Very adorable boarding and doggy day care! I love that they send me pictures everyday. I can tell they really care about my dog! I drive 15 miles just to take her here instead of other places closer because I love it so much.

Updated review:We had a great experience sending our puppy here for doggy daycare and so we decided to board her here for a night. We packed up her food and toys and dropped her off, at drop off we were told the kennel she would be staying in was about half the size of what we had read online, which is the size for the small/senior dog location, though this isn't posted on the website.When my fiance went to pick her up, she was all wet and smelled bad and he was told she had had an accident. She is a 5 month old puppy so obviously that happens but she has also never rolled around in it before, or peed on her toys. We were also given back 3/4 of the food we had sent with her, as she was only given food in the morning. I went down to talk with them and pick up her toys after I got off work. I was told again that she had had an accident and that was why she had been wet etc. What I didn't understand was how she had been alone long enough to have gotten covered in it, and when I asked when they were taken out I was told they were taken out for the night between 6 and 7PM and then again between 6 and 7AM. She hadn't had 'an accident', she had had access to any other bathroom completely removed and I am honestly shocked that there are grown dogs that make it 12 hours without going out.We were never once told she would be alone for almost 12 hours. I had felt horrible leaving her and the thought that she was alone for the whole night (the situation I had brought her there to avoid) was just absolutely devastating to me. I hope no one else has to go through that experience.I also want to be very clear my issue is not with the staff who work there, they are all very wonderfu and doing the best with the resources they are provided, this is 100% to the owners who need to provide more information to us because had we known that she would be locked in a 4' by 5' room for 12 hours we never would have brought our baby there.Original review:We send our puppy here for doggy daycare and everyone is wonderful! They take such good care of her! These are all photos we have been sent as updates, which I appreciate because they ease the anxiety of leaving her.

Book at your own risk! Twice I have schedule for my dog to be boarded in advance and twice they have not put it into their system. The first time they were able to fit him in, but the second time I was out of luck!! Both times I verified he was all set with the front desk, and both times he wasn’t put into the system. Luckily we had family willing to help in a pinch, but will be finding a more reliable source of boarding!

Was quoted one price on the phone then charged a price $50 more on pickup. I understand updated prices and updating weights of pets. If you see prices that are out of date tell me on the phone or before my pets are taken back for service. I understood I was being charged at least $10 more for updating my pets weight. But $50 more than what I was told over the phone before bringing them in? I’m disappointed in the customer service. The grooming is however excellent.

Saying I’m unimpressed is an understatement. I brought my dog in to get groomed at 8am and was told it should take 3-4 hours. I also asked for a 15 minute heads up as I had a lot of errands to run during that time. After almost SIX hours I got a text that he was done. I had to cancel a personal appointment because they took so much longer than expected, they didn’t give me the heads up I requested even thought I was told they would, AND they didn’t even have the decency to let me know just how late they were going to be. I had to pay over $100 for this absolutely dreadful service. Take your dogs elsewhere to be groomed.

We have used this groomer several times now. They get one of our dogs haircut right every time. But our male dog who we literally just say shave everywhere. His haircut is messed up every single time we take him there. If you’re looking for a groomer, who actually listens to you looks at the pictures you send them. Then, this is not the groomer for you. I’m super frustrated, that they keep making my dog look ridiculous.

They lie about the estimate on grooming. They also add on a $15 doodle charge which they also fail to mention before Checkout. Will never be returning here. Save your money and go somewhere else. They also aren’t good with anxious dogs.

Today we took our dog to get groomed and whenever we picked her up, we saw that she had two cuts on her skin and I was not notified about the situation, plus they took 4 hours which was way longer than expected. I would never take my dog back here again, I do not recommend nobody to take their dog here.

Sully had so many mats that he had to be saved down but he seems to feel better now. I’m very happy with his grooming & now that we are finally settled he will be groomed every 3 or 4 weeks. Thank you for taking such good care of him.

I've used Pet Palace in the past with my other dog at their other location. Last week, I went to their current location & a representative showed my husband & I the area where the dogs are boarded. I also really like that their facility looks & smells CLEAN! The dogs weren't barking their heads off when they saw us through the window. It makes me believe that my dogs will enjoy their stay when we go out of town. I'll give a review once we utilize their services again in the near future.

We went on vacation and called to make a reservation at the Cannon location, we have two dogs and they assured us they would be boarded together as they were the last time. Upon drop off we were told that their reservation wasn't there, but at the Lamar facility. Initially, we had thought we called the wrong place when we set up the reservation. Upon further investigation we were just not told our dogs would be boarded there as the facility does not have a direct phone line to make reservations. We dropped our dogs off at the facility and while on vacation had to reach out everyday for updates. Still unsure as to how this happened as we emailed the facility over a week ago and have yet to receive a response back. If you're thinking about boarding your dogs and you want daily updates, and clear lines of communication don't do it here. Also, once getting our dogs home both of them got sick right away with respiratory issues. We won't be taking our pups back.

