Alicia and her team did a great job with my dogs. I have one dog who I adopted that’s always had an issue with people touching her feet and cutting her nails and I normally take her to the vet and have her sedated to get her nails done but Alicia and her team we’re not only able to trim her nails but they were able to trim up her paw pads and the rest of her feet for the first time in the year and a half that I’ve had her. If you’re looking for a groomer and you’re not sure where to go I highly recommend Alicia and her team. 5 stars is simply an understatement

I have been taking my cat to Alicia’s for almost a year and every experience is great! My cat hated baths at home but she has never had a problem with Alicia and their team. I highly recommend them for cat grooming and all other services. They also do a great job at trimming nails, never too short but just short enough. (:

Highly recommend!I took my cat babies in today for their first visit (mine too). I was so nervous. My short haired cat just needed a nail trim but my fluffy one had developed some nasty mats in her fur and ended up needing a lion cut, which they did great on!Upon arrival they did an assessment, looked over my cats and gave recommendations. I was able to ask all my questions and address concerns. They provided great insight to cat health and hygiene and what I can do at home and in the future to keep my fluff kitty fluffy, happy and healthy ❤Took about 2 hours since my kitty was getting the works and pampered so I dropped her off and picked her back up when she was ready. Everyone there was very kind, professional and easy to talk to. Prices are reasonable and my kitty got great quality and loving care. Thank you all! We will be back 😊

Took my two kitties there today. I was met with welcoming, friendly staff. Explained in detail what they would do before I left, finished in the estimated time frame and I was pleasantly surprised with the grand total.Kitties look so good again.

Alicia was so fabulous with our kitty. My cat is a very nervous and skittish thing. We honestly weren’t sure how her appointment was going to go, but it went so well! She smells good, her fur is clean, nails clipped, teeth brushed and more! I’m so so happy with the service. I was nervous because we don’t really have many options as far as cat groomers in the area, but I’m no longer worried about that. Everything you need is right in this little house. Alicia and crew were unbelievably nice and accommodating with our kitty’s (unfortunately) matted fur. He wasn’t too stoked about getting groomed, but later on in the day, once he was home, he was strutting around like a brand-new cat. Plus, with his handsome new cut, he enjoys cuddling and being petted more than ever. Will definitely be booking regular services with Alicia and crew!

I had my pup, Ruger, groomed by Erica today. She was amazing! She was so kind and really cared about Ruger and his needs. I asked for a bath/dry, lab-like grooming and a sanitary cut. She did a beautiful job with his hair! I really struggled to find a mobile groomer that could take my pup. Ruger has a hard time at a regular groomer because he stresses out with many dogs barking. I was so grateful when Alicia got back to me and worked to get me an appointment. I felt that the grooming cost was reasonable, Alicia let me know the expectations so I knew exactly what was going to happen as far as the appointment and contact. I'm so happy that now I will have regular appts to have my baby groomed. Thank you Erica, for taking the time to get to know you, and for me and Ruger to feel comfortable. Thank you Alicia for getting me in and working with me! Ruger is happy and now super handsome!

Why is there only 5 stars? If I could give them the entire stars in the universe I would!!! Today could have never went right as much as I wanted it to be. Let me just say that the previous groomers we went to put a defense wall between myself, my dog and another groomer.BUT, I AM SO GLAD THAT I FOUND ALICIA AND HER TEAM to breakdown that barrier!!! I am very comfortable taking my Kai and leaving her there knowing she will get the best love and care. Kai is calm when I leave her and calm and clean, looking so beautiful when I pick her up. Alicia’s K9 and Feline Friday’s is the best grooming service I have ever had the opportunity to take my ragdolls. I will never trust anyone else to safely groom and care for my kitties. Alicia and her staff are amazing! They take their time and truly care for the pets and the customer. I like that she is a certified feline master groomer and does a cats only Friday to keep stress levels down for the kitties. She uses holistic pet care and aromatherapy as well which is very unique. I 100% recommend this place to everyone wanting to take better care of their pets.

We are new to TN and I have 3 dogs, a boxer and two brother cockapoos. So many dogs creates a challenge to book all at once. However, not @Alicia’sMobikePetSpa. They got all three in this week at the same time. The staff was tremendous and I’m hesitant and protective, so they had not been groomed since February. The team was phenomenal. They were kind, helpful, supportive, and most importantly took amazing care of all three at once. I have been coming to Alicia's Pet Spa for almost 2 years now to bring my cat (Reina) for grooming appointments. I had an unpleasant experience with Grrffiti Cuts prior to this (review is posted for them as well), and while Alicia's is almost a 40 min commute for me one way, she is PHENOMENAL. And when I say she, I am specifically referring to Alicia the owner, she gives me 5 star customer service and really takes care of my baby girl so well. Her grooming is always superior to the few times other groomers have taken care of Reina at her company.Recently we have switched over to her "Mobile Grooming" services which have saved me a lot of time commuting and the service and quality of care is the exact same as if we went in! I've also expanded that mobile service to include getting my American Bully groomed and nails trimmed.The mobile services have really made a positive impact on getting my fur babies taken care of, while maintaining my ability to have a normal work schedule. Alicia and team are FANTASTIC and would recommend them to anyone!

Our long hair cat, Buddy, was long overdue for a grooming. Alicia and her assistant arrived around noon on Wednesday. One hour later, Buddy was bathed, blowed dried, nails clipped and groomed. And was adorned with a cute bowtie. Alicia and her assistant did a great job. I am more than delighted. If you have a cat that needs grooming, I highly recommend Alicia and her mobile pet spa.

When I moved to Tennessee 4 years ago my biggest fear was finding someone to cut my 10 year old diabetic pup. (Who was blind and terrified to be groomed) I’m so happy I found Alicia! I used her mobile van as it was a lot less stress on my boy. She was so good with him and he didn’t mind his grooming appointments anymore. Unfortunately I lost him 2 years later. Last year when I got my new pup a mini goldendoodle I was so excited to have Alicia back in my life. She is reasonable for a mobile groomer and I’m always told my hyper doodle is good for them. I wouldn’t have it any other way. My pups are my babies and it reassuring knowing they are in good hands.

Our 3 cats (Osiris, WeeMac and Kit) have a home spa appointment every 8 weeks - Nails clipped and the two fluffy girls get a bath. We’re an older couple and the fact that Alicia’s comes to our house is so helpful for us! The techs are so good with our babies! Highly recommend Alicia’s!

Hands down the best and most experienced groomer I have ever met. All of the workers here are extremely kind and well versed in all procedures. After she had given our cat a quick trim and cut his nails, she gave us a lot of helpful tips on keeping his coat healthy and showed us a spray to help calm him down. I will only be going here from now on.

My 2 dogs have been going to Alisha’s for a couple of years or so and the experience has been great. They are great with them, the haircuts are always on point and not to mention the convenience seeing that I live in Palmyra. We have a set schedule and I have never been disappointed in the staff, the owner or the kindness they all show. Very professional and warm like family. I would recommend them to anyone.
