Great place, must use loyalty card for you to get items cheaper because we all know how expensive Walgreens is. Love Love Love the day after sales they have. I am Livid. My mother came and got her prescriptions yesterday May 28,2024 in front of the whole pharmacy with several customers waiting the pharmacist whom waited on her asked if she would like some Narcan.. My mother politely said no and he proceeded to ask her if she was sure and offered her some Narcan again. MY MOTHER HAS BEEN ON THE SAME MEDS FOR YEARS AS PRESCRIBED. SHE TOLD THE PHARMACIST NO THANK YOU & SHE TAKES HER MEDS AS PRESCRIBED. MY MOTHER IS ALMOST 60 YEARS OLD AND WAS EMBARRASSED AND COULDN'T BELIEVE SHE WAS EVEN ASKED THAT QUESTION IN FROM OF A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE. HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WISH I WAS THERE THE DISRESPECT IS UNBELIEVABLE...I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN AS NICE AS HER!

I have no complaints . This will be my favorite store due to the pharmacy being open on Sunday where I can conveniently get access to prescribed meds not having to wait the weekday.

Just too busy. If you can find another pharmacy nearby I suggest you go there. Broken promises from staff on wait times, long lines, unprocessed prescriptions. All that from just two visits last week.

This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. They never have my prescriptions ready. Everytime I’ve gone they tell me it’s not there while the doctors tell me they’ve sent it.

Pharmacy very very slow. Average of 25+ minutes or more waiting. I park my car in line. Once an associate didn’t bag an item and I was blamed, even though it can be seen on camera. Was forced to come in to receive a refund for the item because they refused to do it over the phone even though it’s on camera her not putting it in the bag.But honestly the extreme wait just upsets me the most

I recently moved to Clarksville from florida and it was my first experience shopping at Walgreens. The pharmacist who helped me was so kind I can’t get over it ! His name was James Gary. I went back today to get some more stuff and again the cashier a young girl was so sweet too! Very nice experience :) people there are very sweet and helpful!

The store at 1460 Fort Campbell Boulevard was extremely helpful in filling my medication even though I live 200 miles away. They were so polite and accommodating.

Just left there empty handed. Saw an item on the shelf labeled a certain price but it scanned a different price. Even though there is four of them in the shelf with the label that states it the same thing they refused to honor their own price tag, something about the price was supposed to be for the liquid version and someone accidently out the powder form in the wrong spot. They need to have someone who knows what is what to be the one to put items on their shelves or honor their own mistakes

Pharmacy is a joke. The fact that Stephanie behind the counter could not identify the junkie was trying to dupe her is very scary for the community. And then she could not tell him to have a nice day & move on. The line continued to build and customers were getting verbal about their distaste in how she was handling the matter. This location needs a complete overhaul not just the Pharmacy. Walgreens needs to wake up and make a site visit.

The employees in the pharmacy are really nice but for some reason, they can never file my son’s insurances correctly. I have to call every time prior to pick up to ensure they have both been filed.As for the rest of the store, it’s pretty standard. Employees don’t say hello to you when you get to the check out and will continue conversations with other employees without acknowledging you. We don’t have to be besties, but it would be nice to at least be acknowledged. Also, the bathroom is disgusting. There was toilet paper all over the floor. I ended up just washing my hands and not using it because it was so gross.

This place is so slow and unorganized. Made a simple appointment for a vaccine shot and then stood near the pharmacy for an hour and decided to leave. Got to watch someone that showed up after me go and wondered "why did I bother setting up an appointment?". For those of us with a life and a schedule, expect this place to ruin your day.

I waited over an hour in line for my COVID test appointment. When I called the pharmacy to see what was the hold up they said they were busy and were overbooked and had people in front of me. I had an appointment for a reason so that it was my time so I didn’t have to wait. What’s the point of making an appointment if anyone can go whenever. The person I spoke to was rude. I will not be returning to this Walgreens.

The building is outdated and an eyesore to the community.The parking lot is packed with litter and debris. No one answers from management.The after hours drive thru is located near the trash can. Not a long wait after dark. The overnight staff was very friendly. Walgreens tour guide leads you to "Camp Joe!" One of Tennessee's Popular Homeless Camp. Where all of Walgreens happy customer live together in harmony.

