Being that this location Walmart is the closest one to my house I'm here often. It's always clean and the staff are friendly. I would say the only place they're slacking in is security. I watched a girl take what had to be at least $200 worth of makeup off the shelf and stick it in what started off as a empty purse. Within 20 mins of that girl walking into the store that purse was beyond fullThen she just walked out. Not going to lie I was floored when nobody stopped her and kinda baffled that it was that easy for her. Up your security. I'm just saying.

stingy neighborhood Walmart. i was gonna buy a whole box of bananas. the employee unloaded all the bananas on the shelf. there's so many empty boxes next to the shelf. i ask for one box to put my bananas in. i don't wanna carry so many plastic bags. i was shocking that the staff refused my request. wow. i used to go other bigger Walmart store.they totally fine with that.

I like that it is so close to my home! The pharmacy associates are a dream to work with! I adore Mr. Gerald in the produce section. He is kind and helpful. The cashiers are awesome too! Just needed a couple of items but I wanted to share with you these insulated cups. I have one and if I fill it in the morning with ice and water; continue refilling it with water through out the day, by evening I still have most of the ice left! By morning; I still have ice! Go get you one these!This store also has some great clearance items too!

I had an issue with my Walmart online delivery order. GG and the two guys made sure my issue was resolved. This was the best customer service I've ever received. They were very helpful. They went far and beyond. They were patient, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and understanding.

Everything was fine until we tried to check out with alcohol and my boyfriend was buying. She tried to card me also and because I didn't have my wallet on me she wouldn't sell him the beer. So if a mom is buying groceries and has her kids with her they don't sell booze?

Store was clean enough, but it seemed like I was an inconvenience to the cashier (who was not old enough to ring up alcoholic beverages), so Bianca (the manager) came over and proceeded to explain how she couldn't sell beer without everyone's ID in the party. I get the principal but if I have my kids with me, and they're not old enough to drink, does that mean I can't buy beer? Her interpretation of the law and her unfounded superiority complex was a lot to deal with from a person in retail. Do yourself a favor and find another location. Management at this location is creating a company culture of apathy.

Went shopping there today for some household items. Was in and out fairly quick,I was really impressed at how"neat" the produce was. I've visited all super Walmart's and markets and this one by fair was my favorite.Each isle was stocked, and very few we employees putting to stock. I talked with the manger Dawn twice while in the store and she's a really nice lady.One down fall, wanted to get gas but they don't do the rewards points like the Ft.Campbell Murphy gas station does.Also as soon as you come in, the first cashier welcomes you in... And had to go to my truck and she remembered my face twice (she said you're already back again😉), that's good customer service. Also store was full to stocked with baskets and parking lot was clean as well. I will return again!

I went shopping in this store and got to checkout and was completely disrespected by one of their employees. I had an item that did not scan properly at self checkout and was immediately approached as if I was trying to steal. While I was still checking out, she stood there rechecking my items and asking if I had scanned certain items and looking in my bagged items. I would recommend this store but not when this employee is there because I was totally stereotyped and disrespected!! So if your gonna shop and your black, I highly recommend you shop somewhere else!!

How hard is it to maintain stuff to clean your windows while your getting gas? I get gas here a lot and it’s always empty . No towels or water for the window cleaner/ squeegee. Pitiful!

I visit this store regularly, and this location is not great with check out. Having cashiers on the registers, or having assistance for self check out. Employees around the store will actively ignore you, also. Their pick up Employees are generally pretty friendly and quick though!

There's been a bad trend that this one where supervision or management likes to stand in front of the self checkout and complain about other coworkers while talking to their fellow coworkers and drop profanity very unprofessionalQuick. Get in get out. Usually not that crowded

Secretly I wanted to put one star and say it's awful, because I wanted to keep this my secret spot.This is soooo much faster with pick-up than the Walmart by gate 7. I'm always at gate 7 Walmart for an hour usually while the workers chat on their phones or talk to random cars that pull up in the back for 20 minutes.I was in and out. I called, they picked up and didn't sound like I've ruined their day, they came with my food and off I went. 10 minutes if that.

The customer service here has gone down hill! I always come to this walmart, have been coming here for years. For starters, the workers in the HBA are rude and refuse to move out of the way when you try to pass through. The self checkout host I encountered today was very rude and unprofessional. She was picking and choosing who she wanted to be nice to, didn’t care to tell us have a good day, but told the other customer after us. The manager I spoke to, Ms. Patti was very nice and understanding. She was the only nice one.

This is my go to place for household items and food. It's a relatively nice experience when I go here besides a few shortcomings1. Staff seems extremely lazy when asking a question such as the location of an item or if they can check the back room for something. If I ask where something is they simply point to the general area of where that item is.2. Aisle signs need to be more detailed. There's only one or two things listed on the aisle signs and most of the time those items are in a different aisle anyway3. Items are frequently out of stock here. Even before this pandemic started now its just worse. If you plan on buying a large order go on the days they restock otherwise there's a big chance a lot of what your looking for will be out of stockAll in all this place is Convenient. I can buy everything I need in one location including gas for the car and not have to traverse a massive department store. Everyone's experiences will be different here I'm simply just telling mine. I will continue to shop here for the convenience alone.

I love how close to my house this is. Staff is always friendly although they can be understaffed sometimes. I know that makes it hard on the employees but they always seem in good spirit. Keep up the good work yall. I know this next week is going to be rough with the mask madate but keep your head up and don't let people get to you.

This is a great store. It’s always extremely organized and the workers are always visible and willing to help. The Walmart definitely has a neighborhood feel. It’s well-lit, and you feel secure while grabbing your much-needed items. I love the smaller more compartmentalized, “get-in/get-out” convenience of this location.They did all of a sudden stop selling certain items recently that I love but I still appreciate the store.

While checking out at self check, employee stood there watching me and continued moving closer until she was right in my face and assumed that I didn't scan my item, after showing her I did she continued to harass me . this is not acceptable! Maybe your going to get @ Rotisserie chicken from the Deli..U Call ahead to find out what time they cook@FRESH batch because when you go they're there@ SEE BEEN COOKED for 3 and a 1/2 hours setting with the timestamp on them .ECH!.. And the ones that are placed in the cold section next to the deli you can imagine how old they are...🤮

I placed an order for pick-up between 4-5pm. I got several notifications from my Walmart app letting me know my order was delayed. Ok, fine I know it gets busy and they are moving as fast as they can. Come 5:15 I called to check on the status to make sure I was going to get my order tonight. I was assured that they were running behind because of a computer issue and I would get an email when my order was ready for pick up tonight. Well, around 7:30pm I called again to see what was going on. The lady that answered the phone said yes your order is ready and we close today at 8. Sooo now I have to speed there to make it on time because no one bothered to let all the backed up orders know?? I got ZERO notifications that my order was ready. ZERO info from the store. No phone calls NOTHING. They were just going to do nothing then when 8pm hits my order gets cancelled and I’m back to square one. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location and no one seems to give a flip about customer service or even making things right.
