Visited the auto center for the first time, out of convenience. Never again. I'm used to going to get an oil change and having at least all fluids topped off, lights, horn, etc checked and someone at least coming to ask, suggest or advising other things that may need urgent attention. Didn't happen, literally got oil changed. They could've easily made a little extra money by suggesting tires, a headlight, which I needed, wind shield wipers. All those could've been done there and I would have gladly gotten most but I went somewhere else.

All the younger workers are kind and helpful. However the old manager woman I saw in the toy isle needs an attitude check. Maybe I wouldn’t have to run to the back of the store while I’m trying to check out if y’all’s prices were correctly displayed.

Staying in Chattanooga for a couple days before we head out to Orlando. After driving 12 hours we get to the Hotel to notice a nail in my tire. Stopped at Walmart and the tire service department patched my tire and got me back on the road. Customer service was great and technician was very helpful. They even recommended some nice places to check out here during my stay. Thanks again.

First I want to say that I am very pleased with the customer service that I received here. There was an issue with my pick up order and the manager Jonathan went above and beyond to assist me and for that I am very grateful!!! Customer service is hard to receive these days and I’m happy to know there are still individuals who have any!

I had headlight issues so I stopped in at the lookout Valley Walmart there's 20 min left until closing not one employee would assist me they kept passing it on to someone else needless to say I never got what I came for. We should be able to get the keys ourself they have us checking our ownself out.

This might sound weird but this is one of the cleanest Wal-Mart I have been to. There wasn't clothes all thrown about or stuff in the wrong section. Very easy to find what you're looking for and get out quick.

Due to the fact that Walmart is the only tire service shop open on Sunday, we we forced to go there to purchase a new tire. Unfortunately only 1 out of 10 experiences have been pleasant. For this visit, in particular we declined the tire rotation, and declined having the old tire recycled. I asked for the old tire to be placed in the van so I could take it home.After the vehicle was complete, we were charged $14 for Rotation and LifeTime Balancing. The clerk advised that all of my tires were rotated. Upon walking out to the vehicle, none of the tires have been rotated, and the front seat had grease stains from the technicians hand. Going back inside to request the $14 dollar refund and have the seat cleaned would have cost me more in time than it was worth. Lastly the old tire was not in the van as requested.Something else to note, the paperwork Indicated the ft/lbs of torque that was applied to each wheel. Using my torque wrench at home the three tires that were untouched were set at the 100 ft/lbs that I had set them at originally. This shows that whoever keys in the “work that was done” had falsely input data.

Remember that time during Covid when all the small businesses were forced to shut their doors and risk never reopening them due to loss of precious revenue, but for some reason, a privately owned mega business like Walmart was deemed essential so that they could force their workers to continue working for poor wages, risking their health, all so the Walmart empire could be further pushed to the top while small business sank to the bottom never to return? I remember.

This should be the standard of all Walmart. It was not overly crowded. There wasn't a single aisle or path blocked by pallet after pallet of goods to stock. I wasn't run over by 50 different employees dragging additional pallets to further block aisles or sit in the way while nobody stocks off those pallets hours later. The employees we did see were working and stocking, but in a manner that didn't block off aisle, and they also were friendly and happy to help us find what we were looking for, not irritable because we talked to them like they do in our hometown Walmart and just about every other Walmart I've visited. Although, to be fair, those other Walmart is almost impossible to find a worker not running you over with products to ask for help.Also did not see 50,000 personal shoppers filling online orders wearing Walmart vest with their cart in middle of the aisle blocking entire aisle. Don't dare say excuse me, can you move your cart, as the response is usually, I'll be done in a minute, or go around. They are the same people quick to tell you they don't know where anything is, as we don't work here. Lol.It's almost worth the 8 hour one way trip to buy milk here than going to the Walmart near me. Southern hospitality on display here. And, most important, not all of the products are in a safe guarded by military, with one person in entire store holding the key (which nobody ever knows who has which key for which locked showcase or shelf) that you must wait an hour to get deodorant, if they even show up at all.It's nice to be able to shop obstacle free, have help when you need it, and not feel like a criminal because you need deodorant, or skin lotion. The content of the store has a lot of variety available, and the character of the workers is friendly and helpful.Bonus. I only saw 2 people shopping in their pajamas the whole 45 minutes I was in here and only 1 person in the store scooter.

Customer service Is trash after a certain time. Michelle was on the phone talking and she’s supposed to be someone of authority, waited on someone who never showed up to help me for 30 MINUTES!!! Ridiculous! Michelle please do your job or get someone at least on track

On monday morning earlier this week I stopped by to get a phone charger and got just the best service. While the woman working in the tech section was helping me, we were interrupted by a pretty grouchy older man and she was able to assist us both with so much grace. The charger she recommended charges super fast too. Whatever she makes, pay her more!

Pretty good Walmart. In fact the shopping experience here is better than many I've been too. Store is well laid out and uncluttered. Appears neat and clean throughout, including the rest rooms. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Checkout attendant insisted on ID’Ing both my husband (who was making the purchase) AND myself. I’m well over age; even if I wasn’t and I was a younger relative or friend - that would NOT prevent an adult of age from making a legal alcohol purchase.
