Staff are polite, quick service. Prices aren't bad at 1/2 yard small bed truck or full yard+ large bed, trailer and etcetera. They also offer delivery, but I haven't looked into that yet

“Topsoil”The people are friendly, however, the topsoil they provide isn’t top soil. It’s subsoil, mostly, if not all, consisting of just clay. Got this to add some good dirt for my yard since it’s all clay, only to realize that the stuff I was adding was also just clay. I’ll have to find somewhere else that sells actual top soil

Called the company to get an estimate on repairing a fence that they put up, that got hit by a car. Was told by the lady on the phone that they would pass it up to someone who could come out and look at it and give an estimate/options. After about a month of waiting, nobody ever called or come out to give an estimate. Never received any other communication at all. We had to call a 3rd party to repair the fence. Very unprofessional.

We were really pleased with the job done by Straight Line Fence in removal of an old fence and installation of a new cedar fence. From design to installation, they did a wonderful job. It was very reasonably priced, the removal of the old fence was done quickly and without damage to my plants, and the new fence was installed just two days later. I used strait line to install my black chain link fence and in one of my back corners they didn't put 3 post where we discussed and veered to the side up against the neighboring fence, I was told that if it became a problem it would get fixed. Well now it turns out those post are indeed on my neighbor's property and when I called to talk to Aaron whom I worked with when my fence got done I was told Aaron has passed away and it would be atleast 500 dollars to put the 3 post where they were supposed to be in the first place. Over all they did great work and it still looks great so whatever you do if you go through them make sure they do it right the first time regardless of what's said or it's definitely going to cost you. I wasn't able to be as involved as much as I obviously should have been because of medical issues and now I'm left to figure something out costing even more money so good luck.Service: Fence installation

I have used straight line many times for various projects around my home. I travel all the way across town to give them my business. There are other places that offer the same products that are closer to me but I choose them because of the people. They are always so very kind and helpful whenever I visit.

I called Straight Line and another area company for an estimate. Since it was spring and they were busy, it took a week for them both to come for the estimate.I was looking to get about 70ft of aluminum for the front and about 500 ft of black chain link for the back.The other company was less expensive but they said the install would take one day. That did not make sense to me.Straight Line said it would take 1 1/2 to set posts and 1 1/2 to finish. Straight Line matched the other price so I went with them since I felt they were being more honest.The actual installation took 3 days, exactly as they said. There were no surprises and the yard was cleaned up when they were done.

We recently used Straight Line for a vinyl privacy fence and aluminum patio gate. We experienced some issues at initial installation and my husband contacted the owner. He had his crew resolve all concerns we had within 24 hrs as well as adjusted our pricing. We couldn’t be happier with our fence! Very unfortunate for Fort Campbell residents, as we are forced to solely use this fencing company for our on base homes. At my last duty station fence installers arrived within a week and only charged $25 a month. Charging a $200 installation fee and $50 a month for a chain link fence rental is steep. We have waited over a month for our fence and some residents have waited longer. Being put on the back-burner for getting our fence installed is becoming frustrating. Not very military friendly when we wait this long and could possibly be charged another $200 if the fence is uninstalled in less than a year, but I guess anything to keep children and pets safe while playing outside right?Service: Fence installation

We have had them install fences on 2 different homes we owned. We had them come out March 2020 to install our fence. In August we realized we needed a bigger gate. Aaron gave me a quote over text. I asked if they could put us on the schedule for March 2021 he text yes no problem. March 2021 came and no call. I called explained the situation, the young lady had me send screen shots of the text. She said they would call me within a week. No call, I had to call again. She said we would be on the schedule for following week and that she would call me Saturday with more details. No call. We understand it was a small job but we were repeat customers and spoke very highly of them.

I used them for the 1st time on the Saturday 5 minutes before they were scheduled to close of Labor Day weekend when I needed some crushed rock. I was not rushed at all by the employees and one of the staff even offered to come in on Sunday if I needed additional product. WOW!

