Thankful for the manager that was on duty 06/11/2023 around 8:30 PM! I’m pregnant and this is the only store or person who has asked to hold my basket while she helped me look for Dr. Pepper I’ve been craving so much, unfortunately the app said there was some when there was not but she still made my experience amazing! I really want her to be awarded for making the extra effort. She even carried them to the register then to my car! I couldn’t believe it. My husband doesn’t even carry my groceries to the car!

Good place to shop when your trying to avoid walmart's craziness. They don't have everything but you can definitely get your essentials like eggs, water, milk, ketchup, soda and etc..

This store has been a disaster for years!!! Truly unshoppable. Isles with merch almost to the ceilings and totally blocked. Went in this evening after a few weeks of NOT being there and I'm truly impressed. Not sure what happened but bravo to those folks that are getting it ship shape. Absolute pleasure shopping there. New wonderful gentleman evening clerk with a great manager during my visit. Thank you!! Great job! We have our much beloved DG back! 👍😁

This store is always trashed and stock has been sitting on carts in the middle of aisles for over two years. Majority of the stock is inaccessible much less handicap accessible. They need to be reported to the ADA and fire department.

I went to this Dollar general on the week and of the 15th of October. I went to the self checkout which was no problem however there was a cashier at the register his name was Kenny on the reason I know that it's because he was having a phone conversation up at the register on his own personal phone and he said his name. He was speaking about a female customer that came in earlier that he recognized from social media. He was wearing a bonnet and using profanity. He was being extremely unprofessional. I don't know if he thought it was cute that he was behaving that way or what but there were customers in the store and although he wasn't helping anyone there was someone behind me in line. There are plenty of people that want to work. Get rid of those that don't have common courtesy or customer service.

Needs better, more friendly employees. I’ve gone in three times in the last week and each time, the cashier says absolutely nothing. Only one person on cashier when the line is clear into the aisles. I also asked for help to look for something and the employee acted like I was asking for his first child. I wouldn’t come back here if there was a closer store.

This store has been so terribly unorganized for the last 6 months or so. I'm not sure what changed but almost every time we go in you can't even shop since most aisles are blocked with the carts needing to be put away for the restock of the shelves. We now drive to the other dollar general a few Niles away to avoid this one.

Long lines. Workers are very slow. Every time I go they're either in the office talking forever or outside smoking right by the door! No good customer service here. I spend a lot of money in here and I expect better attitudes and BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is not a self service store so treat your PAYING customers with respect. The next time I go and I have ANY problem I'll be taking this matter up with corporate!! You need better workers in here.

I love this Dollar General. Everybody is so kind and friendly. if you're trying to do some quick shopping you can find pretty much anything you need here from detergent to bed sheets and they've even have a few food items and Staples that you need.

went it to get some glue had $3 bucks ask the amazing cashier how much was lemonade in glass bottle she was surprised didn't know they had it,so i said its hot ill take drink instead of glue she went to get her debit card to pay the difference before she could do it a young lady got my glue so i bought the worker her drink amazing experience.....

It says this store closes at 10pm on Saturdays. This is not the first time I've gone there 15 even 20 minutes before closing and the doors are already locked. Same thing on 10/15/22. Why post a time if the store closes any ole time?

It is convenient but that doesn't matter if their products and hardware are not taken care of or up to par. I go there on many different occasions just to be disappointed. Like one time I bought a bag of chocolate Butterfinger bites just to be all melted together and smushed. another time I went to buy a pre paid card and the receipt machine didn't print out my receipt all the way so I couldn't even see the code to access the card, I probably sat in the store for more than 30 minutes listening to worker sigh over and over until my problem was finally solved. The list goes on and on, they need to do better.

The store isnt very organized and put together.Definitly needs more people working and organizing the store. It doesnt appear that they have nut a couple people working a shift and there all at the registers and not straightening the store.

Came in to buy some Heinz tomato Ketchup which was cheaper than Walmart. This outlet is the closest to where we stayed on Trenton so it was a quick visit. A few items like fire starter and jam. The store carries a little bit of this and that and they're all over $1 so I wonder why it's called the Dollar Store?

Store is not large enough for amount of goods and under staffed to handle volume of customers. Obviously the manager of this store cares less about corporation expectations and is just in this for a fat pay check all to her/himself.

Aisles are small and crowded. People are nice though, but for as busy as it it, there is often only 1 cashier manning the register, and there are 2 registers.
