It's a Nice & clean, bigger place than the one it replaced by far it was soon tiny. The best thing about this store... aside from it really being directly off the main highway at the 4 way red light. Which is both close & convenient to my house 🏠apartment actually 🤔Nice staff and a lot of the other stores that I have been in they are really bad to follow people around as if I were going to steal something and give them absolutely no reason whatsoever to think that previous and I've had it happen to me at other stores and locations with different branches like different companies as well like Walgreens there's a couple that are the same exact they have more boys Undercover the following table around fishing alone am I going to be able to get in trouble and offended at the same time, which doesn't happen at this location and that's the awesome part being able to shop in peace with out being pushed up on and surveiled on, followed from the jump full ride & escort & 4 no reason multiple times at various other stores as well..I get it..theft for a business is bad biz...

Shopped this Church Hill location on Friday, August 17 2021. New guy at the counter rang in one of my items twice. I went back into the store to let him know I only bought one hair color and needed a refund for the one I didn't buy but got charged for. The woman training him just sat on a shelf behind the counter. It took him 20 minutes to issue what i thought was a refund. I signed a refund receipt and slid my card back through the POS. Needless to say he charged me yet again for another hair color instead of reversing the charge. So now I have paid for 2 boxes of hair dye that I did NOT get! The charge showed up this morning on my account and I no longer have my receipt.Check those receipts before you leave this place!

My daughter and I wanted to do some shopping. We walked in the door and ask to use the restroom before spending some of my hard earned money. The lady very rudely said there was no restroom for customers. In the future I suggest letting customers use the facility. We will not be back.

Was shopping here have medical condition and needed to use bathroom was denied said was not public made wife leave her buggy that was full just to go to the food city and use the bathroom and didn't return bad policy.

I was sold a used car vacuum cleaner yesterday. It was pulled out of the box in the parking lot of the store. I immediately put it back in the box and took it back in for an exchange or a refund but at due to policy at this moment, nothing can be returned or refunded. A worker began screaming at me in front of my 15 year old son and the rest of the customers in the store. I called corporate office and still waiting on a district manager to contact me. I would give no stars if I could. I've have never seen a more immature woman in my life and it sad that a grown adult would talk to people the way your worker did. I've seen kids act more respectful.

I really liked it alot!! This Family Dollar(in my opinion) has a huge inventory and they have quality items that you would not think of them having plus they have alot of clearance items that are very very affordable. It has been one of the biggest and best store by far that I have been in. It even has the Coupons deal and saves you money just like Dollar General's Coupons. It has everything!! The only thing I did not like is that you couldn't use their restroom! Especially if you have kids bc they are always needing to go potty. Other than that IT IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!

The staff are very friendly and talks to me like I'm more than just a customer! But I will say that they could use either a makeover or a bigger store because it's too cluttered and I hate having to walk around the line of junk that sits in between the cash registers and the aisles..

I would give I higher rating but unfortunately I had to leave the store just to go use a restroom. There are no signs posted anywhere that states that this store does not have a public restroom. I did however return to the store and complete my purchase. Upon completing my purchase which by the way was upwards of $70 I informed them that if they are not going to offer a restroom to paying customers that they should have signs posted.

One of the Nicest Dollar stores around. Always Orderly, well stocked and Clean. Most of the time it is Peaceful and quiet Also. I drive by the other one in town to come to this one

Great store and I found the summer tops I went in for. Very neat and clean. Social distancing isn't forced, people just do it naturally, by staying apart.

Convenient to stop in for items you wouldn't want to battle the big chain stores for. This location also always has a small section of clearance items.

Shop at this store an like the prices on their items an everything I need is available but only problem is one of the workers their that is new is very snobby an disrespectful she doesn't need the job if she can't be nice to customers themanager is bout to find out also im getting ready to make a phone call an report her an another bad thing is they say they haven't got a restroom an that's a lie well if they don't have a restroom available they should have a sign up
