I couldn’t recommend them enough. They do a fantastic job with my scared dog & have never called me in the middle of a grooming session to pick him up like other places have. He always looks so good after I pick him up and their prices are unbeatable.

They did a great job for my fur baby!!! Erica was amazing I appreciate that they listen to what I wanted and got it done. It’s best to schedule first since it takes a couple hours but they will treat your baby like their own ❤️❤️❤️

New to clarksville and wanted to try a location that loves and appreciates fur babies as much as I do. This was a walkin/ call if available. This location is honestly one of my top favorites now. I highly recommend this place for fair prices, efficiency, respectful/kind staff. They truly care. Plus A'raya Sunshine (rat terrier) was so happy. Thank you. I'll definitely be coming back

Place is clean they have options for different things you can get your dog's teeth brush they put bows in their hair a perfume on them before they leave and they are great with Senior Dogs ask for Terry he is awesome with the older dogs

Today was my first time going to Grrffiti Cuts and I will no longer go anywhere else but them! Amanda did an absolutely fantastic job with my pup. She was so gentle and kind to my dog and only wanted the best for Mabel and me! I will go back again and again! Thank you, Grrffiti Cuts!!

Fixed what I didn't like. Had my goldendoodles groomed here, asked for their faces, pass, and private areas to be clean cut, everywhere else to be small trim. Originally for them back with barely a trim anywhere, complained and they took them back and fixed them immediately. Only problem after that was one of my goldendoodles rear (on the inside) , seemed to have been knicked, bled for a week, got a minor infection, I had to clean it and put ointment for a couple weeks. I'd consider using them again, as long as they are aware of what to do and not the next time.

If I could leave 0 I would. Please read and be warned. Hope this never happens to anyone else.Treat you like family they say!?On Wednesday June 22nd My dear friend and neighbor took my 2 small dogs to be groomed at Grrffiti Cuts at 553 Dover Rd working full time I couldn't get them there due to open hours.The original appointment was at 11am. Grrffiti called and said there had been a cancelation and to come earlier. So we did. When they were finished grooming he went straight back to pick them up. Sophie was so excited to see one of her best friend! While he was there paying the bill they dropped Sophie, my 14 year old miniature shitzhu, on her head. They should have held her, not drop her! She sustained an injury that instantly paralyzed her. She was taken to animal house dover rd where she was given excellent intensive care as I visited several times. Their initial assumption was that she had a spinal cord injury and recommended she be taken to a Nashville emergency veterinarian clinic for further care. Grrffiti never mentioned that the contract that they had me sign clearly stated that any injury sustained would be covered as well as the cost of grooming. This was not the case! They said the grooming was done. They were sure to collect payment for the grooming. While my friend was paying the owner rushed out the door "late for court"...hence the earlier arrival time they requested.She was rushed to our regular Veterinarian where I got the emergenycall. I didn't feel a "no guarantee" spinal cord surgery at 14 years old was fair and decided to let her vet monitor her. After 3 days, and no sign of improvement I made the decision to put an end to her suffering. For absolutely nothing other than the negligence of Grrffiti Cuts. Sophie was a healthy active dog before this incident. My friends are devastated from the favor i had asked of them. I should not have had to put her to sleep. As I do understand accidents happen, how this has been handled is absolutely ridiculous. Their lack of concern has been obvious as no one from Graffiti Dogs has even contacted me to check on her. There was no apology, no remorse, and no standing behind the paperwork that I signed. After leaving the vets office , I went to Grrffiti and she restated that she was only willing to pay for half of medical bills that I've acquired from THEMDROPPING MY SENIOR DOG and that I would not be reimbursed for Sophie's grooming because the services were preformed!! I think the grooming is complete when you hand the dog back safely to the owner.I have never been so disgusted with the lack of compassion and willingness to right a wrong than I am today. I put my long time friend to sleep because a professional that I trusted to pamper her and care for her, carelessly dropped her. Not only did they drop her but they refused to accept responsibility and tried to blame Sophie saying she jumped. It's been a terrible ordeal and I write all of this to warn you of this place. So that maybe it won't happen to your furbaby, too. #JusticeforSophieShe was loved and will always be missed and remembered. RIP sweet little Sophie

Just brought my dog in for his first professional grooming and they were absolutely amazing with him! He is a skiddish dog and has trust issues with new people but the way the groomers handled him was incredible. I spoke to every groomer there as they are all so friendly and welcoming! They also took the time and educated me on trimming his black nails. I highly recommend them and will be continuing to come back! Thank you grrffiti cuts ❤

Horrible place! They don’t check paperwork to make sure your dog is vaccinated! And they do a terrible job! Your dog will come out looking like a completely discombobulated haircut! Never again!

I take my cat to Grrffiti cuts to be de matted. He has the longest hair and gets terrible mats under his arms. Takes them all of five minutes to get him back in shape. Always friendly and professional.

