Andrew's Flooring did an outstanding job installing both carpet and laminate flooring throughout our home. We knew going in that finding hardwood flooring to match our existing floors was going to be difficult. Heather and the rest of the team in the shop took the time to walk us through all our hardwood, laminate and carpet options in the end sending us home with samples so that we can make the best choice for our home.The installers were professional and treated our home as they would their own. They moved all of our furniture and cleaned up the entire area diligently. We are highly satisfied with the way the job came out and the team at Andrew's Flooring. I even started recommending them before the job was done and will continue to do so. Great local small business!

If you are looking for any type of flooring or backsplash options I would definitely visit Androws Flooring and ask for Alexa!! We purchased a new build home in the Clarksville area and had a very small window to make some of our own selections. Having never seen a model of our home, I was super indecisive and feeling the pressure to pick something. They were so patient and willing to help. She sat with me and showed me all the different options and helped with the backsplash and grout colors as well. She took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me navigate the best choice for me! The whole staff was as welcoming and understanding as she was! Thank you Androws!!

From the very beginning to the end, Mary, Alexa and Kevin were fantastic! They met with me a few times, answered all questions and were very helpful with my decision making process! The crew they sent to install my new hardwood and carpet flooring were professional and personable. They cleaned up everyday before they left, so I wasn't living in a war zone, and made sure I loved the end product. They finished a day early which was SO nice! When we update our bathrooms and kitchen Androws Flooring will be doing the floors! I can't recommend them enough - you will love their staff, selection of products, customer service and your floors!

I was looking forward to working with the company after all the awesome reviews. The 2x I did encounter their workers I was very pleased. Both were helpful & professional.It's been a month since Sam came to my home to measure my floors in 11/4. I went in the next day to pick out flooring. Alexa told me I would get an estimate emailed to me within the next few days and sent me home with sample flooring.I got busy with life and forgot about the estimate until last week. I called Androws Flooring to make sure I hadn't missed the email in my inbox and was told Mary had a few questions and would give me a call the next day as well. Then she'd email me my estimate shortly after. I never received a call or estimate.

Androws is the best! They recently installed luxury vinyl flooring in our entryway and kitchen. Since we had tile on both floors and the kitchen floor had a high point, they had to remove some tiles and also level the floor. They did a great job. Several years ago they also installed new carpeting in our 2 spare bedrooms. In both instances everyone we talked to was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them and we will use them again.

A few weeks ago, I finally got rid of the horrible carpet in large living room in the back of my house. I have multiple pets, so carpet was never a good idea. Andros Flooring helped me find the best flooring for me, and did a fantastic job of installing it. It is definitely not my grandma's vinyl flooring! You have to look really close to tell that it is not hardwood. But I know, because any pet messes clean up quickly and completely. I love my new floor! I enjoy my living/dining room so much more. Can't wait to host Thanksgiving this year!

We found Androws Flooring on Facebook and walked in.Androws employees were very helpful in finding us the flooring to fit the room we were updating. They had a large range of colors and material types to choose from. They gave us a large sample to take home and view in our home and in our lighting. It was so much better than one of those tiny samples from other stores.Once we chose our flooring, Androws set us up with a great guy to measure and get us a quote. He even pointed out some ways to improve by the direction of the layout as well as the trimming. We booked the install shortly after.The install crew were courteous, quick, and cleaned up behind themselves. I was especially greatful that they moved a few pieces of my furniture that were too big and heavy for me to just stash in another room. They worked around them and did a great job.

We had the vinyl flooring replaced in our kitchen and laundry room with premium vinyl for an approx. cost of $3500. Overall, the experience was good and we are satisfied with the results. This is due to the professional office staff and the expertise and attention to detail of one employee that came the second day. He made the effort to get things right even if it took more time, I am glad he did most of the kitchen floor. On the down-side, the required 1/4" underlayment ended up raising the floor so that transition strips between the vinyl and the hardwood floors are at an angle (one has already cracked). Also, when they left, the door to the garage would only open about 1/2 way before hitting the floor and rubbing. The hallway door was the same, but they cut that shorter. The estimate included new shoe molding but failed to take into account that I had about 10' of oak-colored molding so they had to re-use the old stuff (one guy even wanted to re-use the old white molding in the laundry room, he said all it needed was repainted). As a detail item, I would suggest that a touch of white paint on the exposed cut surfaces of molding would finish it right. The office staff was very helpful, they quickly emailed an estimate, responded to questions, set up an install date and contacted us prior to arrival. Overall, we would recommend Androws flooring to others.

Very pleased with how our new floors turned out! My wife and I had noticed an issue with the finish of our original floors that were put in when the house was built. Luckily they were still under warranty. Androws was with us hand-in-hand the whole way to ensure we were taken care of and got the floors replaced. They sent out Martinez Flooring to scrap the old wood and install the new floors. I have to say Martinez Flooring did an outstanding job. I was nervous about our white base boards getting banged up, but they look brand new after Martinez Flooring touched them up afterwards with paint. I will always recommend Androws and Martinez Flooring to anyone!

If you think all carpets are created equal and anyone can install it, you'd be sadly mistaken. There is literally no comparison to Androws and big box stores. The level of knowledge and craftsmanship here is second to none. Watching the installers work, you quickly realize that there is an actual art to it. What I appreciated most is that they took the time to look for creaky areas and screwed the subflooring down better. The attention to detail was phenomenal and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
