I do not understand the lack of staffing in this store. Tonight was one of many where our family does our grocery shopping with a full cart and has to use self check out! The line was going down the aisle. We require two carts in order to do the whole transaction, which blocks the area. The machines are not equipped for big orders. There isn't enough space, and it thinks you are removing items from the bagging area when you are just moving to the cart. It takes forever, and the poor kid working the stations has to come over no less than 5 times! I can't imagine that another $60 to keep a few lanes open for 2 more hours would hurt! This was before 8 pm. It's frustrating because we need to shop. I guess try another location before needing to move to a new store altogether. I enjoy shopping at Kroger, but the frustration is wearing on us.

We were trying to change pharmacies because they were listed as preferred pharmacy. We took prescription in yesterday and called this morning to see if ready for pickup then was told not taking on new clients. They said they tried to call but when I checked the phone listed with them we had no missed calls. It's one thing to say you're not taking on new prescriptions with new customers, it's another matter when they lie about trying to call that patient. O will definitely never go back to Krogers for pharmacy

Pick up order placed and received. My VISA WAS charged the correct gro amt and then charge was deleted from another dept. It has been 2 days of discussion with their legal dept to have cleared. Occurred 3-05-24 but I was not informed till 4-10-24. Several orders were done since March with no notification of a problem. So if you must deal with this store, BEWARE that they can cause Chaos in your world.

Haven't shopped at a Kroger in about 15 years but I wanted to check this one out since I was in the area running errands and my usual spot was still selling last week's sales. Impressed with the variety of items available in the store. The produce was very nice! I was greeted a couple of of times while I was shopping around which is nice to be recognized (I don't get that at my usual spot and I have been a regular there for 5 years!) My checkout experience is what soured the entire experience. Denise asked me to empty my handbasket onto the conveyor belt... a redundant task that she could have easily done on her own and to top it all off I had to bag the majority of my groceries as she made no effort to do it herself during the checkout process. I will not be returning to this location but I haven't written off Kroger just yet. Thank you.

I'm new to the area, just had surgery on my SPINE, and my surgeon sent a prescription for some medication that I had an allergic reaction to. Instead of the pharmacist calling the surgeon to confirm that another prescription was sent by one of his nurses, he says, "If this medication has an allergic reaction, why get an alternate?" Then I called back to get his name, to call corporate, and he says, "it was another prescriber, and that is my job. I'm like, if it's your job, why didn't you call the surgeon to confirm that it was one of his nurses? Instead, he harassing me about a prescription called in. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with this. Last time, I was told there was no insurance on file with Krogers. For the past 12 years, all Kroger pharmacy locations are on the same network. This is a form of prejudice that I can't deal with. Because of my color, pharmacist harassing me. I asked if he wanted me to bring the other medication back. The way he harassed me seems he wants them. All he had to do was call and confirm that the medication was prescribed by another party under my surgeon. If you're new to this area, use another pharmacy. Last time, it was my insurance as if I'm not a Federal Employee cause of my race. Oh I forgot to mention, I was also prescribed nicotine patch for 28 patches, but received only 14, on the box it says 28. It's like are they stealing people's scripts or on the drugs they are supposed to be given to their patients...Never again will you treat me like this.

I enjoyed shopping at this Kroger. The aisles were large enough for free movement. They had really nice fresh fruits and veggies. The meat looked good and much of it was on sale, or at reasonable prices. I bought a beautiful plant for a reasonable price as well. I'll be shopping here again, for sure.

well about a 85% rating....cashier was super good today. store was a shambles.prices are still OFR!😵 and for the elderly fixed income people myself am going to starve.every trip now to krogers uses all of my snap benefits.

Good, Kroger is most likely the best around grocery store in Clarksville. They have many of the same products of Publix, but for less. Plus if you have (and use) their Kroger card, you can earn points to save at their gas station. Last week I got my gas at $0.80 off per gallon at their regular pump price.

Don’t use their delivery service. I couldn’t find two items in my delivery & they accused me of being a liar & a fraud. I found one item btw and wouldn’t have even cared about the other if I hadn’t received these messages from them.

