Very compassionate veterinary hospital! The vet tech was very informative and gave my pooch extra lovings to make her feel more comfortable. The veterinarian was easy to understand and explained everything that needed to be done. They gave me estimates and a plan of what to expect and made sure I was comfortable with everything that needed to be done. Truly happy I found this Vet!! Highly recommend.

ZERO STARS! I would not recommend this vet to anyone who actually cares about their pet. I brought my dog here for the first time due to an illness. The staff made if feel like we were not wanted. They drug my dog around the clinic when they took him to the back. The vet tech that took our information when we first entered the room was unhelpful and talked to me like I was unintelligent. When it was time for him to go on the table to see the vet, they drug him by his collar to get him onto the table when he had a harness with a handle on it. He whimpered when his collar was pulled on due to him having a sore throat which was in the appointment notes. I made a comment and he was then pulled aggressively by his harness. It was suggested that he get a steroid shot to help him get better faster. He has never had a problem with shots in the past. The tech forcefully jabbed it into his shoulder and then said “oh relax I know it doesn’t hurt that much” after he cried in pain. They wanted to reposition him and then attempted to put him in a head lock. My dog reacted due to not liking the forcefulness. They then suggested putting a muzzle on him. I declined and said I was done and wanted to leave. Our previous vet always administered the shots herself with a vet tech to assist. I found it odd that the vet techs would be doing this themselves. My dog has never had a problem with the vet and LOVED our vet before we moved.

We recently moved to this vet due to it being closer, come to find out our cats veterinarian had moved up here as well. They have done a fantastic job with us as my cat is a somewhat unique case and they have to see me semi-regularly. Always nice and always ready to help with whatever it takes. I can honestly say I'm glad I made the switch. Takes my trip down from 30 minutes to 5 and still get absolutely great care.

Excellent service yesterday with my best 4 legged friend Zoey. The nurse was great and the Dr was awesome! She listened to what I had to say. She offered multiple routes we could go down to help my pup!

Everyone seems very bothered by you being there. I called and made an appointment for my dogs nails and to talk about her arthritis, the day comes and they said I was not on the schedule, but I could come in at 11:30. So they take my dog right at the front door and bring her in the back to have her nails trimmed. I ask them if I could talk to a vet about-and they cut me off and say all the vets are at lunch. When the tech came back out with my dog I asked if I could wait for a vet to talk to someone and they just said “Nope! They’re gone till 2!” And walked away. All the vets take a 3 hour lunch at the same time?? I won’t be back or recommend this vet to anyone.

Dr Head takes great care of our family!. Recently, we got to know Dr A. Fuller with our Momma dog getting a life-threatening mastitis. Dr Fuller and the amazing crew at Church Hill did an amazing job saving our Ziva's life and helping us through our breeding time and care of all of our dogs! Many Thanks

The whole staff was very helpful and nice. The vet diagnosed my girl with Osteosarcoma and prescribed meds for palliative care. She was very compassionate with my family and my dog when it came time for euthanization. I really appreciate them for their care of my girl , Leibchen.

We had to take our precious Bella to lay her to rest and everyone was so incredibly nice and sympathetic. Wonderful people. They even sent us a sympathy card with all their names telling us how sorry they were for our loss. Incredibly kind. We take all our fur babies to them ❤❤

Copper, is not at all nervous when he visits Dr. Saunders. The staff here is friendly, and quite helpful, in person as well as on the phone. The Dr. herself called with test results for my pooch, which surprised & very much pleased me & post-op, I received a call, asking how the fur-baby was doing.💕

Dr Forrester and her staff were wonderful to me and took the very best care of Arrietty my kitten when they spayed her. She even got a Certificate of Bravery for having shown great courage during her stay in the hospital for surgery❤ I'm going to frame it and hang it on my wall. Such a precious surprise and a special touch from some very special people❤Thank you Dr Forrester and staff❤

Took in our cat Socks because he really needed a good exam and some testing and medications and such due to the fact he had disappeared 2 years ago and reappeared at my moms house not quite the same as when he left. They were able to squeeze me into the scheduling within a few days notice and we were able to get the help Socks so desperately needed. I was overall very happy with the treatments. He will need routine care since he has some on going health issues and I’m glad I chose this clinic to see him and treat him. They were very gentle with him as well given that he had to have fluids and some shots.

In the past I have had bad experiences here, but the new vet seems to really want to fix all bad experiences! she brought up past reviews I had left on google and wanted to know why I felt that way. Thats an awesome way to fix issues! However I was told that I need to update the old reviews or consider finding a new vet.. Which is the reason for 2 instead of 4 stars. Other then that Great, clean place!

New to the area and needed a vet close! ALL positive things about this place. Called, set up a appointment & got in the next day! Was immediately greeted when I walked in the door and was given a small form to fill out for the basics. This team was super sweet to my fur baby and I. They tell you the cost of everything and also give you options for cheaper plans! Was in and out within 30 minutes. I definitely will recommend this place to anyone I come by.

So far all of my dog's needs have been met quickly and safely. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly to me and my nervous old hound. Prices are competitive (all vets are expensive, so just going off of comparison costs with other vets I've used).The facility is easy to access/find and clean and professional.

I drive almost an hour to come to Church Hill Vet and it's well worth the drive. We have 3 older dogs and the doctors and staff take excellent care of all of them. They always spend the time needed to address all the issues our dogs have. 2 of our dogs have had surgery there and the outcome for both was great. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Sick cat, worked me in between surgeries because it's surgery day. Not many vets would do that, you would have to wait until later to get in. Sure makes a person feel good when the vet and staff care about your baby as much as you do and are willing to get you in. Thank you so much!!

I would not recommend this vet any more. They are under new ownership. My dog has had a bullet in her leg for years which had been treated by the former veterinarian. We took her in due to her having some pain from it. They recommended putting her to sleep or amputation. We chose to amputate. When my wife and daughter arrived to pick her up they said she didn’t make it. While my wife and daughter were crying their eyes out they came to her vehicle for payment. We have not so much as gotten a sympathy card from them two weeks later. This dog was very loved by so many people. We have been devastated.

I have never met a better group of people! They are excellent with my pitbull and she loves all of them. They always make sure to talk with me and break everything down in detail so I know everything about my baby! I have recommended them to everyone I meet and will continue to do so!
