Are you looking for the bare essentials? If so, this store will serve your needs. Keep in mind, it's messy inside and plenty shelves are not stocked or are empty. The store is not really cleaned either but at least the employees are nice enough. It seems this location needs more employees on hand to help out with cleaning, restocking, etc. I can't really recommend coming here to be honest when there are closer and better locations down the road. To add icing on the cake, the employees do not enforce the mask mandate for when customers come into their establishment.

Much better, must be new management. So happy to see improvement with this sore. Store was clean, in order, shelves were stocked, better shape. Nothing blocking the isles. Finally, friendly personnel. The employee was helpful and friendly, which is important to me. Makes my shopping experience more comfortable and pleasant. In a pinch with family visiting. Purchases plates and bowels from this store. A stack of 6 plates and a stack of 6 bowls. All had dried food already on them! Looks like the employees are eating on them, then placing them back on the shelves.

Was in there a few days ago. This store was horrible. Nasty. Buckets of dripping water from the ceiling. Cart fills of items in basically every aisle. Making it impossible to walk down. Items just thrown on shelves, making it uneasy to just browse.They need to better organized and clean, before customers come.in.

By far, this is not a very well organized or clean store. Everytime I go theres stuff everywhere. For example. Clothes are never hung up or finished being put away it just sits on the floor and then its on other racks in different aisles. The only good things about it is the prices and super kind employees but presentation is horrible. Even outside is messy. I feel like the prices and product choices are what saves them and keeos the business going.

Prices often do not match what is listed on the Shelf. The store is usually a mess. Don't try to buy a beer or cigarettes here otherwise you'll pay an arm and a leg. I was overcharged $4 on a 12 pack of beer that was advertised on sale. When I discovered that I was overcharged and asked for a refund they said they cannot refund any money on beer per state law. Make sure you're checking what things ring up as.

Every time we shop at Dollar General ...The cashiers are not very personable.Plus, whenever a customer, such as myself (I'm disabled by the way) needs help finding something.... There's nobody to get to help ya. It's frustrating. So it makes me want to go to Walmart or somewhere else. Customer Service is #1 to keep customers coming back. If customers are not treated right, such as my husband and I... We will NOT come back or spend our money there when we can go somewhere else that's got great Customer Service! So please fix these issues. Thanks.

What else can I say about Dollar General. A few of the locations that I have been to lately have been a lil unorganized, but I still love them. Awesome deals And prices......I can't get enough baby!!!!!!!! I recently found clothing at a few of them. Unbelievable, lol. I nevdr thought I would be shopping for clothes at DG

Very nice location. Would have given 5 stars but several of the products didn't have any price tags. So I had to continuously go back and forth to the register for price checks.

I love this dollar general, they finally remodeled it, it has a bathroom now and they have made it look a lot better than it did once before. Come shop and find the things you need without any hassles or issues anymore, better walkways and nothing is misconstrued, enjoy!

This store was far more worse than any other dollar store I've been to. I didn't know if it was a store or a junk yard cause it was horrendous with stuff everywhere. Definitely a safe hazard from the front to the back and the bathroom. Mgmt needs to do some thing

This store was very disorganized. The store had no flow to it. The shelves were just packed with whatever , storage beens blocking isles.. Cant find anything your looking for.. The employees was nice though ..need to clean this store up big time ..

Worst looking store I've ever seen. Product in the floor, counters not stocked, buggies full of merchandise none for customers. Associates are rude with that one person trying to get it all cleaned up. Chocolate candy melting on front side walk. I would not have my picture posted smiling stating I'm the manager .

My Dollar General on Pembroke-Oak Grove Rd just remodeled. It looks like a new store. Now you can find everything and you don't feel like you must get our our there because it is no longer claustrophobic.

The girl checking me out was the rudest employee I've ever encountered there. Her name was jaiesha or something like that. When I told her no need to be rude she got ruder and said that's how I talk.

Been in there, hard to walk aisles with trash on floors.The stores are different depending on which side of town you go. The one on Tylertown is good and clean.

Has become the new neighborhood stores for most small town community. Just about have any things in household items and quick pickup for food. In Hopkinsville we have 6 stores serving our community and others stores serving the county in Pembroke, Oak Grove, Fearsville Crofton Canton Pike Lafayette Road.

I come here for less commotion and cheaper products than at Walmart. Everything is always in stock. Only gripe is their bread. Dates expire too fast. But an A1 store.

I try to go to Dollar General as often as possible, but I don't always find the things that I need. The store always looks so crowded with things, but they have decent prices and a okay selection of items.

Was in check out line....cashier was waiting on lady to get 1 more item......after several minutes I asked would she ring me up she says she don't want to ring the lady's stuff up again.mm so punish me by making me wait. Won't be back at this store.manager was outside on phone smoking ......

This place is always messy, things in the middle of the aisles, disorganized shelves, minimal customer service...This place needs more employees and a thorough clean!!!
