Used this store exclusively when it first opened but lately seems some brands we liked have disappeared and prices have risen to the point we've slowly looked elsewhere. Seems to have a lot of employee turnover and some seem disinterested. It is convenient to the south side and hours are OK. The dog wash is a really good plus always well stocked and easy to use.

I can't speak to most of the services or products here. The customer service is decent in my experience. Unfortunately the only complaint I have is with the live feeder insects. It seems that every time I visit, more and more of the bugs in the containers for sale are already dead and therefore worthless. They're already at least twice the price of ordering online from another vendor, I'd just been using Pet Supplies Plus as a backup when I ran out too early. Not even worth that anymore, would rather drive an extra 7 miles to PetSmart for live bugs.

This place is conveniently located in the exit 11 area. A wonderful expansion for the locals. They are very clean and organized. They seem to have everything u may need. The dog shower stations seems like a hit to many. I come here to visit the house pets, cat adoption, birds, and fish almost twice a week! The little man loves to look around.

We took our 1 yr old Mini Aussie to be groomed and had a great experience. She was well cared for and looked great! Abby was our groomer and she was very kind and patient with all our questions. Great experience!

The groomers here are amazing, they treat the dogs with care like no others. Abby and Justis are great groomers for one and secondly nobody is allowed in their area if they are busy, they soley focus on the dogs care and lastly the employees here are very nice and friendly, they are willing to help with anything and if one employee doesn't know something they find someone that they work with that does know the answer.

I have been a customer since this store opened, it was convenient for us because we shop next door several times per week, the pet wash area was nice and much better than one we had to drive across town for. The military discount was appreciated, and at one time we were able to stack a manufactures coupon with this discount. Now fast forward last year we could no longer stack coupons ok, we would use whatever one was better. We spend an average of $100-150 per month at this location, 2 weeks ago, I purchased dog food only to be told no more military. A few days later I had to purchase a new wash ticket (5 washes) and was shocked to find the price had went from $45 to $65 (started at $25). There is almost always something broken at the wash area blower, tie downs, wash wand, (ran out of hot water and I was the only one there), towels are dirty (washed but covered in dust and lint from where they were sitting). And there is never an employee that checks on the area or cleans up after a lazy pet owner. I can't count the number of times I have looked on the website to see if something was in stock only to arrive and find the shelf empty, for me the military discount offset this inconvenience. Someone made a ridiculous comment the loss of the military discount will close you down, no it won't. As for my family the convenient location does not offset the poor stockage, occasional rude employees, etc. I will drive a few miles down the road to bathe my dogs for half the price, change to online purchases and shop other stores, because when I check their inventory, I know it will be on the shelf when I get there.

Overrated, and the dog food that is carried both by them and Publix right next to them in Sango is cheaper at Publix by a buck or so. However, they do have a lot to offer, and I do shop there when I have to. On another negative, you don't get points for purchasing anything that you would normally buy in store shopping. When I confronted the store manager on the issue, he says to me, "did you sighn up on line?" Being that I signed up in store, I also had to sign up on line and still no points, so, what's the point?😤 lol. If Rileys had what I needed, I'd rather go there for convenience and their honest business. This Pet Supply Plus store is usually fighting with their fish tanks when I visit, which is telling me they probably have a problem with Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, or ICH as you fish lovers may have heard the term. So, there you have it. My advice regarding Pet Supplies Plus, shopper beware. You have several other options to save money, especially in Bumbles economy😉

I come in quickly in a rush always and they are always so nice and quick to get me checked out. I see they have where you can wash your dog the only issue I see with that or seen were unfamiliar dogs trying to kill each other. I think it should have separated bins or cubby’s so the dogs don’t become distracted. Especially as the people washing their dog isn’t a professional groomer. Lol. I love how they have pricing out but I need to get more info on that as well have moved to the area and my dog is due for a groom

I’m so thrilled to have run across this awesome pet store with self serve dog baths inside!! I paid $5 per dog ($10 regular or $5 each with punchcard).The staff was so helpful & friendly. One lady who worked there helped me get Max to the back since he doesn’t like walking on hard surfaces.They provide hot water (with great pressure & spray nozzles), shampoos, towels, aprons, and dryers. Also the bath stations were the exact height to not break your back!!And the best part… I didn’t have to clean up the mess!! ♥️♥️♥️And now… I have two super clean & super happy pups!!! 🐶🚿🐶

Visited on 10/24/21, the store is nice and well stocked so that is the reason for giving them at least a star. However the ferret cage was literally disgusting. There were feces everywhere and you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in days. It smelled very bad and the ferrets didn’t deserve to be living in those conditions. The fish tanks were also fairly dirty and filled with algae. Whoever is responsible for working with the animals should put more effort into the cleanliness.

Team members were very helpful. I walked in five minutes before closing and rather than having expressions of anger because I walked in knowing they were trying to close they were happy to assist and help me find what I needed. a friend of mine took their dog here to get groomed, and the groomer cut the dog in the eye, which sent him to the ER.and then my friend’s experience got invalidated by at least one of the employees (if not more). literally just go somewhere else lol

Good little store. Lots to offer. I know kitten food is scarce and I'm not holding it against the store. They do have a lot of cat supplies I haven't seen at the more major pet retailers. Pretty happy with my visit today.

I have been shopping here for a couple of years. I love the availability of products and the reward program, which allows for many discounts.However, my last two visits have been disappointing. Customer service has been lacking. It’s hard to find anyone in the store and you can hear multiple people in the office laughing and talking. I had a cart full of heavy items (bags of food and litter) and there was no one to help me with getting them to my car. The cashier couldn’t help me because there were other people behind me. So disappointed ☹️

Love Pet Supplies Plus! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are often running sales or have $5 off coupons. I plan on coming back soon to use the pet wash self-serve stations.