Yooo Madison Kroger why is your bathroom so disgusting? Also the changing table doesn't have a strap to secure a baby down. Finally with the table being next to the urinal, the toilet flushed at least 20x. Y'all gotta do better 😔

Pros: Prices are fair.Some employees have great attitudes and willingness to help.Shelf space for a large variety of products with lots of selections.Easily accessible.Cons: Some employees have terrible attitudes and can be rude.Frequently out of stock on numerous items.Lack of employee training leads to mistakes in pricing and a needto corroborate with superiors for the simplest of customerassistance.I recently purchased a mis-marked item from the meat dept. and asked for a re-weigh and adjustment. Originally charged $16.47 for the item, the re-weigh proved it should only have cost 9.33. (Photos attached). Once I took it back to customer service with the corrected amount, Robin tried to be very patient. I have to hand her that. But finally got frustrated when I didn't have my Kroger card on me and was searching for the number in my phone. She said, "I didn't think it was going to take this long. I'll just give you one." As it turns out, she STILL didn't get the refund right. What should have been a 7.14 refund was only 5.94. Common core math, I guess.

Great Kroger location. The layout and interior design is a little dated. It's not one of the newer remodeled stores, but that is fine with me. The employees are great. On every visit I have made the employees are always helpful and have a smile. This location is always clean and we'll stocked. I have no problem recommending anyone looking for a grocery store that is local to this Kroger.

I can't ever get any help from the customer service dept. There is never anyone there to run customer service .I have bought several items that were sold past the date and were no good and returnibg the items are one huge hassle ...I can't count on both hands how many times I bought spoiled or food that was sold past the expiration date .when I shop there I have to check everything to make sure it's good.

I am so tired of coming in this store, today I read the prices where things were and they were just the wrong item placed in wrong spot by bulk. I had to run all the way back to produce because potatoes by bulk were placed in wrong spot and store employee refused to change the price or go do price check. I go to get On The Border chips that also were in wrong place by the bulk but were a different price. It’s not the customer’s job to make sure items are in right spot or tagged for right price, but we get penalized for it. I do reviews on store a lot and it’s getting sad.

Store needs a remodel. It smells moldy throughout, carts are old and barely functional, self checkout registers are temperamental you can barely scan anything without it screaming “help is on the way”. Bathrooms in the front and back of the store were disgusting and lacked soap. I wouldn’t shop here if it were the only grocery store in the city.

I normally love this Kroger, but their meat dept has gotten really bad. I have seen meat that has obviously not been kept temperature controlled out on shelves. I bought chicken there that was rotten the next day, well before its sell by date.Super frustrating with meat being so expensive, especially because getting a refund is so difficult.

Bigger white Lady named Crystal in self checkout is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered at this place. Always willing to help the people she knows but is rude to everyone else. Forgot to pay for my water bottles (my fault common mistake) she was too busy chatting with employees to help me with them so I waited until last to check them out and totally forgot she chased me out the door and when I came back to pay for them her attitude towards me was very rude like I meant to do it. On another occasion I heard her Gossiping about customers to other employees in front of them and she has no manners what so ever. It’s very Disappointing. Do better kroger….

I have been a customer for years when my significant other was alive, I went today and everything is so much higher now. Chicken there used to be when it was on sale 3 dollars and something but when it wasn’t on sale it was at least 7 to 8 dollars. Today I paid 11 dollars and some change so I won’t be shopping with y’all anymore, I paid 206 and some change for a pack of chicken legs, that’s ridiculous so I will be shopping at Walmart from now on. Thank You, y’all really disappointed me today

The employees are super kind and helpful and they have food for good prices but I had a bad experience with their pharmacy. On the drive up pharmacy and inside the store the pharmacy hours say 8-8pm we came at 7pm and it was closed. So instead can y’all put 7 for closing instead of 8? Other then that everything is great

My wife and I placed an online order and showed up for pickup at around 5pm. We called to inform them of the space we were in and within a minute a young man named Travis was at our vehicle with our order. He was VERY polite and helpful. He noticed that in the bags of oranges one of them was looking pretty old. Let me emphasize that he, not us, noticed this. He said, "Oh, that doesn't look good. Let me go and get you another bag." He was gone and back within a couple minutes with a new bag of oranges. He thanked us for our order and went back inside. It's so nice to see a young man with that kind of respect and professionalism working with the public and for a grocery store that we patronize all the time. Thank you Kroger and thank you Travis!
