Incredibly rude. She had questions or comments about items, as I was trying to explain I kept getting cut off. Such as, mismatched boots. I had the other boots still in the truck. I knew I had Oakley’s, but they were in the other bin. In a condescending tone, kept showing me the mismatched boots and empty sunglasses container. All while not letting me answer and cutting me off. Additionally there were well over 5 (oops, 4… does that make it better??) dogs inside, nice but not the place.Glad I took my items to another place, who were much more pleasant. God bless our troops, right?

Soon as you walk through the door the smell of dog pee hits you. Floor sticky from urine. Prices are extremely high after you ask about it. When you do ask about it the woman running it seems aggravated to answer even though nothing in the store has prices. Honestly the worst surplus store in clarksville area.

Very good customer service, store is very clean and easy to find what you’re looking for. I was greeted with a smile and very well taken care of. Would strongly recommend if you’re looking for something or wanting to get rid of gently worn items.

I had a great experience at this store.The store owner sold me a pair of old bdu’s for $15. They were $25 and she gave me a $10 discount.I recommend going to see her and she will take care of you.

Very polite woman running the store, helped me get everything I need for a packing list. Dogs minded their own business and didn’t bother me. The only thing I would improve on would be a way to see the pricing of individual items on the receipt. Other than that, it’s a good business.

Dog piss in several aisles, constantly harassed by staff, nothing was priced and the whole place wreaked of dog urine. The supply is sub-par compared to the other Mil-surp shop’s in the area. Highly recommended you don’t go unless you have a fetish for dog piss 0 out of 10 stars. Don’t waste your time.

Came to an open business to dogs coming out of the door, dog pee and poop at the entrance as well as other aisles. There are no prices on anything then when asked got an unbelievable overprice. Then was constantly harassed until finally was forced to leave. DO NOT waste your time.

Very poor service and very high prices. I am in the process of CIF turn in. I need several items. Went in the store and was asking the prices. None of the items have prices listed and you have to ask for the price. The prices are significantly higher than what CIF charges. After asking about the price of the third item the lady asked “what are you doing?” I explained that I needed to know the prices before I started purchasing. She said we do not do that here and asked me to leave. I guess you are not allowed to know how much you’re going to spend before you spend it. I would avoid.

The owner was somewhat friendly, the store has a pet smell in it really bad. I went in one time and she has a large amount of surplus items, however; given that the prices are “the same as EBAY prices (overpriced) it is apparent that she uses that for a pricing gauge. I have seen where people respond to her pricing and her shop and she responds with these people are all rude, that was a big form off to me because how is it all these people are rude. I ended up going back to check prices and the prices were definitely higher than others. Do yourself a favor go to the Star Military supply outside gate 1 just up the road. Night and day difference. The items he has are all priced much better and he is very friendly and has a well lit clean establishment. They greet you very nicely when you come in. Sorry but ARMY supply is simply too over priced and not really worth the wasted time from your life to go into. She claims she pays high prices for her items to resell to the military, and that is simply not the case given that I know for a fact that they can but these things for little to nothing buying in lots. Yes they have to make a living and that is true, but being way overpriced is not the way to make money of the military or the public.and guess what she will call me for stating my experience ? This is an Edit of a review from a Year ago:Sorry, no marked prices... does not help anyone! A price difference of 30% just because of a change in type of camo is really a rip off! Sorry, but it is all ~80% used TA50, therefore does not warrant higher pricing... not to mention you are not paying for warranty either... not very hospitable with dogs barking at you as you browse the aisles either. Could be much better and more fair. Further more, a business should be more welcoming and reassuring, yet in all the replies from thw owner you can clearly see the immediate reaction being defensive rather than asking a Patron how they can make it right. EDIT: I will advise people to check the Reviews on Yelp as well... clean up your place the dog Pee randomly on the floor is disgusting... if you do not care enough to look after your dogs, but to harass the customer, that says a lot.

Just left store. The dogs were wild jumping all over my little one like crazy. She was terrified.Then the owner asked to help me get all the items I needed but she randomly started ringing them up before I said I was ready. The prices that she said aloud didn’t match the total price and when I questioned her about it again she added $5 extra to each item. When that’s not what she said initially.Also, I had a price list from CIF & online and her prices were more expensive than both.$20 for a $4 grenade pouchI will never return there again.

Bad pet smell hits you as soon as you walk in. Lady working kept trying to rush us, prices were higher than 2 other places we went to. After picking out 3 items ($80 worth) we asked about a price on something, she told us "its too much for you. You wont like the price." So we left without buying anything.

Do NOT go here. If you’re doing a CIF turn in you might as well go through CIF and let them charge you. I went in for a couple items and she overcharged and taxed waaaayyy more than they charge at CIF. And I didn’t check the price list until after I purchased. Within a min after purchasing BEFORE I left the store. Of course she says I can’t get a refund and all sales are final. So this is a WARNING for all the Soldiers getting taken advantage of out here in Clarksville (because she isn’t the only one) DO NOT GO HERE!!

Very fun time. Everytime I go here I get stalked around by the owner and barked at by dogs, usually I'M the one stalking people and yelling at dogs!! It's fun to be on the other side of the situation!

They have alot, and just about every you could need, but it's very over priced, most is priced retail, If you want it right then and there go here but if not just order it online save your self alot of money. They charge new priced for used and dated gear.

The store smells like dogs, she followed me around the store, which is over crowded and hard to walk through, asking me if I needed help and trying to sell me a brand new item that was more expensive than the used ones I was looking for. While paying for the used pants I wanted she told me she doesn’t care if I don’t come back again because I’m only spending $20 and she doesn’t care about $20! I will never step foot in there again!

Is this an honest business? ....not really.So it's not the prices that makes me give it this rating, it's more of the customer service/integrity of the business.Came in one time looking for X items, nice lady up front told me she didn't have any...looked around and found X item. She made up a price on the spot. While it's a LARGE store and inventory, the pricing is literally made up as you go through the door. She will try to find any way to make the extra dollar on you. Example (Found another item...wanted it used, but she was clearly trying to push for another condition that was obviously more).Another issue I have that MULTIPLE of these stores do is that they will prefer for you to waste your time/gas to come in and see if they even do have something or even give you a price.

Very friendly, I had no problem with the customer service. I bought a jacket from them that was overpriced and it turned out it wasn’t needed. I went back to the store not even 30 min later and she wouldn’t refund the money. Offered an exchange but due to getting out l, I won’t need anything from them. An exchange would be useless. She wouldn’t even buy it back for a cheaper price so I could get some money returned.

Lady owner is one of the most rude business owners I’ve ever met! Would recommend to NEVER do business here. Everything is old and worn, and this disaster of a “woman” prices it like brand new. She treats her dogs with more respect than she does customers. Watch you’re back when shopping here, because she’ll be right behind you smelling you’re every move!! 😂
