I averaged my review between grooming and boarding. I give a 5 star for their grooming but a 2 for boarding. We tried this place by because it was cheaper than where we usually take our dogs. I dropped my dogs off clean and shampooed but when I picked them up after just one night away, one of my dogs smelled like poop and her butt and upper thighs had poop stains which has never happened at other pet boarding businesses. The lady handing me the dogs said "maybe she is passing gas." I had to bathe her again and wash her bed when I got home. Will take them back to the former boarding worth paying the extra to ensure a clean pup.

The lady is so rude upon answering the phone to schedule, leading with what they don't do and don't have available. The customer service could benefit from some grooming, won't be calling again or bringing pet here.

First time I took my boxer pit mix to get nails trimmed, the experience was great. The two girls did a wonderful job getting my excitable dog calm. He is a younger dog, full of energy. Deep bark but super friendly. This time, an older woman who looked like she hated the world, was behind the counter. She said itd be awhile so I was ok waiting. My dog had been hearing yipping from other dogs being groomed. It excited him. He pulled himself off leash and went around all excitedly. He did not jump on anyone but did go in other areas. I heard a deep sigh come from the scowling lady. I asked where I could get a muzzle so it would calm him down, and she blurted, "You need to learn to control your dog!" I'm training him to socialize. At other stores, hes great. Well behaved and I believe the stressed dogs noises made him stressed. Again, had the other girls been there and taken him, he would have his nails trimmed. This lady told me I should take him out, bc he was too rowdy. Didnt even give him a chance to calm down. I wont be back. Shame bc the first time there, it was a success. That lady couldve been a bit more receptive.

After checking around town for a groomer that I could trust with my dog. I was referred to Tiffany at L&L Grooming, who came highly recommended. These people are amazing. My dog came back looking clean and her cut was excellent, just the way I asked for. The folks are super friendly. I highly recommend them and my dog has found her groomer, thanks Tiffany. By the way my dog weighs about 80 pound so not a small dog. (Snowflake)

After reading some of the reviews on here, I was a bit hesitant to bring my two Yorkie here to be groomed. I decided to give them a chance though, and I am glad I did. The ladies were all very nice and the owner was very professional. They did a very good job grooming my two Yorkshire Terriers. I am very picky when it comes to how I like my dogs groomed. No one ever gets it perfect, but L&L Grooming came as close as I could have hoped. Their prices are very competitive compared to what I have paid in the past. I will definitely be taking my dogs there for all their grooming needs.

Went to get my dogs hair cut (the normal trim) my normal place was closed but they need it bad. When i got my two small dogs back or my parents did we noticed one of our dogs that went the same time wouldn't put his leg down. He's older but left with no problems. We where going to take him to the vet the next day it would be open but he eventually put it down and walked it off. They OTHER small dog came back with BURN marks on him! Again, didn't have these before. Keep in mind these are sweet,older smaller dogs always being picked up amd loved on so we pay attention to them. They are no harm and aren't squirmy. They didn't say anything about my parents dogs when bring them back to us... They let us find out. When you look at pictures it looks dirty and unsanitary. Makes you wonder what they do to our babies in other people's hands! Shame!

Horrible experience! On 4 different occasions I had to complain. My dog's tail had a deep cut at its base. On another occasion I had to tell them to stop cleaning my dog's ear because she kept having some bacteria. Ever since they stopped messing with her ears the bacteria is gone. One time I picked my dog up after grooming and all she would do is sit. My husband noticed that her tail wouldn't go up. I took the dog to the vet and they prescribed a steroid. I went by L&L and spoke with the owner and groomer. They said it didn't happen there and that the dog was fine. They didn't say they would pay for medical expenses or even throw in a complimentary grooming. The only thing they did was deny responsibility. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt and had them groomed this week and low and behold they clipped my dog's nails to short. He was bleeding all over me on the ride home. If you love your pets don't allow them to be subjected to the same treatment as my dog's experienced at L&L. In 24 years I never had these issues. I miss my old groomer.

