I wish checking the dogs in was an easier, faster process. Also, some sort of bell on the entrance door to let groomers know that we have shown up for early grooms would be helpful. I had to knock on the grooming window and then they could barely get up to let us in. Very busy on their cell phones

The entire staff was great. Very patient and kind. What made my mind up that I’ll be coming back is that Bean was very happy and excited afterwards. He didn’t seem afraid.