First time bringing my 2yo German Shepherd and they did such a fantastic job! They did such an awesome job washing and deshedding her. By the time we picked her up she was soo soft and all the bulky hair I couldn’t get on my own they managed to get rid off! They said she was a bit scared, but she did fine, which means they had the patience to care for my crazy dog. They even gave her a free bandana after she was groomed. Thankful for their service and priced reasonably with our military discount. Definitely taking my dog there more often! One happy dog owner here and doggie too.

I give them a 5 out of 5 the owner erica is the very best she is willing to work with me in trying to groom on of my dogs. Most groomers will not ever try to go near him.

The ladies were nice but I made a mistake and gave them $31 over what they were supposed to get. I even tipped them $15 a piece. Make sure you count your change/statement before you leave. I guess I am wrong when the customer makes a mistake overpays they supposed 2keep-it? Not Cool At All! So I get this reply that you can see and she doesn't dispute it because they were intent on keeping my $$$ AND IDC when it was you did-it! Say it didn't happen....I received a letter from these people demanding I remove my comments. I paid them cash and was $2 or something short. I wasn't thinking but I had money on my cash-app card. I sat at the bust stop and sent the $1 or so with 2 $15 tips! One 4each lady 4each dog. Somehow it came up do you want 2send $31 so I sent it again! Total of almost $100 4a dog bath isn't cheap lady. If you say I'm wrong [I have the cashapp transaction] then it was almost $40 for the bath $31 cashapp and a 2nd cashapp of $31 which you kept until I embarrassed you here! I consider this letter a threat and it will be dealt with as one. They sent a letter 2my home telling me I was wrong 4posting. Well you dumb -ich I paid cash at 1st and was short 4$ I was nice because you all seemed nice until you stole $$$ 4rm ME! Send something else 2my home! Would you like me 2stop by your house so we can discuss your attitude and that letter you sent 2my home with a blatant lie?

Erica is so awesome with my old cranky little shitzu. He's never liked being groomed and always had to be sedated till we met her she's been grooming him for at least 6 years probably more she handles him like no other and he looks so good when we leave . The Staff is all friendly as well.

He was scared and anxious but they worked with him and we already have an appointment for his next one. I would recommend Grraffiti cut to anyone looking for a special place to take your family pet.

I recently got 2 great Pyrenees puppy's and as you know they are solid white ,lolI took them here to get them groomed from head to toe ,cut their nails too and I was pleasantly surprised of how they were taken care of !! They looked amazing and each had a little bandana on them ,nice touch !! Very much pleased with the staff and how my pups looked and smelled ,good job 😀

Brought in my 6 month ShihTzu Grace to be washed with a slight trim. While discussing with the groomer of what I wanted seemed to be owner came around and gave a so called class about her too knot and I was mentioning I’m growing her hair out. I specifically said multiple times I just want a scissor trim, that’s it. I pick her up to find she has been shaved!!! She explains the groomer quit in which I responded you should have called. Then she wants to say she was matted behind her paws which was a lie. She just kept coming up with excuses. It took me five months to tame and keep her hair and to find it all on the floor. It’s also choppy and her feet looks horrible, not by o mention she scratching up a storm. Doesn’t even look like she was bathed. He top knock that had dog food from yesterday is still on there. She just smells like she was sprayed with something. Take your baby only if you have a short haired dog because they don’t know what they are doing!

This was our first time using this grooming place. They were friendly to both me and my boys. I brought in my Australian Shepherd and lab mix at 9 am and they were done shortly after 10. They trimmed both their nails, gave them both a bath, and trimmed up my Aussie for the summer. They gave them cute little bandanas. My boys both look so good. They ask about allergies which I thought was so sweet since my lab mix has a ton of them. We will definitely be using them again. Their pricing was reasonable and they offer a multi pet discount. Thank you Grrffiti Cuts for treating my boys like your own and doing such an amazing job with them.

First time coming in and was not disappointed. My dogs are very big talkers (where they sing and cry a lot). Other places just get impatient with them, but not the crew here. They were all so nice to my dogs and so patient and understanding with them. Making an appointment was fairly easy and prices are great for what you get. I was so surprised on how dry my dogs were and how good they smelled (plus really soft!) I was really worried I was going to receive my dogs still damped, but nope, wasn't more than 2 hrs and they were completely dry! Would definitely recommend and definitely will be sending the bubba dogs back. (:

Fantastic place, we have only ever taken our dog to get his nails cut but every time has been very friendly, easy, and fast. They were exceptionally patient on our first visit when our puppy was very young and unhappy with his paws being touched. The staff remember us and the dog every time we visit. Truly the sort of small business you want to spend your money at and trust your pet with.

This place is amazing. It is in my budget and my dog is treated right. I am so glad someone told me about this place. We had such a terrible time with petco and pets mart. My fur baby is well taken care of here. They always do an amazing job with her. She is 11 years old and sometimes need a little more care. Awesome staff!
