**PHARMACY REVIEW ONLY **They closed a few minutes early for lunch. I pulled up they already had the thing down. And the lady starts yapping through the mic talking about how I can't sit here during their lunch because people will line up behind me. And I'm like you closed early but ok. So I moved and parked in a space now there a man who's parked in the same spot at the window waiting despite being on their lunch break. But I don't hear no little girl yapping about how he can't sit there.

Incompetent and unprofessional pharmacist. The amount of them that don’t know pharmaceutical names of medications is embarrassing. They steal controlled substances to top it off. Just got done filing formal complaints.

Pharmacist refused to fill my Dr.'s PrescriptionI shopped at this Walgreens location, for my prescriptions and medical care products since I moved to TN. Today, after my Dr. Appt., my doctor called in 2 prescriptions for me. My Dr. and I have a relationship - he has been caring for my condition very well. However, the "pharmacist," when put on the phone with me, wanted to know about my medical history, and what I had discussed with my doctor in our privileged conversations - absent that information, she refused to fill the prescriptions. I called my doctor, and he realized he incorrectly wrote the prescription, but he corrected it and sent it in. Well - no phone call, no nothing - but long story short, the All-Powerful Pharmacist again decided not to fill the prescription. She placed herself in the role of a doctor, and denied me the medication that my LICENSED MEDICAL DOCTOR prescribed for me. I ended up getting my necessary medication by using a different pharmacy. Never will I even buy a pack of gum from Walgreens. SHAME on you!

Extremely slow service. Wait times provided are never adhered to. Expect it to take twice as long as you're told. Drive thru is no faster than waiting inside for prescriptions... don't waste your gas. Find a faster pharmacy

This Walgreens is very clean the employees are very nice and helpful. If you are walking in for a flue shot they do not take walk-ins before 1030 hrs.

The assistant manager Sherri is extremely rude and unprofessional. Pulled out a shipping label and before I could say anything she says "what's that?" I explain its a shipping label for a package I need to send and she goes "what do you want me to do with it?" Really women? I want you to quit being such a short tempered Karen and explain in a adult like manner you only do drop off and deliver not full packaging.

This review is for this store its the only one I've had problems with. Three times I have dropped of a prescription and been told about an hour wait. All three times I've waited at least an hour and a half just to show up and be told it will be another 30-60 min. Two of the three times I've gotten a call after 2 hours to yell me they don't have enough medication to fill the script. I'm done using this pharmacy at this location.

I have been a avid customer of Walgreens for decades. When I was ill, I was in there so often I became close with the employees.Well after today, I will NEVER step foot in a Walgreens again. I had a prescription filled. The script was pain meds. My back is broken in 4 separate places and I hava Lupus.Besides the fact that the pharmacy tech was very rude and snubbed me more then once. The pharmacist offered me Narcan...."In case I accidentally took to many"! Seriously? Did you really just make a snap judgment about me? Now, I know our country is in shambles due to the Opioid epidemic, I have lost a cousin and a few close friend's to it. People I would have never thought would abuse any kind of medication, let alone use drugs. However, I am not that person. I understand that they are trying to get the word out that they have this available to help save lives but, the way it was said and the looks they gave, nope, I felt judged.After management was made aware of this, I received a call from the pharmacist himself. He did offer up an apology. As I was trying to explain how I felt, I was rudely cut off and told how he was just trying to let me know it was available. I got even more upset. Thanked him for his call. He then asked if I would like to speak to hia management. I declined. Knowing how frustrated, hurt, and sad I was feeling I didn't want to take it out on someone who was just trying to fix things.So, no Walgreens, I will never be back and I will be contacting Corporate.

Love this place! I usually go in for only a couple of items and end up with alot more. I absolutely love the pharmacists Bill and Amanda. They are so knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you might have. I definitely would recommend this Walgreen's to everyone.

I don't know what happened to this place. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this is the second time I've come here this week during normal business hours and NO workers are ANYWHERE to be found. I've never been to a store where you had to actively search for the cashier in order to check out. If I was a criminal, I would come here. It's a free for all.

Don't bother making an appointment for anything they will get to you when they get to you! Don't bother asking how much longer past your appointment time it will be before they get to you because they'll say you're being rude!
