This place was referred by a fellow soldier. The words of the mouth were so damn right. It was my first time here and I can't help but commend Mr. Shawn for his excellent customer service. He's the man! He's very approachable, easy-to-talk-to, and knows exactly what I needed and wanted. I got my stuff the next day! The overall transaction was smooth as silk! Kudos to him and the management!!!

I have been coming to this shop since 2015, the new owner Shawn is awesome. He’s organizing the place so please ignore the mess behind the counter. Everytime I go with stuff to trade I always come back with what I was looking for. I only get to shop once a month here; but every time I do go, there’s always improvement in the store. I HIGHLY recommend this to be your ONLY stop in Fort Campbell for surplus store needs.

Army Depot is by far the best alteration shop in town. I've been going to them for over 4 years and have never been disappointed. They always get everything finished in a timely manner and even helped me with non-military items. The customer service is exceptional and they truly care for the Soldiers. If you cannot find what you're looking for, just ask, they know where everything is in that store. I will not go anywhere else in Clarksville.

Best place in town to run to get anything you're short on or missing something. Not only are the people in there helpful but they're welcoming. It's not always the case at these types of stores if you're the FM getting supplies while your SM is packing or is requesting something to be mailed to them. They know their inventory, and if they don't have something, they'll either tell you where to get it or that it's not something easy to get and to just buy new. Very thankful for the easy going atmosphere and everything they do for the community .

This is the kind of surplus store I remember from years ago. The gentleman there has a great rapport with soldiers and understands customer service. They have a great selection of gear and the prices are very fair. Top notch place.

I went in there to see if I could swap out the wet weather jacket with the cold weather jacket and it was quick and easy. Paid the difference save 100 dollars and he was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE!!

Prices are reasonable and the owners are very hospitable. I was looking for an item that was discontinued and they did all they could to find what I needed.Selection is continuously growing, and I’ve used their sewing service for the past 5 years. Their sewing has a pretty fast turnaround and some things can even be same day. Extremely friendly service from the ladies in there, I’d recommend that place first before going anywhere else.

I’ve never left a review for a store before, but I think this one deserves it more than anything! The owner went out of his way on the 4th of July to come open his store to make sure that I was able to get the 82nd airborne patches that I needed last minute for AA school. Service at any other surplus store does not compare.

The man in the store has zero customer service skills. I went to buy a tent in the store and has last piece left. The product looked used and roughly folded. I just asked him few questions to make sure it includes everything. He said me that I asked him too much questions, and told me to leave the store and he doesn't wanna sell it. Also the items in the store looks overpriced.

I’m coming from Nashville, and I requested a price on a helmet. I wanted to know so I can prepare for the sticker shock. The guy on the phone was rude and told me that he doesn’t quote prices over the phone. I’ve been a long time customer...shopping there about once a year.
