Okay, to be right up front: this is 100% a review of the landscaping stone business adjacent to/somehow part of Sango Pool & Spa (couldn’t find a separate website).We don’t have a pool or spa. We DO have a really terrible front yard space that gets too much sun so gets totally crispy and brown. Heading in direction of native plantings that can take the heat and won’t need tons of watering or maintenance (yay!). Wanted some big rocks for interest & to anchor this new section of soon-to-become-native grassland.Went by last Sat afternoon around 3pm & they were already closed. Bummer for me. Did some scouting around for landscaping boulders at other area stone yards & made a beeline back to these guys on Thursday. Mike was exceptionally kind & helpful!! Picked out the boulders with his design advice. Prices were SO GOOD, also got a boulder for an area near driveway. They were delivered this morning by the friendliest couple of guys who took excellent care placing them without tearing up the yard. Excellent customer service on the front end, fantastic prices, excellent customer service on the delivery end!! Thanks y’all! LOVE the improved look of this yard already!

Sango Pool and Spa is fantastic! I recently purchased a new Jet Setter hot tub. Lisa and Ashlie both were amazing. They took unlimited time while I ask many questions. I left the store on a Saturday morning and wanted to return right at closing for a second look at a tub. Lisa waiting for me and kept the store open longer to accommodate me.My new Jet Setter was new but had been on loan to another customer. I was given a better price for this reason. Once the tub arrived at my home, it had a leak! Oh no! Lisa and Sam went to the owner and they gave me a solution. Lisa knew that what I really wanted was the Jet Setter LX. Instead of repairing the tub I purchased under its full factory warranty, they called Hot Spring in California and had me a Jet Setter LX expressed for very little cost difference.Lisa, Sammy, Ashlie and the owner have all been so kind and helpful to me. I received service that you only get from "mom and pop" stores, certainly not from a big box retailer.If you are looking for a new tub, Hot Springs builds one of the best! This is my third. I highly recommend Sango Pool and Spa because of the service that I have received both during and after the sell and after delivery.

Paul and the entire team of Sango Pool and Spa have gone above and beyond to make our dream of having an inground pool a reality! I placed a phone call to Sango, and the very next day Paul and Mike came to our home to give us an estimate. At the office, Lisa made the entire process a breeze and she was always available to answer our questions. The crew that installed our pool was absolutely amazing! In fact, all the people who came to our home, from the time we began digging, and during the installation, electric, pouring the concrete, grading the yard, etc. were not only professional, but a pleasure to be around. My family and I will 100% recommend the amazing team at Sango pool and Spa!!!

I recently started at a new property in the area and had no one staffed that new how to care about the pool. I reached out to Sango pool and spa and asked for help and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely kind and took the time to go step by step over the phone to see how I needed to properly care for the system.I look forward to working with this company in the future just due to the extreme level of customer service they provided when I wasn't even a customer. He could have easily told me to get on the schedule and they would try to send someone out. But instead he gave me a little time and a lifetime of knowledge.

The person overseeing the water testing was definitely unhappy and made it clear to customers that she didn’t want to be there. We are new pool owners who need help understanding what to do, and this was NOT the place to go for help. Despite us continuing to go back in hopes of getting a different person who might be helpful, they just push expensive products as the “solution” to water quality issues. It’s obvious that they care more about making money than helping people.

Sooo we are first time homebuyers & to make things short our loan team has given us hell the past three weeks! After installing a 6” privacy fence around our inground pool we were told we actually didn’t need it…we needed to replace parts and get the pool *functioning properly* again. Six days from closing, Friday June 30th at 4:30 pm (right before 4th of July weekend) Eric quite literally saved the day!! He came out last minute to see what he could do. He had parts replaced & we were good to go within a few hours! He was seriously a lifesaver & we are so thankful!

