrupt me every other sentence,standing off to the side shaking her head when I was explaining her behavior and what she said, and when I asked her to please be quiet and stop interrupting me she huffed and walked inside. The manager for her part was very polite and professional and made sure I had all my items I paid for. I don't know what exactly her issue is,but hopefully she gets some therapy for it before it eats her up inside.

This store, like most Walmart stores does not keep stock of items. Walmart has built a reputation that if it sells well, then Walmart will limit the stock of items or stop selling it altogether.

Absolutely rude customer service. Was denied purchasing alcohol because i was with someone underage, i was attempting to purchase a rare beer pack for family and was denied even though im a fully legal adult

I have never had a bad experience with pick up at this Walmart. The employees are always so nice and helpful. My only dislike is the self check out items in store. It seems like they have more of them than the regular checkouts. Other than that its a very good Walmart. One of the best ones I've seen in a very long time. I will continue to do pick up there.

The people there are nice and it would be nice but after I have worked all day and then I have to go and do your employees job and checking myself out. I enjoy seeing a smiling face and being helped with my groceries. I buy the food from you and then I have to work to get them paid for. Something is not right. Customer service or having a cashier greeting you and taking care of you is really nice after you work all day.

Its A little crowded but well organized. This is a large store for a neighborhood market. I was able to go through the self check out pretty quickly and they had everything I was looking for. What more could you ask for. BTW it's Walmart if you don't know what Walmart is yet I'm not sure I can help you.

I just went to the self check out as always, rang up my items and the water.was the last item scanned. It popped up as not scanned, but it actually did. The young looking brown haired.chick came over, checked my bag and the water. Everything was scanned. I told her, it was the water for some reason. She ignored me. She went through my bag again and checked the water one more time. I told her again, the water caused it to go off. She ignored me a second time. Then she rang up the water again!! She took it off, said weird and walked away. Please teach your employees not to act funny or be extra for no reason. I work 2 jobs and don't need to steal from your store. You guys should be worried about the bathrooms as much as stalking paying customers.

Helpful, friendly people. Knowledgeable about the location of items. Always enjoy shopping there. Bonus! Their gas station has the best prices of all the Walmart Supercenters AND Neighborhood Markets! I'll fill up there at least once a month.Update 6/13/22:First time ever going to Lil Wally at night. Very few people there in and out quickly. No problem finding anything from a table fan to a birthday card.Update 9/8/22:Got there around 8:30am. I swear, it's never been crowded when I go! However, the parking lot LOOKS like the store is jammed packed with shoppers, sometimes... You go inside and wonder where everyone is.11/23/22: it's a bit crowded 2day but not so much that you can't get around the store. I didn't even have to wait in line!2/5/23 it was Crowded 2day! Not so much in the aisles but the lines were outrageous.4/16/23 they are currently not able to give you cash back. Something went sideways during the last storm. They are working on getting the problem fixed.7-25: it wasn't at all crowded at 8:20am.As usual, employees were very friendly and professional. Easy to find everything I needed. And here as at the Walmart Supercenter, about 3 miles away, I don't HAVE to go thru the self check-out! I don't understand why the other Supercenters and Neighborhood Market has gone in that direction. I told those folks that I DIDN'T work for Walmart and I wasn't going to check myself out while 8 former cashiers stand around the self check-out area with their fingers up their nose and THAT'S all they do! So happy my "Big Wally" AND "Lil Wally" chose NOT to go in that direction!!Update 11-18-23: still plenty of self check out, with only ONE employee ready to assist you with any questions or problems. Still has plenty of check out lanes with clerks to ring your purchases up. AND bag them for you. Employees are still friendly and very polite and helpful. 2~11~24 they are currently working on renovations.

Can't say nothing about the rest of the store but the people that work in the Pharmacy have A serious sadistic attitude problem.They're incompetand have the audacity to act like it's something else that calls the problem not their I q or lack of doing their job...... The pharmacist herself was just as rude as the technicians... Even after my doctor personally called the medication in told me I wouldn't have to call it in. They still didn't have it ready and then told me to wait twenty minutes and then didn't have all of the medication they're just below ignorant.....