This review is strictly for their pharmacy. Save yourself some time and just go to one of the two locations on each end of tiny town. This place takes forever to fill for one thing. Also there’s been 3 occasions now where I’ve dropped my prescription off the day before it’s due and come the next day for them to tell me they can’t find it, accuse me of never dropping it off, and also telling me once they finally find it that it’s not ready and won’t be for a couple hours. This has happened on multiple occasions. This last time they told me I never dropped it off or possible dropped it off at a different location… like no I’m pretty sure I know where I dropped off at. And then once I told them I’m not leaving until they check the cameras of me dropping off the day prior, we’ll thats when 10 minutes later they magically found it. Never apologized either.

Sending out Miss leading notifications saying my medicine is ready for pick up. Get to the location it’s not. After 30 mins of wait and watching Pharmacist Megan Attended to everyone that got there after me before finishing up with my pick up. I start vomiting in the store. They really didn’t seem to care because they just kept asking me to wait. Waited over 45 mins and still wasn’t able to receive my Medication! They were very inconsiderate about my health.

I use this pharmacy regularly for my prescription refills. But today they have gone above and beyond. My children are sick so I cannot come inside and they agreed to let me buy Pedialyte through the drive-through window. I called ahead and they got everything ready for me. This is what I call top-notch customer service. Thank you for being so helpful!

Was on hold for over 32 mins, then hung up on! The 1st few mins was automated, to choose options, just to get to pharmacy. Exactly 28 mins & 59 secs, was entire time I was on hold. Recording said, there were 2 callers ahead of me, so I knew it would be 5-10mins, at least. About 2 mins into the call, recording said "1 caller ahead of me". 6 mins into the call, started ringing. Rang, could hear pickup, then hold music again. That happened at least 5 more times & the 5th time, it rang & rang, then hung up. I WASTED 30 MINS, TO MAKE SURE MY 1 MED WAS FILLED, BEFORE I DROVE ATW THERE, TO WAIT 45 mins- 4hrs, FOR IT NOT TO BE FILLED, LIKE THE LAST 15 TIMES! Choices for this pharmacy, are both NO WIN!

the employees and pharmacy staff are polite and the store and employees are clean so much better than Wal-Mart.but it took 4 times to get one prescription because of employee mistakes and another time on Saturday pharmacy was closed because no pharmacist , and the next day a 30 minute wait , this is getting ridiculous this store is trying to be like all the other stores in this area with employees that either don't care about their jobs are they haven't been trained properly either way it's a big problem , they need to step it up.

Less than one star. Waiting on hold for over an hour ????? Just to ask a question in the pharmacy ????? You shouldn’t have to go in somewhere to ask a question. Besides the fact people have reasons such as being sick and not wanting to go in somewhere and infecting other people. They should do their jobs and answer their phones.

I tried calling their phone number because their website was not working in regards to covert testing information and the gentleman and when I say gentlemen not really was so rude and can't refer me to go back to their website all I want it was to information of how much the test would cost and if there is an availability on the schedule date that I wanted I had no problem to go back to the website whenever it was working however it was not he could not even give me to information that I wanted

They never have my medicine, always being told check back in a couple of days. If you use the drive up window you will be waiting for 30 minutes. It's actually quicker to park your car and walk in to the pharmacy counter. While at the drive through today the pharmacist hollered through the opening in the window and asked if i had any questions about my medicine, except she called out the actual name of my medicine. It was loud enough to be heard by everyone in the line waiting. Not only could someone know what medicine i was taking, they would know the medical condition for which i take it. That is a HIPPA violation!! I was so embarrassed I couldn't drive away fast enough. I will never use walgreens again.

Went to this Walgreen's yesterday around 2:30-3pm to get medicine for my 6mo old and while we were being checked out in the photo booth area, a younger girl that was sitting outside waiting on a ride came in to ask to use the phone and I'm guessing he was the manager came up to here and was very rude and unprofessional from the first word that left his mouth telling her to leave the property and that she wasn't allowed to sit outside and wait for a ride, use the phone or anything. We we walked in he was outside sweeping and my personal opinion he should have said something to the girl OUTSIDE where there weren't any customers rather than inside with a bunch of people. Very unprofessional behavior for a manager. I'll be going to a different Walgreen's from now on just because of his disrespect to the girl. He could have been a lot kinder to her.