I deducted 1 ⭐️ due to the complete lack of response to my request to purchase an inground pool. I just couldn't get a call back. For this reason, I used C&W pools for my inground pool which I love.I ❤️❤️❤️ Britney! I see her once a week for water testing and all my product needs. She's a joy to work with for this pool virgin. She's getting me into a comfortable routine that keeps our pool balanced and looking fabulous. She pleasant, courteous, and a beautiful soul.

I had Sango Pool and Spa replace my liner. They measured the liner and ordered the new one. When it came in it did not fit. They ordered a new one and it did not fit. They asked if we would accept the one that did not fit and deal with wrinkles and they would give us a new cover. They gave us a new cover and even had the old one to get exact measurements and still got it wrong. We ended up drilling new holes in the concrete to make it fit. The liner started falling out of the bead at the top and after calling 3 times and scheduling them to come out they no called no showed 3 times. I called and complained and they came directly out and fixed it. Overall I am not happy with them and will not ever use them again. I do not recommend them to anyone!!!

Definitely stay away from Sango Pool & Spa. They came out last summer to install a light. They walked around the pool for a minute or so, then went into the pump room for a minute or so, then sat in their truck for a bit then left. They didn't even take the heat cover off the pool to look at the light. I thought they left to get parts or something, but they never came back or called or anything. They charged me $150 for that. I called the owner several times, but he was never in and didn't return my calls. It took a few months to get my money back via a dispute with my credit card company. Also don't buy expensive chems from them! Google bbb pool method (Bleach, Baking Soda and Borax to Maintain your Swimming Pool). I've been doing this for years and it is cheap and super easy, especially if you have a salt water pool.

I bought an above ground pool from Sango Pool and wanted to share my experience. From the moment we stepped into their beautiful new facility off of Madison St. in Clarksville, we were greeted with a warm comforting smile from Shane J. and felt at home instantly. The sales associate gave us many different options to fit our needs and never pushed us to do something outside our comfort level. Jay and his crew were the installers for the pool. Jay and his crew were very professional and extremely helpful and supportive every step of the way. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we were taken care of and did it with a warm sincere smile on their faces the entire time. The electrician (Johnny B) was just a generous and his professionalism and work ethics were superior. Lastly Chad and his deck crew created a deck that we were ecstatic with. These guys took their time and listen to our needs and were willing to change, bend pull in every which way to make our dreams come true. Finally Chrissy was our contact at the office and our experience with her was beyond pleasant. With her experience and professionalism we knew we were in good hands. We are going to be customers for life and look forward to a wonderful working relationship. Thank you Sango Pool & Spa for making our dream pool a reality.

My go-to place for pool chemicals, free water testing, parts and service. Staff and shop dog are always friendly. Been using them regularly for a year now and they've never let me down.(Can't believe there was a review on here complaining about a county-mandated mask order, what a tool!)

Were do I even begin. Lets just say that building a pool during uncertain times and covid delays was a bit of a gamble but here we are loving our pool. Lisa was an absolute doll during times of delays with parts liner or whatever was needed if she couldn't get it she would upgrade to a more expensive part just to get us in our pool as quickly as she could she really cares about her clients. Paul was so kind and very good to show up if there was an issue or to call you back if you had questions.... which I had lots of because I've never had a pool before and he never seemed to get tired of me calling. The crews that worked at my house were always kind and respectful. Efron and his crew worked super long hot days sometimes from 7 to 7 and never complained. Bernie and chris were Johnny on the spot when I needed something and the electrician Johnny B amazing!!! Not only do I have a beautiful pool but I now have new life long friends. Thank you sango pools

I have dealt with this business for the past 5 years.They have yet to not disappoint me. They only reason I still deal with them is that I don't want to go to Nashville. Just had my pool liner replaced and had to pay extra because I have two returns. They were suppose to replace the Skimmer and both returns when they did the liner. They did neither. I also found screws from the pool frame on my pool deck that had not been put back in the pool frame. Contacted them and they said that they would be out the following Tuesday, that Tuesday was two weeks ago and they still have not even shown up or called. I do not recommend this company unless it is a last resort.

