The store is very clean and fairly well organized. They have almost every brand of dog or cat food you could think of plus lots of cool toys. The only problem is every time I go there they only have one register open and they are very slow to check you out. Be prepared to wait in line.

Julie C. Is an amazing groomer she grooms my golden doodle and always does well with him. He’s a bit of a nervous guy so I really appreciate the way she calms him down and cares for him. Sherman takes a while to warm up to most people but he loves Julie and has from day 1. You can tell she truly loves her job and being around the dogs. Highly recommend!

Friendly, helpful employees. They knew where everything was and what was the best option for what I was thinking about. A bit pricey on some things, however their prices on their fish were much lower than the "designer" type stores that only have fish and live coral for purchasing. Not mentioning any names.Great place to take the kids! Very knowledgeable employees!

My girlfriend took our dog to pet smart’s groomers for a hair cut and specifically told them not to cut her to close. She just wanted the mattes cut out and a trim but instead they cut straight down to the skin cutting her and causing a huge gash on the side of her face. I went up there the day after to ask them for help on what to buy to clean the gash and the lady up front gave me nothing but attitude and practically refused to help me what so ever. I’ll never go back to pet smart again and I hope everyone else will think twice before taking their pet there as well. The last photo is what an actual trained groomer was able to do with her compared to what pet smart did.

Pleasure shopping here. Always some kind of deal on what I need. Also, tried swapping food for my puppy, made him sick, brought it in a boot barn bag and they swapped it out for the original kind he had. Made my puppy and I very happy, thank you manager and staff for a great experience!

I wish I had taken a before picture. I was a bit nervous to take our pup here to be groomed, but a friend highly recommended I try em out. Nikki did an AMAZING job!! She did exactly what I was hoping for and more! He smells amazing and as you can see he also feels pretty good too. I'm so glad I gave PetSmart in Clarksville a try. Thank you so much Nikki!!!

I wish I had gotten the young lady's name that helped us. She was very helpful in helping us choose a hamster, waking all their little nocturnal selves up for us to see them. She also was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding treatment for our fish. We had been to another local pet store earlier and left empty handed with a bad experience. This sweet lady turned our day around and took good care of us!

I took both of my dogs and for baths, nails, and ears packages. One of them did not have their nails trimmed properly. The other has been digging at her ears ever since we left.Also, they took my dogs Seresto flea collar off. (Which I've never known them to do that) it was never put back on her. After looking for it for days thinking, maybe she had pulled it off from scratching at her ears. I look back at the pictures I took when I picked her up and noticed she did not have it on.No one ever called me to let me know that they had it. When I called, they said, "Oh yeah, we have one here." Those are very expensive.I do not live near petsmart. I had to drive over 20 miles to go pick it up. Very inconvenient!

If you have a bigger dog, do not take them here for grooming. My dog does not like his behind or tail trimmer so he squirms a lot. He wasn't there for more than 30 minutes before it was "to much" for them. If you were a real groomer, you would be able to handle pets of any size.

Cat "kennels"out in the actual store are so small.Prices are the usual exorbitant amounts but with no real competition in the area aside from the awful petco and God help us....walmart..... What are ya gonna do,right?? I have discovered that his litter is significantly cheaper at dollar general tho.

Took my dog there an they said they couldn’t cut her hair because of the Matt’s on her ears an claim they don’t have a vet to help watch the trimming just in case she had hematoma but they have Banfield right beside them! Then the manager don’t speak highly of Banfield because I told her I just took her to the vet 5 days prior an they didn’t say anything about hematoma an she said “of course they didn’t” implying that they don’t do there job but they take there dog insurance,really!

The item I purchased was above a tag that read 23.99 when I got to register it rang up 38.99.( which was a larger size of the same) Cashier would not call for a price check. Great customer service, Not!!!

I took my dog for her grooming appointment a few days ago, and the groomer made a mess with my dog, they did all the things I said not to do, now she has no fur and a strange allergy on her skin, I’m really disappointed and I’m not going to take her there anymore. Sad. Mostly empty habitats. Fish tanks were being cleaned; they needed it! No rodents. Birds sleeping in middle of day. We left after 10 minutes.

I have 2 dogs - Laddie & Gizmo - Laddie has been going to Petsmart for his grooming needs since he was a puppy. (9 years old - West Highland Terrier) -Yesterday - I paid almost $90 to groom him - his bill had 10% off with no explanation - I paid the bill - brought him home and found out they didn't clip or Dremel his nails. (1st time in almost 9 years with 2 locations 18 mo. with the Pet Smart- Clarksville - TN and over 6 years with Pet Smart - Westminster, MD)I called PetSmart (Clarksville) today and he can no longer ever get his nails done there - no explanation - no word from the groomer - nothing.They also said they did Gizmo's nails - they didn't -PetSmart, I've always been a fan. And loyal - driving my dogs to you for service when I could find closer and less expensive choices.I am upset. I need to find a new place for them to get their nails done and also to be groomed.
