Awesome place to come hang out. Very chill environment and clean. Thea manager Chelsea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and has a very good staff that keep the atmosphere fun.

I've only shopped here twice. The first time I came with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed the vibe and the products we purchased. The second time I came in, however, my experience was not the same. When I got home I noticed the seal was broken on the product I had purchased. I weighed what I bought feeling suspicious. 3.19 is what was there while 3.5 is what was on the label. -- Really long story later -- The store manager called me to call me a liar and banned me from the store. Buyer beware.*edit - the guy posing as the store manager wasn't the manager? The actual manager called us today to apologize and then over compensate us. Chelsea is great, and would never engage in a yelling/cussing argument with a customer. She was the reason our first visit was so awesome; with product knowledge and event info and general friendliness. tbh - We would have given our first visit a 5 star based on how amazing Chelsea was. Any other staff I have encountered, however, have been unmotivated at best or rude and vulgar at worst. If any of my staff treated a customer the way I experienced with the fake guy, I'd let them know that their right-to-work has expired.

I recently visited The Holistic Connection and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The atmosphere was fun and warm and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Chelsea walked me through all the different types of dabs and explained the whole process in a way that made it very easy to understand. Luke even let me try a few different samples to see what I liked best. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great dabbing experience.

After being a visitor of this store for at least 2 years I’ll never go back! I was verbally attacked upon entering the store and asking the ladies how their days were going. I sent an email to corporate looking for them to pull video and audio of the recent problem and heard nothing but crickets! If they are fine with people being treated this way in their establishments then I would never recommend anyone to shop there.I stopped by nearly every morning with a morning beverage and had small chat, even bought devices from that store that I knew I could get substantially cheaper less than a mile down the road just to help support their business. The amount of disrespect that was shown 4/26/24 between 10:00am-11:00am was uncalled for and unacceptable and instead of an apology so I could keep from writing a review they did nothing so hear I am. Don’t waste your money, time, or energy here.

Wow super excited to have a Dab Bar like this here in Clarksville! Heard from some friends that we had legal dab bar so went with a friend and we stayed for a while. When I first arrived I was greeted by the gentleman at the store courteously greeted me.I loved the atmosphere so much, I myself am applying for a position there.I will be a repeat customer definitely.The dab bar was my favorite touch, being able to try them in house, as well as having a comfy place to sit and people to talk to while I felt it out was great.The friendly atmosphere was intoxicating, I came in and individuals were setting up for a game of risk right there in the shop. I love a shop that is also great to hang out. Kudos to the holistic connection, and their manager Steven.

Phenomenal, best customer service I've experienced in this city. I was in the store when a client came in upset about a device they couldn't get to operate correctly, they insisted on getting a refund. By the time the conversation was over, not only were they impressed with how well the device worked when operated correctly. They also purchased more product before leaving with a giant a smile. My favorite cannabis store in town hands down, I came in just before the weekend to stock up on some good good. The selection is so fun to look through, and the service was amazing. I didn’t know much about the selection of green but described the type of high I was looking for, Steven was able to point me out to a few strains and even recommended some new ones. I asked about the sales and followed his expert guidance.  He made me feel very comfortable and confident in my choices, which I am enjoying and enjoying sharing with friends tonight ! I have always had good experiences with The holistic Connection, very comfortable, friendly and knowledgeable service. The experience was head and shoulders above any other shop in Tennessee I've been to so they have my continuing business locked down!!

The only thing in Clarksville I would change is having more product availability other than having to drive to Nashville.

Very helpful staff. I wanted to try a more natural approach for my dogs arthritis than all the pills and a friend had recommended maybe try a CBD product. I went in and the staff sold me pet tincture and after some time, she is doing much better. Ask for the pet tincture