I had them open my pool and change the sand in my pool, but I was not able to be present because of my work. The total cost was $500 and I never received a receipt or information on whether they actually added the chemicals to my pool. That is where the problems began.For $500 and less than 45 minutes of work (they called me at the start and end) they removed my sand and dumped it on my grass 2 feet away from rock. I assumed they would hall it way for what amounted to $670 per hour. This was wrong.They then did not install all of my jets and the ones they did install were pointed in strange directions giving no movement to the water.They also did not lubricate any of the parts on my filter so the gasket broke and I had to replace it. This is common practice that would only take them 3 minutes and about .005 cents of lubricant.Finally, when they left my back yard they left the gate open instead of latching it shut as it was when they entered. Because of this the next day when my dogs were in the back yard they walked straight out and around the neighborhood till my neighbors grabbed them. Now I know this could have been avoided if I had gone and physically checked the door I always latch but again I assumed professionals would leave things as they found them at the minimum.Finally, I called to ask about all of this and was extremely disappointed in the reaction I received. The tone they took with me was very condescending when they told me that they never move the sand anywhere. They did admit that they should have contacted me when they didn't know where to put it and they would move it now but they would do it on their schedule and I honestly didn't want them in my yard anymore. They didn't even try to make excuses for the issues and I felt like they just wanted me off the phone.I will never use their services again and will recommend to all my friends to never use their service.The only saving grace is that my pool cover is off and in the container and I can only assume there is no sand in my filter (and hopefully not just old sand in the corner).

Went there after waiting two weeks for the appt time the guy was not there he went to a wedding. So the parts counter guy helped answer some questions. Made another appt this time a home consult. He showed late, then walked around our yard said it would be cheaper and easier to get above ground pool and left no card no estimate nothing . Acted like we wasted his time. Didn't even measure. Told us we would be better off spending less money if we didn't want to go in ground . I dont think he wanted a sale. So we went to pool and spa depot. Super nice came out to the house very professional measured our yard gave us estimated cost, time and wrote it all down never tried to over sell or under sell. Don't go here! On Saturday, 4 June, my family and I went to visit the office on Madison St. to look over pool designs. We were helped by Kathy. She sat down with us and went over some designs and answered questions we had. We decided to schedule an appointment for Wednesday, 6 June at 4:00 p.m., to have the owner come out to our house and look over our backyard and help us with the layout and which type of pool would best fit our needs. At 4:20 p.m. on 6 June, no one has shown up or called to say they would be running late. I called the office to find out if anyone was coming and I was informed the store owner was at another job site and he would not be coming. Kathy said she would be there shortly. At approximately 5:30 p.m., Kathy shows up and is not prepared to evaluate my yard. When I asked her questions, she could not answer them and had to call the owner. At this point, there was no way I was going to use this company. Unprofessional and unprepared. I do not recommend this company. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Highly disappointed at the lack of professionalism of this company. The salesman never called me when he said he would. When I called, I still did not get any help. They kept making excuses....."we've been busy."Also, the salesman took it upon himself to run my credit with a different company than we had agreed upon without my authorization or even knowing he was going to do it! I would not purchase anything from this place. Their lack of true customer service is far below what it should be. This is not an honest place to do business with by anyone!

The gentleman who helped us was very nice; however the ladies were kind of rude. And they don’t do above ground pools anymore, except their website shows above ground pools all over the place. The reason being is that they cannot get enough people to work for them and they said they can’t get onto their website to change their website they lost an email. Sounds to me like they need a new web host.

Paid them to service my pool and ensure the motor is running properly. Paid over $200 and they didn't put shock on the pool. To make matters worse they cut the grounding wire to the motor just to ensure people gets electrocuted while using the pool. Stay away from this place when we contact management they didn't respond to our questions. I seriously believe they sabotage your equipment to charge you for repairs.

Wonderful staff, very helpful and a sweet pooch walking around. Walked in looking to test my water and they were spot on with my levels. Showed me exactly everything I needed chemical wise. Unlike other pool places that will tell you to put to much of one chemical just to get you to buy more chemicals to level it out.

