A little tricky to find - look for the address. There is no sign with the business name. Danny was very helpful and informative. He answered all our questions in a polite and professional manner. There are lots of styles to choose from. We were looking to replace our existing logs, he was able to direct us to two options and discuss the pros and cons of each. He also does installation. Definetly recommend!

230$ an hour for labor is what I was charged. All they had to do was attach a fitting to my fireplace line/hook it up. Couldn't even get my fireplace going...I had to tinker around myself to get it going.

We wanted to convert out wood burning fireplace to a gas burning fireplace. I called them and even though they are short stuffed right now he was still able to set up a time with me to have us come look at what logs we wanted to use. We chose the logs and he was able to come out and they installed the logs and the gas tank for us. We expected to spend a lot more money then we did. They were definitely very reasonable on their price and very informative and professional when coming to the house to install. I would definitely recommend them for any of your fireplace needs!

My fireplace was routinely shutting itself down after about 20 min of running. Danny's son came out the same day I called and thought he had fixed the problem. 15 minutes after he left, my fireplace went out again. Danny returned early the next morning and successfully removed a piece of debris, that was in an inconspicuous place, and got my fireplace running 100% again! Great service, prompt, affordable, and friendly! I will give their name out to anyone who needs fireplace services.

I am very happy with the work done on my gas log fireplace. Really easy to work and looks beautiful when lit. I needed a new fireplace for my dad who is 91 that can operate by remote control. He loves it, and finds it easy to adjust higher and lower.Danny came when he said he would and installed it with no problems. Love the job that Alpha Fireplaces did installing the stone and our wood burning stove.This is the go to fireplace and wood burning stove business in Clarksville. They are busy and there are customers that are in line before you. This isn't the drive-thru at McDonald's people. Please accept that before you give them a negative review.I waited before my job was completed, but Danny the owner let me know that he was busy with many clients and it would take a while before he got to me. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the quality of their work.

Contacted this company about installing a wood stove for us in our sunroom that should be finished end of September to first of October. Most companies would have set up a date to come look at the situation to give a price but I was told to take pictures and text it to them. This was 5 days ago. I followed up with them 3 days ago and they responded with "did we have our stove and pipe." I replied we had our wood stove but not the pipe. After that I have heard absolutely nothing. Doesn't speak much for this company. Apparently, they don't need the work and we have contacted other companies that are actually coming out to look at the job and give us a price! I will definitely go with a more professional company!

Danny can always be counted on for a great product, great service, and a fair price. I hadn’t used my ventless propane fireplace in years because it was just too much heat for the room and I didn’t like the odor. Danny installed an electric insert that is super convenient and can be run with or without the heat option. Beautiful!

Outstanding service! They installed my remote-controlled logs in August, and when I tried to light them for the first time this year, I couldn't get it to work. He was at my door in 20 minutes on a rainy Saturday! Of course, it was operator error, but he gave me a thorough lesson, and I am now in front of a beautiful fire on this drizzly cool day. We live in Dover (Nashville companies wouldn't even bother TALKING to us)...so if someone in Dover, Paris, Erin, etc needs a fireplace, these guys should be your FIRST option!

Wasted weeks of my time. Made me wait for nearly a month to get a price on a very simple install, never could get them to even provide that. After multiple attempts at contact, still haven't heard back. So now, I'm back to square one looking for another installer. How hard is it to simply be honest with people and say you can't/won't do the job?

Honestly from the outside the place pretty much looks like a dump it's a big metal Barn. Since I was there I went ahead and went in though and they have about 8 or 10 facades with inserts that they have built and it does look like they would do good work all the facades look very nice. Another problem though it was they had no heat on a place selling fireplace inserts really ought to have the heat on when you show up. I am still considering buying a unit from these folks mostly because they're the only dealer in the area.