My family and I had an emergency and needed to board our two black labs. We chose L&L grooming and boarding because of the location and pricing. They both spent an entire week there. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Kathy and April, both went above and beyond for my dogs on very short notice. I just needed proof of shots including rabies, and a fecal swab to be negative for worms. They were fed, walked, and played with daily. I really appreciate them all at L&L 💜

THEY HURT MY DOG.I am a very reasonable person. I made several attempts to contact this business before leaving my review.We have been using this groomer for several months now for our Havanese, mostly out of convenience, as they have never done a very good job. However, this last time, Saturday, December 8 2018, when we picked up our dog he was still covered in dog hair and had to be bathed as he left my wife covered in his freshly shaven fur. Additionally, the quality of the haircut was awful and not what was requested.But the issue that bothered us most was his behavior. He is crate trained and as soon as we got home he went straight to his crate and has not come out since unless forced. He has not eaten, drank, or gone to the bathroom since Saturday when we brought him home. I took him to the vet this morning (Monday, Dec 10) to see what was up. She told me that he was in pretty serious pain, which may have resulted from the harness they use to ensure the dogs stay standing while cutting hair. He was very stiff and fought her when she tried to examine his back end. She actually had to give him a shot to manage his pain and a week long prescription for pain, ultimately resulting in a $80.70 vet bill which should have been completely unnecessary. I am FURIOUS. I attempted to go talk to this place after I left the vet and they’re not even open at 9:45 on Monday morning.

I was told to come here by a friend...1st experience, GREAT. More expensive than I imagined, but I understood. 2nd experience, my Australian Shepherd was not rinsed properly and had dried shampoo in her hair, which made her itchy all over. I had to re-bathe her of course. I was a tad bit upset, but understanding because I get that things happen, no one is perfect. 3rd time...picked her up...got her home and realized her nails were not done at all. Not cut, not buffed, nothing. 2 bad experiences in a row and unfortunately I will not be returning or recommending this place. The staff were nice and the dogs seem to be loved and treated well, but thats about it. Grooms are expensive and I cannot afford to pay for a full groom when I only get half here.

We took our 11 year old Pomeranian in for her first full trim treatment. The staff were professional, courteous and treated our Sallee like she's a princess. We were very satisfied with their service and will be returning again. Kudos to Lydia!

Took my dog here for boarding and grooming. Dropped off my dog completely fine. Picked up my dog and she is peeing uncontrolably & has really bad diarrhea. Shaking like crazy. Doesn't seem like she was taken out at all the day we picked her up. We also paid to have her nails & bath done. They didn't brush her out at all after the bath so she is shedding like crazy everywhere & her nails are hardly trimmed. I will never be taking my dog back here. She seems so mistreated. I can't believe this. I WOULD NOT take your dog here if you love your pet!

When I took my dog here, I expected horror stories about her snippy behavior. To my surprise, she only had one incident and no one was bit! I will definitely be taking her back. Tawny gave her a wonderful haircut and must have made her feel safe, which meritted her good behavior. Thank you!!!

I didn’t have to wait to bring my deaf Great Pyrenees in to be groomed. They took such good care of Theo, he looked like a prince receiving his royalties from his court. I could not have asked for better. They even faded around his hiney! I won’t be seeing anyone else and it was only $70!! Of course I had a coupon, but it was worth so much more! Thanks and my handsome boy is prancing around everyone for loves now

i cannot say enough things about this groomer and the ladies that run it. iv been taking my black lab here for a couple years but recently we adopted a stray. he was infested in milions of ticks. seriously millions. l and l groomers took him on the spot no questions asked and cleaned him up. the treated him very sweetly and did such an amazing job! he looks like a new pup! i will forever recommend this groomer and always go here.

We boarded our 2 dogs with them for a few days while we went on a trip. When we return they both have FLEAS! They were flea free when we dropped them off and even had the supposed exit bath. We called and they refused to make it right all they wanted to do was re bathe them.... how about the fact I had to buy flea medicine on Sunday and treat my house, another bath would not cover the money I spent or headache I have endured because of this. My dogs will never go back.

After our long time groomer moved to the other side of town and then no longer works for the company we were left stranded finding someone who loved our pup like we did. My explicit instructions about my dog's feeding schedule and dietary needs were completely ignored. After being gone for a few days, I picked up a dog who was grossly overfed despite gastrointestinal issues. He had a visible weight change. When I mentioned it to the person supposed to be overseeing his care, she was unapologetic and did not seem to understand that this was a medical issue. Additionally, once home he peed indiscriminately as though he had been left for days unable to go outside and simply assumed that it was now an okay behavior.

Kaiser, a 90 lb black Czechoslovakian German Shepherd. From the moment the Clerk picked up the phone with her enthusiastic and cheerful voice we felt very secure with leaving our family member in their care. They have treated our dog with the same tenderness and understanding one would an elderly person. I felt completely safe hiring them as my grandson's babysitter.