Yesterday I put in an order for curbside pickup because I was not feeling well. I have never used curbside before but was told how convienant it is. I do live in Dover and it was a 45 minute drive there and back. I pulled up and my order was promptly brought out . I was impressed on how quickly the two workers loaded up my order and I was on my way home . Unfortunately my impression changed drastically as I started unloading my groceries . Most of my order was missing . ALL of my refrigerated items were not in the bags. So today I had to drive another 11/2 hrs round trip to get the rest of my groceries I had already paid for !

If I could leave zero stars I would, I have never had worse service in my life. Walmart has gone down hill, their staff is rude, they do not know how to do the job, and it sad how management doesn’t even know anything. We go there to purchase vegetables and a propane tank, we paid inside for the propane tank and when going outside to the machine it doesn’t work. We go in for a refund due to the machine not working, the manager there could not figure out how to refund our money. My friend and I both have worked for Walmart in the past so we know a few things regarding refunds, customer service, and how to handle issues. We told her to call 1-800-Walmart to seek assistance, she said she couldn’t get thru. We then called from our cellphone and got thru with no problem. They tried walking her thru the process and she still couldn’t get it done, we kept telling her to issue the refund on customer satisfaction and she said she couldn’t without permission, well we told her she needed to get permission as we had been there for over an hour and we wanted our money back. Finally she spoke with her main manager and he approved the refund. It was frustrating because their is no customer service in this place anymore, they are not properly trained, and this place is now a joke. They had other customer that needed assistance and not once was they acknowledged, it was very frustrating. They really need to hire people who have a great attitude, willingness to learn, and someone that knows what they are doing.

I was followed out of the store by a Walmart employee after I went to the self-checkout lane and used my Walmart Pay. It doesn't print out a receipt because it comes up on my phone. So, I think he thought I didn't pay which is strange because shouldn't he know this working there. Instead of following me to my car, why not ask to see my receipt before I left the store. I have never had a problem showing my receipt.

My visit today was just fine. The store had everything I needed, except when I went to the checkout counter. The associate was extremely rude. I have never been treated that way in this particular store. Someone needs to tell her mind her manners, and remind her that smiling does not break your face! This girl practically threw my change at me, and bills and change all ended on the floor.

The employees here are just wonderful, and I just love the pharmacy team they are all very helpful. If they don't know where something is they will search every inch of that place to find you someone who does know! They're always well stocked and sanitary. Even the younger people who work there are just so sweet and so much fun to watch interact with one another. They enjoy the time that they spend there with each other and the customers no matter what time it is.

I love thia store. It's close to my home. Parking is convenient and I appreciate the fact that I'm not forced to buy more than what I need. The cashier's are kind and quick. The one draw back is everything I go to get a money order system is down or an issue. But not any issues w associates. I think it's a system overload.Today I only had to pick up a few items in and out in under 10 minutes is a plus especially with a baby! The store was clean, I also noticed they have a nice selection of clearance wines.

This store is usually stocked, organized, & clean. The employees are all great. They're polite, knowledgable, & very willing to go above & beyond to help.The only reason I didn't give five stars is because while waiting in the crowded checkout line where only two lanes were open, I mentioned these lines would move faster if self checkout was still open. An employee informed me they close self checkout at 10PM. Okay, no problem, that makes sense. However, it was not even 9:30PM, and I've seen self checkout closed as early as 8. That's a bit frustrating.

Some of the workers are rude. Yesterday I came in to purchase some items and the cashier asked if I was using EBT loudly. I told her I was not and she asked what type of card I had. Not sure why it mattered. I guess she assumed because I was African American I had to be on government assistance. I wish they would train employees here better.

Don't waste your time with the pharmacy, I went through the drive -Thru, 2 viehcles in front of me. Took me around 15 to 20minutes. Pull up to the window and the person there says sorry we are now going to lunch come back in an hour.