These ladies were angels! I had a homesick dog that was refusing to eat and they worked so hard with her. They stayed in contact with us everyday. This was only the second place that we had ever taken our dog to and had no idea that this was a problem. Her behavior after that first trip makes a lot of sense now. It just makes me sick to think of the fact that the other place we had taken her to probably let her go on without eating for days until we picked her up. They never said there was a problem.

New to area and had to find a closer kennel only reason I switched up. First boarding experience was good I suppose until the young girl quotes me a completely wrong price almost hundred and something below and they charged my cc for an amount not agreed on nor communicated! No warning just charged my card. When asked no one really cared and had a real laxed "my bad" demeanor. When escalated owner never apologized or anything. No credit offered no nothing. I was quite surprised at the lack of service from the owner, literally didn't give two phuxx and I walked away almost feeling it was my fault lol. Their pricing guide is ridiculously over complicated and I work in high end finance . It's crazy and then half services have no price so in a customers defense how are we suppose to know unless YOUR ppl give the right price. I don't mind paying for what was done but give THE CORRECT PRICE. You can't play with ppls money like that and then have a "get over it" attitude . Lots of kids seem to be working here and half my dogs food came back....Did you feed them?????Also purchased bells and whistles and got the bath and furmenator service I wasn't impressed. I bathe better at home and they didn't smell bathed or anything . Just put a scarf on em and he still shed so WTH did I pay for idk just a waste of money so I will just continue to bathe them myself and their nails didn't have much difference either smh. I also noticed none of the low ratings are responded too which confirms my whole lack of communication concern. Empathy and caring seems to be lacking here. Ppl are entrusting you with their most valuable possession and you should respond to each AND every comment and inquiry ... every text call and emailed form submission , which mine was ignored.Also emailed inquiry on why no report cards pics or videos were uploaded ...no response... idk I wanna like this place but there's a lot of room for improvement esp in communication I mean you are dealing with people's children. I know it's a small town so maybe ppl just accept this.There's limited options here and as costly as they are I was hoping for a stellar experience hence their reviews but just left feeling undervalued and hoodwinked to some degree. They seemed really nice at first when I toured. Their booking system online is not that desirable esp if you need to upload vax records. Whole process seems inefficient archaic and timely unnecessarily. I'm going to give them one more chance to redeem themselves and hope the next boarding there are sufficient report cards, vids, and pics . I don't believe that is too much to ask for esp for the amount they charge . If not I have no hesitation going somewhere my money and feedback is valued. I just want to be able to travel and fully entrust an entity to properly feed and be kind and care for my dogs. I will adjust my review and star rating accordingly after their next visit. Hopefully I will get accurate pricing and have a better consumer experience .We shall see.....UPDATE second time my inquiry has gone unanswered and no one has responded in regards to vax update but the auto messages stay a'coming, so it's apparent they dgaf nor want my business....maybe because I'm black who knows I mean it is Clarksville. I don't recommend this place. If your staff can't even reply to inquiries how can they be trusted to care for your babies. I'll gladly take my business to another vendor or RoverOh and don't get caught up in them touting how they were voted number one ...welp easy to do that when it's a small podonk town with only three options, seriously.

I called to schedule a flea bath for my dog because they offer flea baths, my dog has already had flea medicine and they refused to see my dog because he has fleas. Literally makes no sense to offer flea baths and then refuse to see a dog who has fleas because you don’t want it to spread to the other dogs.

I had a wonderful experience with Dogie Day Spa and Resorts exit one in Clarksville this weekend!!! They came to my rescue and saved a Vacation weekend for me. They also groomed my dog while he was with them so when I returned home I had a wonderful groom dog as well !!! I thank all the workers especially Emily and the other girl who bought Cody out to me sorry about not remembering her name but she didn't say it.They are great young people and I hope you give them a chance to serve you and love your dog like they loved Cody!!! He loves going there every time he goes there he comes back refreshed and willing to play like a puppy!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABY HERE. This would be the second time taking our Maltese poodle here and both experiences have been bad. He has bad anxiety and some sensitive spots. They told us he would have to be sedated in order for him to be groomed, they said he was “acting up”. Mind you, he’s a 14lb small poodle and they supposedly can’t “can’t control him”. It makes me wonder how they treat the fur babies being boarded. They seemed to have no care and very unprofessional. Again, please don’t bring your fur babies here.

So I took my husky dogs there today to get a bath they would not take my husky puppy because she was to hyper. Then after that my husband went to go pick up my 12 year old husky to find out some how one of her nails got ripped out and they did not trim her nails at all. So I will not be going back I will find a new place to take my puppies to that will take better care of them.

I liked it and so did my puppy but i felt it was a bit rushed with the whole first time experience . I would have loved to be explained what the dogs do at daycare and they also forgot to feed my puppy even though i left a backpack with his food/treats and bowls.