We had thought about a in round pool for awhile. We don’t have a really large backyard and couldn’t figure out where or how we could place it. We had been told by another pool company it wasn’t possible because of field lines, we had too much rock in the ground etc. The guys from Sango Pool and Spa came out two or three times until we were able to come up with a plan that worked for us. We were swimming by Memorial Day weekend and every weekend since [weather permitting] we have really enjoyed the pool. The finished product is everything we hoped for. The guys at Sango Pool and Spa were easy to work with. If you are thinking about a pool but don’t think you have room or don’t know where to put it, call the guys at Sango Pool and Spa and let them work with you! You will be swimming before you know it!

This is the first year that we have really had problems. We have been waiting for 3 days now for them to come drain our pool and measure for a new liner. 1st day they canceled (only after my husband called to make sure they were still coming) due to a sick child and rescheduled for the next day. The 2nd day we waited around all day and finally around 3:00 someone called and said that they will not be able to make it due to it being so hot outside and several of the employees were sent home for heat stroke (anyone that watches the news or has a weather app on their phone knew that it was going to be the hottest day this summer so far. Maybe schedule jobs later in the afternoon/evening?) Rescheduled for the very next day and so far have been waiting all day again. Have called several times today and the last time was told they were on their way. It is now 2 hours later and we are still waiting. Have wasted 3 whole days just sitting around waiting for someone to actually show up. I understand it's summer and they are very busy but do not schedule a job if they know they can't handle it or are overbooked or since it is summer and it's their busiest time of the year, hire more employees!

Paid 500.00 to open pool and change sand in filter. #1. Didnt show on time, days late. #2. Didnt add opening chemicals. #3. Husband got home and had to redo the work. He's a disabled veteran. Nice people in the store but their service department sucks. Never spending another dime here!

After several pool companies became unreliable to us from broken pool equipment upon openings and unfinished jobs, I contacted sango pool and spa. Their employees went above and beyond to help me fix the issues. They are convenient, test water for free, accurately diagnose chemical issues, arrive on time and are extremely professional during any dealings I have had with them. I highly recommend sango pool and spa! Using now for 3 years and they are the best in the town!

I wanted to install a pool years ago when I first came to Clarksville. Thank God I didn't use this company! They never called me! After all the reviews, I'd go to Nashville in a heartbeat! I'll get a pool next year. But I will NEVER contact this place again. Terrible customer service! How they stay in business is beyond me!

Only because I can give 0 stars. Absolutely worst place to EVER go. Dont spend a dime with them. This is what they did when they finally showed up to open my disabled mother's pool after lying about being there the first time.Left a squished dead frog to rot in the lining (no way you couldn't notice it...that was done intentionally), hooked up an extension cord to the side of the house when we have an outlet right by the filter, left the filter on winterize so water poured out and flooded the entire yard, left a rusty screw at the bottom of the pool, put a dirty floor mat in and lied about washing off the stairs. Not to mention promising to fix the rotted wood in the deck THEY installed, didnt check the filter, never cleaned the basket in the filter, completely shoddy work. Wouldn't trust them to properly install a light bulb.Never called us back either...

I have never been so disappointed in a pool place in my life. I purchased a pool last year spent 12,000 dollars and have had nothing but problems from the start. They had to come out 2 times because the pump was leaking and finally had to install another pump.I just had my pool opened for the summer.I scheduled for them to come out on 5/31 we had lots of rain so it was muddy and i told the man I couldnt get to the pool to drain the water off the cover he told me to call and reschedule I called and they rescheduled me for the following Tuesday. Well Tuesday came they never called or came so I called them and lo and behold they never even put me on the schedule Imagine that! They came Saturday morning and opened it and the PVC valve is leaking! I call them and he tells me I will have them out there Monday morning I said man do you know how much water Im going to lose? He didnt care I will never use this place again and I reccommend no one else does either! Thank God for pool and spa depot that's who I will use from now on!!!!!!!
