Carly was absolutely incredible! The store was clean and very organized for a busy shopping season. I found exactly what I needed in a short amount of time. When it was time to check out, only self checkout was available. I had a lot of items, so I went to customer service to ask for help. Team lead, Carly, was so pleasant, professional and shared that she would be delighted to help me. She checked out all of my items and I was so very thankful for her. I will definitely be back to this store. Thank you, Carly!!

Currently siitting in the Walmart pickup order area…no parking spots available…completely full …cars waiting to park in the area all around and one associate moving at a snails pace. He’s probably overwhelmed and exhausted because he seems to be the only one. This isn’t the first time this has happened and it’s so irritating to count on this service only to be let down again and again. If staffing is the issue then don’t offer the service. It’s not fair to your customers or the poor staff member who showed up for work. Sick of this Walmart.

We spent 2 hours waiting for a store pick up. 2 hours. The manager would not come out to talk to us. We aren't the only ones having this problem. Definitely needs to get fixed. Pick ups sould take 15 minutes max. And I shouldn't have to ask multiple times for a manager. If you can't handle the volume of online orders, turn it off.Update: They still refuse to let me talk with a manager. Absolutely ridiculous and against Walmart policy.

Very nice walmart. Very large with alot of products. This walmart is very updated compared to alot of the other ones. There are no cash registers only self checkouts, and theu have plenty of self checkout spots so there is almost always one available which is great compared to waiting inline for a cashier. Masks are required. I would have given five stars had their coolers for drinks by the self checkouts been stocked but they were almost all completely empty. Which admittedly is probably not lile that all of the time, unfortunately thats just how it was when I was there. But nice walmart.

Customer service desk was closed at 7:30 PM, way too early for reasonable service. Was told I cannot make a return anywhere else in the store.Needed to exchange diapers for the next size. Forced me to drive across town to try another store. Won’t be coming back here again.

Can cover: groceries, wines/beer, large size paper products, pharmacy, clothing, prescription glasses, seasonal goods,animal needs, gardening, car services, grills, electronics, office & party supplies, kitchen supplies, toys, books, greeting cards, deli, fresh bakery, delivery, call in/pick up options, and has a Subway.But, it has moved to almost ALL SELF-CHECKOUT & it's hard to even find an employee for assistance in ANY department Having some self-check slots is fine, but if you have a full cart, it's a pain. I find myself going to Aldi's, Food City and Dollar Tree more and ONLY Walmart for bulk items or things I can buy only at Walmart.It needs to bring back more regular checkout lanes and more "helper" clerks.

Ok some folks don't like the self checkout but I do. Anyway I wonder how much money they have lost because of people taking items and not ringing them up. Beside us someone had left some items they decided not to buy. The next people who used the register put it in their bags. I reported it but they were long gone before I finished ringing up my items. But what can you say, hell it's Walmart lol. Our experience was actually fun so I will have to give up another A+ folks

This is far the worst Walmart I've ever had business with. I would rather pay a bigger driver's tip or waste more gas to get my orders from another Walmart than deal with this one ever again. The store manager needs to be replaced with a manager that cares for their customers. Happy customers make happy employees. It is sad when even employees complain about the management at this location. I couldn't even get the GM or DM names and numbers for this location.

Piss poor management. More worried about maximizing profits than paying a livable wage or using the excuse of being over staffed knowing several departments are lacking the man power to properly handle the duties of they stack on employees without increasing pay

Different from the other Walmarts I'm used to, as far as the floor plan being reversed, it's definitely different. All the check outs are self check outs. Not cool. But other than that it's a clean store.

Last night I decided to let my son have a few friends sleep over and I woke up early to order some express groceries delivered so I could feed the children when they woke up. Needless to say my order never arrived and the picture that was taken by the delivery person did not have the house number included. I called Walmart and the refused to redeliver, they refunded the back to my account which hasn't posted yet which means I have to pay for my order all over again then wait to actually receive my money and here I am over 4 hrs later still with no order. They made no attempt to make it right or accept accountability for their delivery person leaving my groceries at the wrong address. He never called to say he was having trouble finding the address or anything just left my order somewhere convenient and took a shady photo that showed no door number when every unit in the complex has one next to the door. I've been using walmart delivery since the pandemic and I'm sure Walmart has plenty of pictures of my porches to compare. The porch he left my order on looks nothing like mine. It's a shame too because I subscribe to walmart+ and income and I can't even get decent customer service.

On a volleyball trip needed some fold out chairs, I had Stadium seats….there it was, good ol walmart one stop shop ….we were victorious……. But the team lost #🏐networks

Out of all the Walmart stores here in Chattanooga this one is my favorite. It is well stocked, very large(possibly the largest), clean, and very friendly. I've tried others and been disappointed but not this one. Also it is not severely crowded.

This is not the store I usually shop at, but my experience this week with the electronics department was the best! A young man named Anthony helped me more than five other people could in a short time. My future electronics purchases from Walmart will be from this store and that employee. So grateful for the help.

We order our groceries online, but every time we pick them up, it takes forever. Also, they bag everything up one item per bag, which makes it very aggravating when unloading. It's almost worth doing it yourself to avoid aggravation.

I will not be back. Came here and picked out about $60 in items and at 6 pm they have no one on a register. Only self checkout which I don't use. What is upsetting about this is they have someone at front making sure we don't steal but cannot man a register.

Place was super clean but i will say, with someone that has IBS, only having two toilets in both the front and back bathroom, is super scary. Definitely when theyre occupied. A man can pee in a toilet but you cant poo in the wall urinals.. almost didnt make it cause the one in the back were occupied and thankfully the one up front, there was one free.

Pick-up is absolutely ridiculous here!! Everytime I come to pick up an order from here I’m waiting for at least an hour and a half and sometime more than two hours!! They are so slow and understaffed it’s ridiculous especially knowing that they have such a high volume of pick-up orders!

I’m from New England so I’m not used to a wal mart this large. They have everything you’d need. Even the cloths are better at this one. The folks that work here are ask very friendly.

Got here at 5:30p waited in line behind one person for 10-15 minutes. Spoke with the store associate and he claimed it was too late for an oil change and to get my tires rotated when I’ve come between 5-5:30 twice before had no issues and was serviced quickly and they close at 7p. Claimed only “emergencies” are conducted at this time. There aren’t any cars being serviced at the moment.(see pic) People are just lazy and don’t want to do their jobs. Highly disappointed and will most likely be going somewhere else for oil changes and other auto services.

They always have a better selection of items that the other walmarts do not have. The walmart in Dayton, TN did not have any St. Patricks Day things, but this walmart did.
