Marshall and I had two showers scheduled to be installed today. Unfortunately only one could be done today because the base was a little large. Our installers were great. Michael, Ryan and Matt did an awesome job. The end result of the shower is stunning! It is a small bathroom and makes the bathroom look bigger. As for the upstairs bathroom, the correct sized base was quickly ordered and they will be back soon to finish the next shower. They are very polite and work quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend them.

Chris Moore did a great job consulting with me to start this project. Derrick came out quickly to get all the correct measurements. We were torn over just what we wanted for a shower replacement and also for finding someone to do it. Enter West Shore Homes. Getting a design review with Josh Martin was quick and easy. The option were presented in an easy to understand way. Samples were provided as well as past projects. We were able to decide on a look that made us happy. We were told it may be 4 to 6 weeks for install. Less than 2 weeks later our install crew arrived. Cassy Sutton and Juston Trotter were courtious and knowlegeble. The removal and installation went on without a hitch. 1 day for everything. You may be able to cut corners and save a few bucks but the quality product and install we received was well worth the expense. Financing was available as well as discounts for cash. We chose the 12 months no payment no interest option. We will be using them when it comes time to do the master bath.

Tyler was5⭐️ fixed the caulk super fast And the whole shower looks brand new again. We love our walk in shower and big new front window. West Shore Home was the most professional and courteous company I have ever dealt with. Their focus on communication and customer satisfaction was exceptional.Matt Davis our Design Consultant was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient. The software he used to show us what the new door would look like on our house showing different door designs and colors (door and trim) was very helpful in the decision making process. Every appointment time they gave us from the initial consultation, the appointment for measurements and the actual install was met and/or exceeded. Our door was actually installed earlier than originally planned. The install crew of Tanner Poe and Kentral Brown was amazing to watch. They were efficient, friendly and professional. Tanner's attention to detail was incredible. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and their clean up was amazing. Matt even showed back up during the install process to see if we were happy. I have had several follow up calls from West Shore to see if we were satisfied.I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Charles Savage and Marquis McIntash installed an exterior door with side lights at our home. They were on time and very customer oriented. Charles explained what was going to be done before work started and went over every step during the installation. Just had my new walk-in shower installed. Everything from start to finish was great. They arrived on time and got straight to work. Being an older home, there were a few surprises along the way that had to be worked through. But Jason and Wesley handled everything well and did quality work. Some additional help even arrived toward the end of the day to make sure they got out at 5, so I could pickup my kids from school on time. Cameron Eaves and John Helton, as installers were prompt, courteous, and quite competent in their install. A+ . The quality of the product is very good. Communications was extremely poor.The shower door arrived at the warehouse broken which is not West Shores fault. We decided to go ahead with the install without the door and that's when communication completely fell apart.Shower install was a Wednesday, they called Thursday and arranged door install Friday. The door they showed in inventory was the broken one but they never called to cancel the install. I had to call and see what was going on.I was then told door arrival would be the next Wednesday so I requested a call to confirm it's arrival. No call until the following weeks Tuesday, after that supposed Wednesday arrival, and install was arranged for the next day at 2:00 pm. Noon Wednesday, after arranging the day around the install it was cancelled as no installer was scheduled. I requested to pay an installers overtime to put it in and was promptly refused. (We got your back - it doesn't seem like it).The install was arranged the following weeks Friday. Not only were they prompt but early and did a great job.As for a five day follow up call to see how everything went - never happened. Poor advertising. If it wasn't for the very poor communications this would be a five star. West Shore has a very good product, great installers, but besides poor communication, at least on this project, the inability to think outside their customary procedures.

Had design consultant Matt Davis come out and go over options for our shower installation. He was very thorough explaining the whole process and pricing.Installers Briley Frazier and Justin Trotter did a great job doing the installation. They kept us updated on the work as they ran into a few obstacles with a concrete block wall and having to jack hammer some of the slab. Even though the demo was major they carried out the debris leaving the work site clean. We also enjoyed their sense of humor as they did the work!