Owner doesn’t care about customers and lacks understanding of customer service. Front desk personnel are very nice but that’s about it. I live about 5 minutes away and drive past Straight Line for 20 minutes to go to a business that appreciates me as a customer. Won’t ever go back.

Efficient and affordable pickup for topsoil, compost, mulch, etc. We wanted to avoid having to buy wasteful bags of soil from a big box store - we were pleasantly and quickly served, two scoops of topsoil into the bed of the truck for only $25/scoop. Better priced and better for the environment! Thank you.

We get mulch from this establishment and they are fantastic. It is a very down home kind of place. The pricing is extremely fair and the customer service is beyond great. There is a wonderful little dog named Copper who is super sweet! My daughter loved petting him. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fair priced, considerate business that gives you quality work.

Scheduled appointment for a quote. They cancelled appointment. I advised them if they could not keep the appointment I was no longer interested.They called back immediately after as if we didn’t speak and left a voicemail, called again over the weekend, and then sent an appointment reminder via text, the day before the appointment would have been.Called to inquire and was advised that they had called to leave multiple messages they couldn’t make the appointment. They forgot they had spoken to me........just seemed very unprofessional, and unfortunate to have an appointment cancelled when you take time off work for it.

My fiance and I were new home owners and needed a fence for our two dogs. After shopping around Straight Line Fence not only came out and gave us a quote very quickly but they were priced the best and their fence was good quality. Working with Aaron was great, he took good care of us. He always let me know what the schedule was like and even after making a major change to the plans, he was flexible and made it happen. The guys who installed were polite, nice to our dogs and hard working. They came out and put the posts in and three days later (once the cement was set) the fence was done. When it came time for payment they were willing to work with us to make it as easy as possible. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

The fence is wonderful. It took them less than 3 hours to install once they finally got around to it. The customer service is great, which is a relief. We did have difficulty getting them to come out and install it. It took over a month to actually get it. However, they gave us the first month free for the trouble. Their billing department is a little wonky, but they are great about talking with you and straightening it out. So far, the only problem was that we switched cards, and they charged it to the wrong one, but we were able to talk to them about it.

I would recommend this company to any and everyone. They were professional, friendly, good communication and fair prices for quality work. We had straight line winds come through and take down our privacy fence. With 2 pit bulls that are use to running free in our back yard, we needed replacement quickly. Once contacting Aaron at Straight Line with our issues he sent a crew out and put up temporary fencing until weather permitting them to set new pole for our fence. Thank you so much. Recptionist is a nice people person. They just guess the project based off of photos. I recieved one quote, agreed, asked for two more pieces of material to be installed which is literally 1/4 the material for the original quote. The new quote was literally over double, then the owners response was he under quoted me the first time, yet he's never taken the time to actually go to the property. I asked him to simply explain what justifies double the price. He literally stated "i dont know i must be dumb or something". Horrible people skills horrible practice.

It took several (several) weeks to even get an appraisal. This company needs some leadership changes. They couldn’t even appraise correctly. 3 other fence companies were in the $10-11k range. Straight line quoted over $22k. Go somewhere else.

We had 8 cu.yds delivered to my friends house. The driver of the dump truck barely left a mark on the ground. The only thing I would would say is that the driver needs to be trained how to grade the load he's dumping instead of dumping 6 ft mounds of gravel

Straight Line did a great job for us installing a fence for us!! From the estimate to completing the job, the price stayed exactly the same!! The crew was a friendly group and was accommodating to me considering my limitied mobility due to surgery..I had to trust their judgement because of that and I couldn't be happier!! Thank you guys so much!! My dogs are safe and secure in the backyard now!!

I had someone come and take a look at my fence and was told that he would get ahold of me with a quote..... after a week of waiting I called them back. I was told he would be given a the information and would call me.... that was two months ago. I called recently with the same fence, needed to have it dog proofed. Again no call..... don't think I'll get one. Looks like I'll have to call another company and have them do it. What is sad is he was talking about how he was having trouble with getting employees, guess they didn't want to work with a company that could not even take the time to call potential jobs..... doubt I'll wast my time ever again, I'm sorry to say.
